INTERNATIONAL, NATIONAL, COUNTY & LOCAL PUBLIC NOTICE<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

WHEREAS, the War Crimes Tribunal for The United States of America has rendered a Judgment and Order against Donald J. Polden finding the Respondent <\/strong>guilty of committing war crimes, and supporting acts of terrorism, guilty of aiding and abetting the globalist communist genocidal depopulation agenda through current biological warfare operations, which deprive civilian inhabitants of life, security, liberty, and pursuit of happiness, therefore violating the Law of Nations, the Nuremberg Code and all Thirty (30) Articles of Public Laws-101<\/strong>, in Case # WCT-20210911-000011,\u00a0and<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

WHEREAS, Donald J. Polden and family (hereinafter \u201cfugitives\u201d) are now fugitives from Justice within the metes and bounds and seaward boundaries of The United States of America, and anyone found harboring or offering aid and comfort to the fugitives will be subject to the FORCED DEPORTATION ACT OF 2021\u00a0<\/strong>LINK<\/strong><\/a> \u00a0now in effect against the fugitives, and<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

NOW, THEREFORE, the Continental Army Judges for the War Crimes Tribunal for The United States of America hereby proclaims a Notice of Exile into existence whereby the fugitives\u00a0listed in the Judgment and Order below have 90 days from this Notice, proclaimed this 284th\u00a0Day in the year of Yahweh 6023, translated date December 28th, 2021, to vacate the metes and bounds and seaward boundaries of The United States of America or have the fugitives\u2019 personal private property Nationalized and under demolition order until complete and be subject to execution by firing squad as written in the Judgment and Order found herein:\u00a0<\/strong>LINK<\/strong><\/a><\/span><\/p>\n

The land property of fugitive to be nationalized and under demolition order is located at 1557 Norman Ave. San Jose, California 95125.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n
