Straight does not know that his affidavit alone will not work to renounce U.S. citizenship and would not operate to absolve a person of U.S. law, U.S. tax obligations or U.S. financial obligations even if it did work to renounce U.S. citizenship.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<div>\n<div><span style=\"color: #000080;\">In &#8220;IN RE YUSKA, Bankr. Court, Iowa 2017&#8243;, the court held, &#8221; [<strong><em>The affiant&#8217;s] attempt to unilaterally declare himself free of citizenship and its responsibilities WAS &#8230; INEFFECTIVE. HE CANNOT CONTINUE TO RESIDE HERE IN THE UNITED STATES AND CONTINUE TO ENJOY THE BENEFITS OF CITIZENSHIP WHILE SIMULTANEOUSLY CLAIMING HE IS NOT A U.S. CITIZEN. 8 U.S.C. \u00a7 1481 (setting forth the ways a citizen may renounce citizenship). AN AFFIDAVIT PURPORTING TO RENOUNCE CITIZENSHIP IS NOT EFFECTIVE UNDER 8 U.S.C. \u00a7 1481, because, among other things, &#8220;A THRESHOLD REQUIREMENT UNDER THESE PROCEDURES IS THAT THE CITIZEN BE OUTSIDE THE BORDERS OF THE UNITED STATES in order for his renunciation to take effect.&#8221;\u00a0<\/em><\/strong>Duncan v. U.S. Dep&#8217;t of State, No. 7:08-CV-00564, 2008 WL 4821323, at *1-2 (W.D. Va. Oct. 30, 2008).&#8221;<\/span><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<div><span style=\"color: #000080;\">Further, the law applies exactly the same to citizens as non-citizens, state citizens or non-state citizens, U.S. citizens or non-U.S. citizens, legal aliens and illegal aliens. Status changes nothing whatsoever.\u00a0<a style=\"color: #000080;\" href=\"http:\/\/travel.state.gov\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" data-saferedirecturl=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/url?q=http:\/\/travel.state.gov\/&amp;source=gmail&amp;ust=1599336348166000&amp;usg=AFQjCNE-hDv_qY_tk0S7X_un6kGq4Se80g\">Travel.State.gov<\/a>\u00a0puts it this way,\u00a0<u><strong><em>&#8220;Persons who wish to renounce U.S. citizenship should be aware of the fact that renunciation of U.S. citizenship MAY HAVE NO EFFECT ON THEIR U.S. TAX OR MILITARY SERVICE OBLIGATIONS (contact the Internal Revenue Service or U.S. Selective Service for more information). In addition, THE ACT OF RENOUNCING U.S. CITIZENSHIP DOES NOT ALLOW PERSONS TO AVOID POSSIBLE PROSECUTION FOR CRIMES WHICH THEY MAY HAVE COMMITTED OR MAY COMMIT IN THE FUTURE WHICH VIOLATE U.S. LAW, or escape the repayment of financial obligations, including child support payments, previously incurred in the United States or incurred as United States citizens abroad.&#8221;.\u00a0<\/em><\/strong><\/u><a style=\"color: #000080;\" href=\"https:\/\/travel.state.gov\/content\/travel\/en\/legal\/travel-legal-considerations\/us-citizenship\/Renunciation-US-Nationality-Abroad.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" data-saferedirecturl=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/url?q=https:\/\/travel.state.gov\/content\/travel\/en\/legal\/travel-legal-considerations\/us-citizenship\/Renunciation-US-Nationality-Abroad.html&amp;source=gmail&amp;ust=1599336348166000&amp;usg=AFQjCNFXTT8zVmM3VNj0VYRpgI_2Zcn-dA\">https:\/\/travel.state.gov\/<u>conte<wbr \/>nt\/travel\/en\/legal\/travel-<wbr \/>legal-considerations\/us-<wbr \/>citizenship\/Renunciation-US-<wbr \/>Nationality-Abroad.html<\/u><\/a><u>. So, there is no advantage in attempting to renounce U.S. citizenship whatsoever.<\/u><\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<hr \/>\n<h4><strong><span style=\"color: #000080;\">The Government of The United States of America maintains in the face of the aforementioned argument\u00a0 that U.S. citizenship have never legally existed.\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/h4>\n<h4><strong><span style=\"color: #000080;\">In the following evidence doc from 1790 the status simply reads &#8220;citizen of the United States&#8221;:\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/h4>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><strong><span style=\"color: #000080;\">Example<\/span><\/strong>: <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-7000 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/continentalfreepress.news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/download.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1090\" height=\"761\" \/><\/div>\n<hr \/>\n<div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #000080;\">In the 14th amendment it reads:\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<h2><strong><span style=\"color: #000080;\">Amendment XIV<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n<h2><strong><span style=\"color: #000080;\">Section 1.<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #000080;\">All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are <span style=\"color: #800000;\">citizens of the United States<\/span> and of the state wherein they reside. No state shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any state deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #000080;\">Constitution of the United States:\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<h3><strong><span style=\"color: #000080;\">Section. 2.<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #000080;\">The House of Representatives shall be composed of Members chosen every second Year by the People of the several States, and the Electors in each State shall have the Qualifications requisite for Electors of the most numerous Branch of the State Legislature.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #000080;\">No Person shall be a Representative who shall not have attained to the Age of twenty five Years, and been seven Years a <span style=\"color: #800000;\">Citizen of the United States<\/span>, and who shall not, when elected, be an Inhabitant of that State in which he shall be chosen.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h1><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong>THERE IS NO EVIDENCE THAT U.S. CITIZENSHIP EXISTS<\/strong><\/span><\/h1>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #000080;\">So where did the title U.S. citizen status come from and why is it so important to call it U.S. citizenship?<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #000080;\">Who knows because there is no such body politic as U.S. congress, U.S. senate, nor U.S. house of representatives nor any constitution in existence that established the aforementioned body politic. This means there is no Federal law in existence that pertains to anyone at the moment unless the matter is settled.\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #000080;\">Why are inhabitants trying to renounce something that does not exist by any constitution in existence in the entire world?\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #000080;\">Where is our U.S. citizen card to prove our status?\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #000080;\">Where do we take an oath or affirmation to obtain the status of U.S. citizen?\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #000080;\">We have asked around and some people claim that U.S. citizen and citizen of the United States are interchangeable however that would be considered hearsay. Every Attorney in existence knows that terms and styles are extremely important when it comes to intent and sueing the responsible party. Go and ask around, the clerks of the counties claim there is no such oath or affirmation in existence to take as a U.S. citizen.\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #000080;\">A birth certificate cannot be used as an identification document to obtain a state id card so the birth certificate is not evidence of U.S. citizenship. The 14th amendment is not evidence of U.S. citizenship.\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #000080;\">Voter registration means that a person registered with a 527 organization, private company, so voter registration is not evidence of U.S. citizenship.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #000080;\">Status is nothing to take lightly and the Government of The United States of America has already challenged the U.S. on the legitimacy of its existence as a country and has remained silent on the matter and is currently in default.\u00a0 <a href=\"https:\/\/americanherald.org\/?p=2535\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">LINK<\/a><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #000080;\">Third Party beneficiary: <a style=\"color: #000080;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.investopedia.com\/terms\/t\/third-party-beneficiary.asp\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">LINK<\/a><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #000080;\">Lawyers can&#8217;t claim a direct benefit nor obligation if the third party was never involved with the original contract. The legal definition only reads the third party may have rights.\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<h2 id=\"mntl-sc-block_1-0\" class=\"comp mntl-sc-block finance-sc-block-heading mntl-sc-block-heading\"><strong><span class=\"mntl-sc-block-heading__text\" style=\"color: #000080;\">What Is a Third-Party Beneficiary?<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n<p id=\"mntl-sc-block_1-0-1\" class=\"comp mntl-sc-block finance-sc-block-html mntl-sc-block-html\"><strong><span style=\"color: #000080;\">A third-party beneficiary is a person or business that benefits from the terms of a contract made between two other parties.
