The wording has been changed by someone that appears not to have the best interest of the United States at heart. L. 101\u2013650, title IV, \u00a7\u202f404<\/a>,\u00a0<span class=\"date\">Dec. 1, 1990<\/span>,\u00a0<a style=\"color: #000080;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.law.cornell.edu\/rio\/citation\/104_Stat._5124\" aria-label=\"rio - 104 Stat. 5124\">104 Stat. 5124<\/a>.)<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong>That oath is notwithstanding.<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong>It is this next oath that is missing and the regulations are very clear:\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<div>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong>&#8220;4 U.S. Code \u00a7\u202f101.Oath by members of legislatures and officers<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong><a style=\"color: #000080;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.law.cornell.edu\/uscode\/text\/4\/101#tab_default_1\">S. Code<\/a><\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong><a style=\"color: #000080;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.law.cornell.edu\/uscode\/text\/4\/101#tab_default_2\">Notes<\/a><\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong>Every member of a\u00a0<a style=\"color: #000080;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.law.cornell.edu\/definitions\/uscode.php?width=840&amp;height=800&amp;iframe=true&amp;def_id=4-USC-80204913-1214122108&amp;term_occur=999&amp;term_src=title:4:chapter:4:section:101\">State<\/a>\u00a0legislature, and every executive and judicial officer of a\u00a0<a style=\"color: #000080;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.law.cornell.edu\/definitions\/uscode.php?width=840&amp;height=800&amp;iframe=true&amp;def_id=4-USC-80204913-1214122108&amp;term_occur=999&amp;term_src=title:4:chapter:4:section:101\">State<\/a>, shall, before he proceeds to execute the duties of his office, take an oath in the following form, to wit: \u201cI, A B, do solemnly swear that I will support the Constitution of the United\u00a0<a style=\"color: #000080;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.law.cornell.edu\/definitions\/uscode.php?width=840&amp;height=800&amp;iframe=true&amp;def_id=4-USC-80204913-1214122108&amp;term_occur=999&amp;term_src=title:4:chapter:4:section:101\">States<\/a>.\u201d<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong>(July 30, 1947, ch. 389,\u00a0<a style=\"color: #000080;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.law.cornell.edu\/rio\/citation\/61_Stat._643\">61 Stat. 643<\/a>.)<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"Default\"><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 14.0pt;\">A VIOLATION OF An Act to regulate the Time and Manner of administering certain Oaths. Constitution of the U.S. article 6, page 19 IN Sec. 1., Sec. 2., Sec. 3., Sec. 4., Sec. 5. Approved, June 1, 1789 <\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"Default\"><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 14.0pt;\">AND <\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"Default\"><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 14.0pt;\">1 Stat 23 (Statues at Large) <\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"Default\"><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 14.0pt;\">Every member of a State legislature, and every executive and judicial officer of a State, shall, before he proceeds to execute the duties of his office, take an oath in the following form, to wit: <\/span><span class=\"Heading2Char\"><span style=\"font-size: 13.0pt;\">\u201cI, A B, do solemnly swear that I will support the Constitution of the United States.\u201d<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"Default\"><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 14.0pt;\">\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14.0pt;\">Stat. 643 \u00a7 102. Such oath may be administered by any person who, by the law of the State, is authorized to administer the oath of office; and the person so administering such oath shall cause a record or certificate thereof to be made in the same manner, as by the law of the State, he is directed to record or certify the oath of office.&#8221;<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"Default\"><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 14.0pt;\">This is the reason why no one is being prosecuted for attempting to overthrow the United States. No one has an oath to the constitution of the United States.<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"Default\"><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 14.0pt;\">Trump could stay in office simply by taking this oath: \u201cI, A B, do solemnly swear that I will support the Constitution of the United\u00a0<a style=\"color: #000080;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.law.cornell.edu\/definitions\/uscode.php?width=840&amp;height=800&amp;iframe=true&amp;def_id=4-USC-80204913-1214122108&amp;term_occur=999&amp;term_src=title:4:chapter:4:section:101\">States<\/a>.\u201d until the United States gets back on track which is highly recommended.\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #000080;\">Biden won&#8217;t take that oath and we know not one of the conspirators to overthrow the United States will take the oath.\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"Default\"><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 14.0pt;\">We have obtained at least 25 oaths and no one has this oath. \u201cI, A B, do solemnly swear that I will support the Constitution of the United\u00a0<a style=\"color: #000080;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.law.cornell.edu\/definitions\/uscode.php?width=840&amp;height=800&amp;iframe=true&amp;def_id=4-USC-80204913-1214122108&amp;term_occur=999&amp;term_src=title:4:chapter:4:section:101\">States<\/a>.\u201d\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong>All Governors can now be sued in their personal capacities and charged with impersonating a Public Officer for shutting down private businesses. Every time they write and sign an executive order their insurance is at risk. It is really easy to make an insurance claim and not one lawyer representing the insurance company can defend against the claim. They either have the oath or they don&#8217;t.\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong>The Government of The United States of America is preserving the country and has been since 2009 at great personal cost. The Government of The United States of America is now assisting the United States at no request of the United States to help clean it up and put it back together.\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong>Any and all cooperation would be greatly appreciated. Please keep in mind that once the oath is taken, no more stock market investments by the office holders, no more prison system bond investors, no more traffic court and about at least 50% or more of the corruption is excused. Unrighteous people do not want a job in State government where they actually have to do their job without kick backs and under the table deals.\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong>By the way, it is hereby declared that the November 3rd, 2020 U.S. election is a fraud with overseas interference by Spain and Germany.
