The health and welfare of the people of the State of New Hampshire and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts is hereby reserved to the people of the State of New Hampshire and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and not to any agency of the United Nations.\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/h4>\n<h4><strong><span style=\"color: #000080;\">The United Nations is not the Government of the people for the State of New Hampshire and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and therefore anyone that forces association with the Security Council or any other organ of the United Nations shall be known as a human rights violator.<\/span><\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #000080;\">Update on March 18th, 2020: The following States have been added to this International Public Notice by the trustees.
