Trustee is a member of a foreign military, the Continental Army, ordained and established by the General Post Office of the Government of The United States of America<span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"> <a style=\"color: #ff0000;\" href=\"https:\/\/generalpostoffice.theunitedstatesofamerica.country\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>LINK<\/strong><\/span><\/a> <\/span>and<strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"> <a style=\"color: #ff0000;\" href=\"https:\/\/generalpostoffice.theunitedstatesofamerica.country\/?page_id=69\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">LINK<\/a><\/span><\/strong> evidenced in Exhibit 1 within this Notice.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\">Failure to cease and desist in the interference of the Trustee shall result in a public hearing within the War Crimes Tribunal for The United States of America<strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"> <a style=\"color: #ff0000;\" href=\"https:\/\/nationalgreatregistry.country\/war-crimes-tribunal\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">LINK<\/a> <\/span><\/strong>wherein the Respondents will be ordered to appear at trial to explain the war actions taken upon Trustee in accordance with International Law as codified within the <em>Law of Nations Book III C<\/em><em>hapter VIII Of the Rights of Nations in War,\u2014and first, of what we have a right to do, and what we are allowed to do, to the Enemy\u2019s Person in a just War \u00a7136 General principle of the rights against an enemy in a just war<\/em> stated herein;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><span style=\"color: #000080;\">\u201cWhat we have hitherto said concerns the right of making war:\u2014let us now proceed to those rights which are to be respected during the war itself, and to the rules which nations should reciprocally observe, even when deciding their differences by arms. Let us begin by laying down the rights of a nation engaged in a just war: let us see what she is allowed to do to her enemy. The whole is to be deduced from one single principle,\u2014from the object of a just war: for, when the end is lawful, he who has a right to pursue that end, has, of course, a right to employ all the means which are necessary for its attainment.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\">The office of the Special Prosecutor for the War Crimes Tribunal for The United States of America hereby acknowledges that Respondents are classifying Trustee as an enemy per the said war declaration and Trustee is now considered a prisoner of war, held within the political subdivision of Texas. Those persons attempting to administer justice absent a written and published social compact<strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"> <a style=\"color: #ff0000;\" href=\"https:\/\/americanherald.org\/?p=7440\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">LINK<\/a> <\/span><\/strong>authorizing the legislative body politic of a state are violating International Law as codified within the <em>Law of Nations Book I C<\/em><em>hapter XIII Of Justice and Polity \u00a7158, A nation ought to make justice reign <\/em>stated herein;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><span style=\"color: #000080;\">\u201cNext to the care of religion, one of the principal duties of a nation relates to justice. They ought to employ their utmost attention in causing it to prevail in the state, and to take proper measures for having it dispensed to every one in the most certain, the most speedy, and the least burthensome manner.
