Objection and Notice of Trespass

We, the declared residents and affirmed American Nationals of the American National assembly in the metes and bounds and seaward boundaries of The United States of America in social compact, (hereinafter “the assembly”), object to and give notice of trespass of the Virginia Jural Assembly, also known as Virginia De Jure Assembly (hereinafter “the Virginia Jural Assembly”) as a body politic as well as its purported social compact, and

We the assembly, have first in time and first in right and therefore there are certain steps that need to be taken to enter the States of the Union, and

Each member of the private association known as the Virginia Jural Assembly never finished their naturalization into the original States of the Union and the assembly objects to the Virginia Jural Assembly entering the original States of the Union and The United States of America, and

The members of the Virginia Jural Assembly changed the original social compact without a States of the Union vote to change anything, so these are grounds for objection and refuse entrance into the original States of the Union, and

The members of the Virginia Jural Assembly never left the United States and never entered into the State of Virginia. “The inhabitants, as distinguished from citizens, are foreigners, who are permitted to settle and stay in the country. Bound to society by their residence, they are subject to the laws of the state, while they reside in it; and they are obliged to defend it, because it grants them protection, though they do not participate in all the rights of citizens. They enjoy only the advantages which the law or custom gives them. The perpetual inhabitants are those who have received the right of perpetual residence. These are a kind of citizens of an inferior order, and are united to the society, without participating in all its advantages. Their children follow the condition of their fathers; and as the state has given to these the right of perpetual residence, their right passes to their posterity.” (Law of Nations, Book 1: Nations in Themselves section 213), and

The members of the Virginia Jural Assembly have not displayed the ability to enter into foreign relations and do not have the capacity to enter into relations with other States because the State of Virginia is not populated, and

The members of the Virginia Jural Assembly do not have a permanent population within the State of Virginia, and

The members of the Virginia Jural Assembly do not have control of the territory of the State of Virginia, and

The members of the Virginia Jural Assembly do not have a defined territory and it was never given to them, and

The members of the Virginia Jural Assembly are forcing the American National assembly of The United States of America to associate with the Virginia Jural Assembly, wherein, any and all torts committed by the Virginia Jural Assembly become the liability of the American National assembly of The United States of America, and

The members of the Virginia Jural Assembly have stolen a lot of information and have been using it without permission, and

The American National assembly of The United States of America rebukes any association with the Virginia Jural Assembly and therefore the Virginia Jural Assembly cannot enter into the States of the Union nor the State of Virginia nor The United States of America.

Affidavits are coming forward of those who have witnessed what this notice is claiming.

Objection to Political Islam

We, the American National assembly of The United States of America, in social compact, (hereinafter “the assembly”), are followers of Jesus/Yeshua/Yahushua, The Way, The Truth, and The Life. He reigns at the helm of our government, and 

We, the assembly, stand firmly against any nation that seeks to intervene in the affairs of another for the sake of promoting a foreign political agenda (Law of Nations Book II, Chap. IV § 52-59). We recognize the attempts of political Islam groups to infiltrate the United States— at the local, county, state, and federal levels, along with any other variations thereof. It is clear to us that these groups are working to impose their agenda on a global scale, seeking to implement sharia law worldwide. We, the assembly, object to sharia law, in all its forms. We do not accept the abusive treatment of men, women, children, animals, and any other living being. These are crimes against humanity, and 

“Political Islam is the interpretation of Islam as a source of political identity and action. It advocates the formation of state and society according to (the advocates understanding of) Islamic principles, where Islam serves as a source of political positions and concepts. Political Islam is generally used interchangeably with the term Islamism by authors inside and outside of academia and thought of as the political element of the Islamic revival that began in the 20th century, rather than just any form of political activity by Muslims. However, there have also been “new attempts to distinguish between Islamism as religiously based political movements and political Islam as a national modern understanding of Islam shared by secular and Islamist actors ,” and 

We, the assembly, object to Political Islam who plays a role in the construction of mosques and can be associated with the radical practices of the Islamic Caliphate, which serves as a political foundation for nations within the Islamic world. This influence extends to infiltrating governments globally, including those within the territorial and maritime boundaries of The United States of America. This statement serves as a notice to any individuals residing within these boundaries—whether they hold positions in local, state, or federal governments—who intend to mislead and seize power over any governing body or political party with the objective of causing harm to humanity, thus violating the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, and 

We, the assembly, object to the Caliphate Islamic men and women taking any elected or unelected political office or political positions in the corporate United States or The United States of America, and 

We, the assembly, firmly assert our objections to the influence of Political Islam in the construction of mosques, recognizing its association with the radical practices of the Islamic Caliphate. This influence acts as a political foundation for nations within the Islamic world and extends to infiltrating governments worldwide, including those within the territorial and maritime boundaries of The United States of America. This statement serves as a clear warning to all individuals within these boundaries—regardless of their roles in local, state, or federal governments—who may attempt to mislead or seize power within any governing body or political party with the intent to inflict harm on humanity, thus violating the tenets of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights or any variation thereof, or The United States of America. Whereas the Caliphate Islamic men and women are subjects of the nation(s) of Islam, rather than of the United States or The United States of America, or any variation thereof, in violation of constitutional law and the Law of Nations Book II, Chap. IV § 57-59, and 

We, the assembly, object to Political Islam attacking cities, counties, districts, (S)tates, Federal, U.S., and any other overlays or constitutions and corporate constitutions. This is a capital crime under the Law of Nations Book I, Chap. III § 30, Book III, Chap. III § 30-34, and 

We, the assembly, firmly condemn the infiltration of Political Islam into our nations with the deliberate intent to seize control by reshaping our laws. This encroachment is clearly visible at both local and state levels, beginning with the manipulation of public school curricula and the election of school board members, and extending into local political offices. Additionally, we recognize the infiltration of military institutions and other organizations that engage with or influence political offices aimed at implementing policies designed to pave the way for the introduction of Sharia Law within the boundaries of The United States of America, and We, the assembly, object to political Islamic groups that are funding elections and political campaigns within the borders and seaward boundaries of The United States of America in order to push their harmful agendas, and 

We, the assembly, object to Political Islam attacking Christians or any other people of faith or organizations or living creations. We, the assembly, object to any type of abuse against any man, woman, or child. This is a crime against humanity, and 

We, the assembly, do not recognize any private property rights, including water, land, and air above and below, “riparian rights”, tangible or intangible, of anyone within Political Islam, within the metes and bounds and seaward boundaries of The United States of America, and We, the assembly, object to the involvement of Political Islam in any form of media, news channels, and publications within the boundaries of The United States of America.

Rebuke of Statue of Liberty

We, the declared residents and affirmed American Nationals of the American National assembly of The United States of America in social compact, (hereinafter “the assembly”) hereby acknowledge the existence of the Messiah and King Yahushua/Yeshua/Jesus, the Christ, hereinafter (“Yeshua”) and recognize the reign of the heavens is the body of Christ and the Spirit of Christ. The declared residents and affirmed American Nationals recognize that Yeshua has been given all power and authority in Heaven and on Earth. Matthew 28:18

We were all taught in school that liberty represents freedom from oppressors and that it was a beacon of hope to never again be under a ruling body that enslaves us. However, the liberty declared upon establishing the united States of America was simply rebellion against our Father in Heaven, Yeshua, and the Set-Apart Spirit. It was established by the devilworshipping founders of the united States of America to provide freedom to sin. We, the assembly, hereby rebuke Lady Columbia, Lady Freedom, Lady Liberty, Baphomet, and all other false gods/goddesses, demons, immorality, witchcraft and their satanic influence(s) in Yeshua’s name.

America was to be the host of Liberty, the freedom icon, the freedom idol. She carries in her hand a light for you to find freedom and a reminder of the Declaration of Independence. Liberty had been freed from bondage as shown by her broken shackles and promised freedom to us but we were deceived in this representation. “In the freedom, with which Messiah has made us free, stand firm, and do not again be held with a yoke of slavery.” Galatians 5:1

Therefore we, the assembly, rebuke these false deities called Lady Columbia, Lady Freedom, Lady Liberty, Baphomet, and all other gods/goddesses, demons, immorality, witchcraft and their satanic influence(s). “You have no other mighty ones against My face. You do not make for yourself a carved image, or any likeness of that which is in the heavens above, or which is in the earth beneath, or which is in the waters under the earth, you do not bow down to them nor serve them. For I, Yahweh your Elohim am a jealous God, visiting the crookedness of the fathers on the children to the third and fourth generations of those who hate Me.” Exodus 20: 3-5

The assembly rebukes the illegal creation of all county, district, and State statutes, codes, mandates, orders, and policies of the legal system.

Additionally, the assembly rebukes all illegal creations of statutes, colors of law, and policies that are fundamental aspects of government actions created by inhabitants (legislators) operating in their individual capacities illegally. These inhabitants are actors who are not formed as a social compact or body politic within the States of the Union.

Furthermore, where the worshippers assemble and write statutes under their false gods/goddesses, demons, witchcraft, and their satanic influence(s), the assembly rebukes their false jurisdictions and laws over any country or people. We recognize Yeshua’s jurisdiction as the only jurisdiction in heaven and earth.

We, the assembly, serve, bow, and submit only to King Yeshua as our Lord and Savior. Yeshua is The Way, The Truth and The Life! John 14:6 We worship Yeshua in spirit and truth. John 4:24 Yeshua was given all authority in Heaven and on Earth. Matthew 28:18 He holds the keys to hades and hell. The debt for our sins was paid only by the shedding of His blood. 1John 1:7, Romans 5:9
