So, the World Health Organization says it could take up to 18 months to find a vaccine and when it does, “Heroes of the Day!” because where the countries failed, the World Health Organization stepped in and showed everyone how much they are needed and cannot handle global pandemics.\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n
