The Communist Party USA members that have obviously taken over the courts in California are forcing David Daleiden to pay $870,000 to the Communist Party USA organization known as Planned Parenthood for exposing its crimes of selling baby parts. LINK<\/a><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Communism is not really that popular so the party has to bring in revenue somehow correct?\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

So why not sell baby parts? that seems to be the logical thinking of the party members. Like all communists, morals have no room in their ideology.\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

So in response to the Communist Party USA militants\u00a0 attack against civilians, (war crimes) the committee of the National assembly for the Government of The United States of America has reversed the decision of this illegal court gathering because it is in violation of: <\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Article 10<\/span><\/strong>
\nEveryone is entitled in full equality to a fair and public hearing by an independent and impartial tribunal, in the determination of his rights and obligations and of any criminal charge against him.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

and\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Article 11<\/span><\/strong>
\n1. Everyone charged with a penal offence has the right to be presumed innocent until proved guilty according to law in a public trial at which he has<\/span><\/strong>
\nhad all the guarantees necessary for his defence.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

2. No one shall be held guilty of any penal offence on account of any act or <\/span><\/strong>omission which did not constitute a penal offence, under national or international law, at the time when it was committed. Nor shall a heavier penalty be imposed than the one that was applicable at the time the penal offence was committed.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

and\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Whereas disregard and contempt for human rights have resulted in barbarous acts which have outraged the conscience of mankind, and the advent of a world <\/span><\/strong>in which human beings shall enjoy freedom of speech and belief and freedom from fear and want has been proclaimed as the highest aspiration of the common <\/span><\/strong>people,<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Whereas it is essential, if man is not to be compelled to have recourse, as a last resort, to rebellion against tyranny and oppression, that human rights should be <\/span><\/strong>protected by the rule of law.\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

The crimes committed against the unborn by the communist jury and judge does nothing more than expose their political party platform to the public at large.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

If the verdict is accepted by Planned Parenthood meaning the money is accepted, Planned Parenthood will suffer a fine from the Government of The United States of America in the same amount accepted, and <\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

If not paid within 90 days, will suffer a lien against the Communist Party USA and the Planned Parent Hood organization in the amount of all funds ever accepted by planned parenthood since its inception.\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Notice to Planned Parenthood: It is advised that Planned Parenthood close its doors, the organization has been caught committing nefarious acts against the innocent and therefore its privacy rights are forfeit.\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n
