Published on 11-21-2015 by the American Herald<\/span><\/p>\n Dear Readers: <\/span><\/p>\n This is the fourth publishing in a series called: “<\/span><\/p>\n This series was intended to shift the conscientiousness of the\u00a0 people reading the series to the obvious. This means if someone is\u00a0 going to place blame, the blame should be directed toward the correct party(s).<\/span><\/p>\n Part four is going to reveal that correct party in all of its glory and deception:<\/span><\/p>\n Let’s look at the following definition written in “Title 8 U.S.C. Section 1101” definitions: Source LINK<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n (37) The term “totalitarian party” means an organization which advocates the establishment in the United States of a totalitarian dictatorship or totalitarianism. The terms “totalitarian dictatorship” and “totalitarianism” mean and refer to systems of government not representative in fact, characterized by (A) the existence of a single political party, organized on a dictatorial basis, with so close an identity between such party and its policies and the governmental policies of the country in which it exists, that the party and the government constitute an indistinguishable unit, and (B) the forcible suppression of opposition to such party.<\/span><\/p>\n (40) The term \u201cworld communism\u201d means a revolutionary movement, the purpose of which is to establish eventually a Communist totalitarian dictatorship in any or all the countries of the world through the medium of an internationally coordinated Communist political movement.<\/span><\/p>\n Totalitarian regimes seek to establish complete political, social and cultural control. . . Two types of totalitarianism can sometimes be distinguished: Nazism and Fascism which evolved from \u201cright-wing\u201d extremism, and Communism, which evolved from \u201cleft-wing\u201d extremism.<\/span><\/p>\n Fascist ideology . . . the subordination of the individual to a \u201ctotalitarian\u201d state that was to control all aspects of national life.<\/span><\/p>\n Everyone in America knows this type of party exists within America. Everyone feels it, everyone is experiencing the oppression of it.<\/span><\/p>\n Source LINK<\/a>: <\/span><\/p>\n “State Agencies are in the executive branch of government. Also included in this listing are state boards, councils, commissions, committees, ombudsmen offices and task forces.”<\/span><\/p>\n Drivers License is a de-facto form of identification:<\/span> LINK<\/a><\/p>\n \u201cBecause a large number of countries, including Australia, New Zealand, Canada, the United Kingdom, and the United States, have no national identification cards and because of the widespread use of cars, driver\u2019s licenses are often used as a de facto standard form of identification. Most identification cards and driver\u2019s license cards are credit card size\u2014the \u201cID-1\u2033 size and shape (85.60 \u00d7 53.98 mm (3.370 \u00d7 2.125 in) with rounded corners with a radius of 2.88\u20133.48 mm.) defined in ISO\/IEC 7810.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n If all State Agencies are a part of the Executive Branch of State Government, that would mean that every police officer working under the Department of Motor Vehicles is also under the Executive Branch of State Government. All Executive Branches of any Government have a wide range of immunity’s that the other branches do not possess because of one thing; Political Parties!<\/span><\/p>\n The political parties of countries make all of the laws of the country. They vote and pass all of the laws. However, there is one major crime that no political party can commit and get away with that particular crime. The crime is called “misrepresentation”.\u00a0 Misrepresentation is one of the most serious crimes on earth and is despised by all races, creeds, laws, statutes, religions, and any body of law.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n The Democrats and Republicans have passed a lot of resolutions in the past hundred years and have been blamed for a lot of really bad things going on in the country as a whole. Let’s give those parties a break in this series part four and say that some things if not most things being done today are a possible misrepresentation of those parties.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n There is a certain sentence in the definition of Totalitarian Party that is difficult to read:<\/span> “The terms “totalitarian dictatorship” and “totalitarianism” mean and refer to systems of government not representative in fact, characterized by”: <\/span><\/p>\n “Not representative in fact” means “misrepresentation”. Therefore a drivers license would be a misrepresentation of the national character of the holder of the license because the drivers license is a defacto form of identification for Nationals of a country. <\/span><\/p>\n Therefore, we can all agree on one thing, the Department of Motor Vehicles on any level, in any of the 50 States would be considered not representative in fact and therefore a misrepresentation of the State governments. Due to the nature of the Department of Motor Vehicles, we can all agree that the Department of Motor Vehicles is totalitarian in everyone of its actions taken on a daily basis.<\/span><\/p>\n If we can all agree on those two issues, then we can also conclude that all Governors are a part of the totalitarian dictatorship since each Governor runs each of the Department of Motor Vehicles, therefore misrepresenting the true political party that the Governor is serving and presenting to the people as supporting.<\/span><\/p>\n The religious connections of the totalitarian party that have been established by and between every Governor of everyone of the 50 States of the union would include an owl being worshiped.
