Brief Explanation: The current Judges are under the Universal Charter of the Judge and Canon Law which is foreign to the States of the Union and therefore considered treason for the U.S. Military to protect foreign judges at the expense of the inhabitants within the States of the Union. Further, the judges that are serving foreign city-states are committing treason against the States of the Union.

The State of California is in violation of second union rules and definitely in violation of first Union laws. 

It is incumbent upon any and all to take the State of California back from the communists and socialists as soon as possible, preferably by peaceful means, by removing the Declaration of Interdependence of 1976 that was signed and illegally imposed upon all inhabitants. LINK
