They are endowed with reason and conscience and should act towards one another in a spirit of brotherhood.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong>Article 2\u00a0 Is now known as\u00a0 Public Law 101-2<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong>Everyone is entitled to all the rights and freedoms set forth in this Declaration, without distinction of any kind, such as race, colour, sex, language, religion, political or other opinion, national or social origin, property, birth or other status. Furthermore, no distinction shall be made on the basis of the political, jurisdictional or international status of the country or territory to which a person belongs, whether it be independent, trust, non-self-governing or under any other limitation of sovereignty.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong>Article 3 Is now known as\u00a0 Public Law 101-3<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong>Everyone has the right to life, liberty and security of person.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong>Article 4 Is now known as\u00a0 Public Law 101-4<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong>No one shall be held in slavery or servitude; slavery and the slave trade shall be prohibited in all their forms.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong>Article 5 Is now known as\u00a0 Public Law 101-5<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong>No one shall be subjected to torture or to cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong>Article 6 Is now known as\u00a0 Public Law 101-6<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong>Everyone has the right to recognition everywhere as a person before the law.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong>Article 7 Is now known as\u00a0 Public Law 101-7<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong>All are equal before the law and are entitled without any discrimination to equal protection of the law. All are entitled to equal protection against any discrimination in violation of this Declaration and against any incitement to such discrimination.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong>Article 8 Is now known as\u00a0 Public Law 101-8<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong>Everyone has the right to an effective remedy by the competent national tribunals for acts violating the fundamental rights granted him by the constitution or by law.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong>Article 9 Is now known as\u00a0 Public Law 101-9<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong>No one shall be subjected to arbitrary arrest, detention or exile.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong>Article 10 Is now known as\u00a0 Public Law 101-10<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong>Everyone is entitled in full equality to a fair and public hearing by an independent and impartial tribunal, in the determination of his rights and obligations and of any criminal charge against him.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><strong>Article 11 Is now known as\u00a0 Public Law 101-11-1 and\/or 2<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong>(1) Everyone charged with a penal offence has the right to be presumed innocent until proved guilty according to law in a public trial at which he has had all the guarantees necessary for his defence.<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong>(2) No one shall be held guilty of any penal offence on account of any act or omission which did not constitute a penal offence, under national or international law, at the time when it was committed. Nor shall a heavier penalty be imposed than the one that was applicable at the time the penal offence was committed.<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong>Article 12 Is now known as\u00a0 Public Law 101-12<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong>No one shall be subjected to arbitrary interference with his privacy, family, home or correspondence, nor to attacks upon his honour and reputation. Everyone has the right to the protection of the law against such interference or attacks.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong>Article 13 Is now known as\u00a0 Public Law 101-13-1 and\/or 2<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong>(1) Everyone has the right to freedom of movement and residence within the borders of each state.<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong>(2) Everyone has the right to leave any country, including his own, and to <\/strong><strong>return to his country.<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong>Article 14 Is now known as\u00a0 Public Law 101-14-1 and\/or 2<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong>as amended: 09-20-2020\u00a0 Paragraph 2 striking out specific wording\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong>(1) Everyone has the right to seek and to enjoy in other countries asylum from persecution.<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong>(2) This right may not be invoked in the case of prosecutions genuinely <\/strong><strong>arising from non-political crimes.\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong>Article 15 Is now known as\u00a0 Public Law 101-15-1 and\/or 2<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong>(1) Everyone has the right to a nationality.<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong>(2) No one shall be arbitrarily deprived of his nationality nor denied the <\/strong><strong>right to change his nationality.<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong>Article 16 Is now known as\u00a0 Public Law 101-16-1 and\/or 2 and or 3<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong>(1) Men and women of full age, without any limitation due to race, nationality or religion, have the right to marry and to found a family. They are entitled to equal rights as to marriage, during marriage and at its dissolution.<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong>(2) Marriage shall be entered into only with the free and full consent of <\/strong><strong>the intending spouses.<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong>(3) The family is the natural and fundamental group unit of society and<\/strong><strong>\u00a0is entitled to protection by society and the State.<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><strong>Article 17 Is now known as\u00a0 Public Law 101-17-1 and\/or 2<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong>(1) Everyone has the right to own property alone as well as in association with others.<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong>(2) No one shall be arbitrarily deprived of his property.<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong>Article 18 Is now known as\u00a0 Public Law 101-18<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong>Everyone has the right to freedom of thought, conscience and religion; this right includes freedom to change his religion or belief, and freedom, either alone or in community with others and in public or private, to manifest his religion or belief in teaching, practice, worship and observance.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><strong>Article 19 Is now known as\u00a0 Public Law 101-19<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong>Everyone has the right to freedom of opinion and expression; this right includes freedom to hold opinions without interference and to seek, receive and impart information and ideas through any media and regardless of frontiers.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><strong>Article 20 Is now known as\u00a0 Public Law 101-20-1 and\/or 2\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong>(1) Everyone has the right to freedom of peaceful assembly and association.<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong>(2) No one may be compelled to belong to an association.<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><strong>Article 21 Is now known as\u00a0 Public Law 101-21-1 and\/or 2 and or 3<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong>(1) Everyone has the right to take part in the government of his country, <\/strong><strong>directly or through freely chosen representatives.<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong>(2) Everyone has the right of equal access to public service in his <\/strong><strong>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0country.<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong>(3) The will of the people shall be the basis of the authority of <\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong>government; this will shall be expressed in periodic and genuine <\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong>elections which shall be by universal and equal suffrage and shall be <\/strong><\/span><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong>held by secret vote or by equivalent free voting procedures.<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong>Article 22 Is now known as\u00a0 Public Law 101-22<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong>Everyone, as a member of society, has the right to social security and is entitled to realization, through national effort and international co-operation and in accordance with the organization and resources of each State, of the economic, social and cultural rights indispensable for his dignity and the free development of his personality.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong>Article 23 Is now known as\u00a0 Public Law 101-23-1 and\/or 2 and or 3 and or 4<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong>(1) Everyone has the right to work, to free choice of employment, to just and favourable conditions of work and to protection against unemployment.<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong>(2) Everyone, without any discrimination, has the right to equal pay for <\/strong><\/span><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong>equal work.<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong>(3) Everyone who works has the right to just and favourable <\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong>remuneration ensuring for himself and his family an existence <\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong>worthy of human dignity, and supplemented, if necessary, by\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 other means of social protection.<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong>(4) Everyone has the right to form and to join trade unions for the<\/strong><\/span><strong style=\"color: #000080;\">\u00a0protection of his interests.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong>Article 24 Is now known as\u00a0 Public Law 101-24<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong>Everyone has the right to rest and leisure, including reasonable limitation of working hours and periodic holidays with pay.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong>Article 25 Is now known as\u00a0 Public Law 101-25-1 and\/or 2\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong>(1) Everyone has the right to a standard of living adequate for the health and well-being of himself and of his family, including food, clothing, housing and medical care and necessary social services, and the right to security in the event of unemployment, sickness, disability, widowhood, old age or other lack of livelihood in circumstances beyond his control.<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong>(2) Motherhood and childhood are entitled to special care and<\/strong><\/span><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong>\u00a0assistance. All children, whether born in or out of wedlock, shall <\/strong><\/span><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong>enjoy the same social protection.<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong>Article 26 Is now known as\u00a0 Public Law 101-26-1 and\/or 2 and or 3<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong>as amended: 09-20-2020\u00a0 <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong>(1) Everyone has the right to education. Education shall be free, at least in the elementary and fundamental stages. Elementary education shall be compulsory. Technical and professional education shall be made generally available and higher education shall be equally accessible to all on the basis of merit.<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong>(2) <\/strong><strong>Education shall be directed to the full development of the human <\/strong><\/span><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong>personality and to the strengthening of respect for human rights and<\/strong><\/span><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong> fundamental freedoms including exemption from experimentation. It<\/strong><\/span><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong>\u00a0shall promote understanding and friendship among all nations, racial <\/strong><\/span><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong>or religious groups, and children shall have standard teaching <\/strong><\/span><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong>practices (reading, writing, math, history, physical and natural world<\/strong><\/span><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong> study, physical education), free of all other agendas.<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<li><strong style=\"color: #000080;\">(3) Parents have a prior right to choose the kind of education that shall be<\/strong><strong style=\"color: #000080;\">\u00a0given to their children.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong>\u00a0A<\/strong><\/span><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong>rticle 27 Is now known as\u00a0 Public Law 101-27-1 and\/or 2<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong>(1) Everyone has the right freely to participate in the cultural life of the community, to enjoy the arts and to share in scientific advancement and its benefits.<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong>(2) Everyone has the right to the protection of the moral and material <\/strong><\/span><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong>interests resulting from any scientific, literary or artistic production <\/strong><\/span><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong>of which he is the author.<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><strong>Article 28 Is now known as\u00a0 Public Law 101-28<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong>Everyone is entitled to a social and international order in which the rights and freedoms set forth in this Declaration can be fully realized.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><strong>Article 29 Is now known as\u00a0 Public Law 101-29-1 and\/or 2\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong>as amended: 09-20-2020\u00a0 Paragraph 3 omitted<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong>(1) Everyone has duties to the community in which alone the free and full development of his personality is possible.<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong>(2) In the exercise of his rights and freedoms, everyone shall be subject <\/strong><\/span><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong>only to such limitations as are determined by law solely for the <\/strong><\/span><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong>purpose of securing due recognition and respect for the rights and <\/strong><\/span><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong>freedoms of others and of meeting the just requirements of morality, <\/strong><\/span><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong>public order and the general welfare in a democratic society.<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><strong>Article 30 Is now known as\u00a0 Public Law 101-30<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong>Nothing in this Declaration may be interpreted as implying for any State, group or person any right to engage in any activity or to perform any act aimed at the destruction of any of the rights and freedoms set forth herein.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong>If all previous Articles are violated the whole of all Public Laws herein are known as Public Laws-101 under this section.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong>Hereby published by the committee of the National assembly for the Government of The United States of America,\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong>01-24-2022<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Published in the American Herald on 1-27-2022 INTERNATIONAL, NATIONAL, &amp; LOCAL PUBLIC NOTICE The Universal Declaration of Human Rights is hereby classified as Public Law within the States of the Union within The United States of America!
