The American Nationals have been asking questions as to whether or not the Continental\u00a0
\nPublic Bank qualifies as a National Banking association?<\/p>\n
The answer to those types of questions is \u201cyes\u201d, the Continental Public Bank does qualify as a\u00a0
\nNational Banking association.<\/p>\n
Due to the fact that the Continental Public Bank (CPB) is authorized to have branches that are\u00a0
\nrequired to register with the office of the Superintendent of Finance and is under the control\u00a0
\nof the Superintendent of Finance is one qualification.<\/p>\n
The second qualification is that the office of the Superintendent of Finance reports to the\u00a0
\noffice of the Treasury for the Government of The United States of America who in turn reports\u00a0
\nto the National assembly for the Government of The United States of America and therefore is\u00a0
\nowned and operated by the people of The United States of America in association under the\u00a0
\nArticles of Confederation as amended August 5th, 2015 brought forward to the present time\u00a0
\nfrom the Articles of Confederation of 1781. <\/p>\n
