\u00a0NOTICE OF INVESTIGATION<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

To: Jeremy Christopher MacDonald Trustee (hereinafter \u201cTrustee\u201d), Mackenzie Brown, Hannah, Noelle Hill, Brett William Ligon, Paul Vincent Damico, Adam McLane and Patty Maginnis,\u00a0(hereinafter collectively \u201cRespondents\u201d),<\/span><\/p>\n

Following the submission of an Affidavit of Fact by Trustee to the office of the Special Prosecutor for the War Crimes Tribunal for The United States of America (hereinafter \u201cProsecutor\u201d) it has been determined that an investigation of all parties listed within the aforementioned Affidavit shall be conducted by said office, as Trustee\u2019s person is a current member of the Continental Army, one of the Military Branches of The United States of America; therefore the rightful and legal jurisdiction of Trustee, and<\/span><\/p>\n

The Prosecutor has reviewed the allegations against Trustee by members of the STATE BAR OF TEXAS, a private membership association conducting private meetings in the political subdivision of Texas, absent a social compact by and between the people of a State, therefore absent a permanent population for public proceedings to be conducted and absent a<\/span> permanent population to authorize a body politic for the administration of Justice in accordance with International Law as codified within the Law of Nations<\/em>, and<\/span><\/p>\n

As a member of the Continental Army, Trustee is subject to the Bilateral Social Compact Agreement by and between the people for The United States of America and the Laws within the metes and bounds and seaward boundaries of The United States of America including the original State of Texas, as opposed to the political subdivision of Texas operating as a political unit of the United States Federal corporation District of Columbia overlay survey currently administered by the Biden Administration LINK<\/a> and war criminal Joseph Robinette Biden Jr. LINK<\/a>, and<\/span><\/p>\n

May this Notice of Investigation serve as proper communication for the political subdivision of Texas and those persons acting as executive, legislative and judicial officers within said subdivision; that while an investigation is in progress in the matter of Trustee and Respondents, that any further attempt to administer policies upon Trustee while under a declaration of war against the coronavirus, as declared on March 19th<\/sup>, 2020 by Donald J. Trump shall be an act of aggression subject to violations to be presented in a public hearing with the War Crimes Tribunal for The United States of America.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
