The trespass by the World Health Organization gives the Government of The United States of America the authority to tax the trespasser and therefore this International Public Notice has been published. Certified copy of the lien: LINK<\/a><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n The World Health Organization has no authority to advise the Government of The United States of America nor possess any medical advisory position within the Government of The United States of America.\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n Any medical advise coming out of the World Health Organization is completely flawed and unenforceable in any venue unless a country is stupid enough to listen to anyone out of the World Health Organization.\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n The lawyers will advise to ignore the lien because it is not notarized and that is exactly what we want them to advise because they do not understand the lien itself.
