They facilitate<br \/>\nthe trade between one place and another, and render the conveyance of merchandise less expensive, as well as more certain and easy.<\/p>\n<p>It is kind of hard to win any traffic ticket when people are using the wrong arguments against them. It is easy to win a traffic case when the true classification of the use of the Public Highways as a matter of right is hidden from the law books unless you read the Law of Nations. Someone has been cheating to win cases! Someone has not been using the freedom of speech or communication defense against suspended license claims and traffic cases.
