{"id":3337,"date":"2019-08-02T13:38:45","date_gmt":"2019-08-02T19:38:45","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/americanherald.org\/?p=3337"},"modified":"2019-11-18T01:26:55","modified_gmt":"2019-11-18T07:26:55","slug":"judicial-notice-for-members-of-lgbtq-community","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/americanheraldnews.com\/?p=3337","title":{"rendered":"Judicial Notice for members of LGBTQ Community!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a href=\"https:\/\/reignoftheheavens.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/Logo-ROH-Society-Post.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-2748\" src=\"https:\/\/reignoftheheavens.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/Logo-ROH-Society-Post.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"420\" height=\"62\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #000080;\">PUBLISHED BY THE REIGN OF THE HEAVENS SOCIETY POST ON 08-02-2019<\/span><\/h4>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #000080;\">INTERNATIONAL PUBLIC NOTICE<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #000080;\">The committee of the National assembly for the Government of The United States of America passed a motion to issue a citation against anyone that has violated any one of the 30 Articles of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights in the amount of fifty-million monetary units.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #000080;\">The particular article consistently being violated by the LGBTQ community is Article 23:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #000080;\">Article 23.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong><span style=\"color: #000080;\">(1) Everyone has the right to work, to free choice of employment, to just and favourable conditions of work and to protection against unemployment.<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong><span style=\"color: #000080;\">(2) Everyone, without any discrimination, has the right to equal pay for equal work.<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong><span style=\"color: #000080;\">(3) Everyone who works has the right to just and favourable remuneration ensuring for himself and his family an existence worthy of human dignity, and supplemented, if necessary, by other means of social protection.<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong><span style=\"color: #000080;\">(4) Everyone has the right to form and to join trade unions for the protection of his interests.<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #000080;\">One of hundreds of examples of the LGBTQ community of violating Article 23 is the Mario Lopez case <a style=\"color: #000080;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.theamericanconservative.com\/dreher\/canceling-mario-lopez-transgender\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">LINK <\/a>\u00a0 and a clear violation of<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #000080;\">Article 19.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong><span style=\"color: #000080;\">Everyone has the right to freedom of opinion and expression; this right includes freedom to hold opinions without interference and to seek, receive and impart information and ideas through any media and regardless of frontiers.<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #000080;\">and<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #000080;\">Article 18.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong><span style=\"color: #000080;\">Everyone has the right to freedom of thought, conscience and religion; this right includes freedom to change his religion or belief, and freedom, either alone or in community with others and in public or private, to manifest his religion or belief in teaching, practice, worship and observance.<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #000080;\">and\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #000080;\">Article 20.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong><span style=\"color: #000080;\">(1) Everyone has the right to freedom of peaceful assembly and association.<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong><span style=\"color: #000080;\">(2) No one may be compelled to belong to an association.<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong>The religion of\u00a0 BAAL PEOR cannot be forced upon anyone nor can anyone that is not a worshiper of BAAL PEOR be a subject of the speech restrictions imposed on its own worshipers.\u00a0<\/strong>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #000080;\">The Mario Lopez case carries a violation of multiple Articles which is in the amount of fifty-million monetary units (50,000,000) per Article violation and imposed against the LGBTQ flag if issued, served by publication in this newspaper and convicted.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #000080;\">A challenge in the Human Rights Tribunal of the citation will be heard, however if found guilty, the civil action will result in a lien against the LGBTQ community flag as a whole unit because its flag is a trespass against a country and it is enforcing Totalitarian Party policies against a people that have no idea that the party exists:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<div><strong><span style=\"color: #000080;\">Copy of a foreign policy stating the meaning of \u201c<a class=\"colorbox-load definedterm\" style=\"color: #000080;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.law.cornell.edu\/uscode\/text\/8\/1101\" data-toggle=\"modal\" data-target=\"#myModal\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">totalitarian party<\/a>\u201d:\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div class=\"content\"><strong><span style=\"color: #000080;\">The term \u201c<a class=\"colorbox-load definedterm\" style=\"color: #000080;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.law.cornell.edu\/uscode\/text\/8\/1101\" data-toggle=\"modal\" data-target=\"#myModal\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">totalitarian party<\/a>\u201d means an<a class=\"colorbox-load definedterm\" style=\"color: #000080;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.law.cornell.edu\/uscode\/text\/8\/1101\" data-toggle=\"modal\" data-target=\"#myModal\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">\u00a0organization\u00a0<\/a>which<a class=\"colorbox-load definedterm\" style=\"color: #000080;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.law.cornell.edu\/uscode\/text\/8\/1101\" data-toggle=\"modal\" data-target=\"#myModal\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">\u00a0advocates\u00a0<\/a>the establishment in the<a class=\"colorbox-load definedterm\" style=\"color: #000080;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.law.cornell.edu\/uscode\/text\/8\/1101\" data-toggle=\"modal\" data-target=\"#myModal\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">\u00a0United States\u00a0<\/a>of a totalitarian dictatorship or<a class=\"colorbox-load definedterm\" style=\"color: #000080;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.law.cornell.edu\/uscode\/text\/8\/1101\" data-toggle=\"modal\" data-target=\"#myModal\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">\u00a0totalitarianism.<\/a>\u00a0The terms \u201ctotalitarian dictatorship\u201d and\u00a0<a class=\"colorbox-load definedterm\" style=\"color: #000080;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.law.cornell.edu\/uscode\/text\/8\/1101\" data-toggle=\"modal\" data-target=\"#myModal\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">\u201ctotalitarianism\u201d<\/a>\u00a0mean and refer to systems of government not representative in fact, characterized by (A) the existence of a single political party, organized on a dictatorial basis, with so close an identity between such party and its policies and the governmental policies of the country in which it exists, that the party and the government constitute an indistinguishable unit, and (B) the forcible suppression of opposition to such party.<\/span><\/strong><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><strong><span style=\"color: #000080;\">Further, if any privately owned court claims that the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the Rights and Duties of Man <a style=\"color: #000080;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.cidh.oas.org\/Basicos\/English\/Basic2.American%20Declaration.htm\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">LINK<\/a> does not apply to them in their county or municipalities, the judge has publicly declared its gavel, bench, robe and court a public and private liar. Only human rights violators will deny the existence of human rights. Ref: 1.2. Jus cogens and hierarchy of norms in public international law.\u00a0 \u00a0 <a href=\"http:\/\/reignoftheheavens.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/rp-6-zenovic-final.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">LINK<\/a><\/span><\/strong><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><strong><span style=\"color: #000080;\">The Universal Declaration of Human Rights has been used and enforced for over fifty years and is enforceable under customary international law. All judiciaries have declared independence from any form of legislature or executive branch of government and is therefore directly subject to international law. No one can have it both ways.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><strong><span style=\"color: #000080;\">Any privately owned association caught stealing any more equity from its members in the form of claiming a violation of the terms of service will receive a citation. The Human Rights Defenders International has been watching many people that have a lot of equity invested in these social sites being ripped away in minutes without any explanation whatsoever in violation of the Articles stated above.
