The signatories of the National Government of the State of Massachusetts-Bay wasted no time in forming the new National Government in accordance with the Law of Nations and is hereby introduced to all countries in and of the world and the international community by the Government of The United States of America.
“The end of the institution, maintenance and administration of Government, is to secure the existence of the body-politic; to protect it; and to furnish the individuals who compose it, with the power of enjoying, in safety and tranquility, their natural rights, and the blessings of life: And whenever these great objects are not obtained, the people have a right to alter the government, and to take measures necessary for their safety, prosperity and happiness.
The body-politic is formed by a voluntary association of individuals: It is a social compact, by which the whole people covenants with each Resident or American National, and each Resident with the whole people, that all shall be governed by certain laws for the common good. It is the duty of the people, therefore, in framing a Constitution of Government, to provide for an equitable mode of making laws, as well as for an impartial interpretation, and a faithful execution of them; that every man may, at all times, find his security in them.
We, therefore, the people of the State of Massachusetts-Bay, acknowledging, with grateful hearts, the goodness of the Great Legislator of the Universe, in affording us, in the course of His providence, an opportunity, deliberately and peaceably, without fraud, violence or surprise, of entering into an original, explicit, and solemn compact with each other; and of forming a new Constitution of Civil Government, for ourselves and posterity; and devoutly imploring His direction in so interesting a design, DO agree upon, ordain and establish, the following Declaration of Rights, and Frame of Government, as the Constitution for the National Government of the State of Massachusetts-Bay.”

INTERNATIONAL PUBLIC NOTICE
The North American National Party (NANP) hereby objects to certain statements that have been published by one Jacquelyn Weaver that runs a blog called “Tracking The Leopard Meroz”. The North American National Party does not normally point these little issues out, however, the North American National Party can see what the fascist party is doing very slowly meaning, they are attempting to alter an established international record in very subtle ways. This is a common practice by corporations claiming to be a government.
1: The first thing Jacquelyn Weaver did was place an article that is published on THE REIGN OF THE HEAVENS SOCIETY POST and placed that publication of record under the title: “Sovereign Citizen Mike Parsons Demonstrates How Not To Make A Citizen Arrest”. THE REIGN OF THE HEAVENS SOCIETY POST does not know who Mike Parsons is and also is not responsible for placing a domestic terrorist target on the back of Mike Parsons. Further, the North American National Party does not know who Mike Parsons is wherein Mike Parsons is not a member of the North American National Party. LINK!
2: Jacquelyn Weaver then willingly, knowingly and intentionally wrote the following: “sovereign citizen John Harold Fulks, the self-appointed Governor of the United States of America.”
Objection by the NANP: John Harold Fulks is not a self appointed Governor of the United States of America nor is he a citizen of the United States. John Harold Fulks is the elected Governor for the Government of The United States of America; elected by the North American National Party members in 2013, then was appointed in 2018 to finish out the previous Governor’s term: LINK! Further, Jacquelyn Weaver failed to make a distinction between “the United States of America” and “The United States of America” thereby displaying incompetence in her posting.
3: Jacquelyn Weaver wrote: ” After the FBI decided to consider Fulk’s illegal arrest warrant as a call for a hit against the life of Virgo Triad, Fulks published a June 19, 2018 notice at reign of the heavens.com declaring that the Virgo Triad case had been transferred to their Human Rights Tribunal (HRT), thus suspending the arrest warrant. By this new action, the penalty for each HRT violation is a $750,000 fine.”
Objection by the NANP: The Federal Bureau of Investigations (FBI) has not released any official determination under its letterhead as to what its position is on the International Arrest Warrant against Virgo Triad or any other International Arrest Warrant issued. The claim of a hit against Virgo Triad came from Virgo Triad and there has been no release of any documentation that any conversation in fact occurred between Virgo Triad and the FBI. Further, it is not up to the FBI to make any determination of any foreign documents and any determination would be notwithstanding unless properly adjudicated in a real international court of law. Just because a privately owned company claiming to be a government claims something does not mean that it is true or correct. Further, the decision to transfer the case to the Human Rights Tribunal was the decision of the National assembly wherein the National assembly did not make the decision based on a hearsay determination. It was made on the basis that Virgo Triad was claiming victim and attempting to use the International Arrest Warrant as a means to gain sympathy from the public as a victim. So the International Arrest Warrant was withdrawn to take away any political tools that Virgo Triad could use to avoid the attempted murder charge against Virgo Triad.
4: Jacquelyn Weaver wrote: “The original arrest warrant had included instructions that “any and all are hereby authorized to detain, incarcerate, and in the case of violent resistance, use deadly force against proclaimed and verified owner and operator Virgo Triad”. Now that this warrant has been suspended, we can breathe a sigh of relief that it has been replaced by a more humanitarian extortionist demand.”
Objection by the NANP: Jacquelyn Weaver does not have any authority, under freedom of speech to make a determination that damages against victims of human rights violations are under the international classification of extortion.
5: Jacquelyn Weaver then proceeds to talk about a completely different subject matter that has nothing to do with the NANP, however the way it is written, forces an association of two completely different subject matters which is nothing more than false reporting, lying to the public, an attempt to falsify the international record, trespass on a social compact agreement with intent to do harm and pure violations of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. Further, recognition by the United States is not required:

Article 13:

Even before being recognized, the State has the right to defend its integrity and independence, to provide for its preservation and prosperity, and consequently to organize itself as it sees fit, to legislate concerning its interests, to administer its services, and to determine the jurisdiction and competence of its courts. The exercise of these rights is limited only by the exercise of the rights of other States in accordance with international law.”
The United States does not have a monopoly on recognition or non-recognition and as it pertains to something being valid or invalid. The United Nations has attempted to corner the recognition and non-recognition international market and has succeeded to convince weak minded people into believing its claimed position under a unprecedented marketing scheme. If whatever has been formed or reformed follows the Law of Nations, then it is valid regardless of any political or religious point of view expressed. If whatever is formed and reformed does not follow the Law of Nations, then it is invalid and that determination is outside of any decision of the United States and the United Nations. Any claim otherwise is nothing more than arrogant political rhetoric by uneducated people attempting to solidify their position of allegiance to something that they are not a party thereto.

It is kind of hard to win any traffic ticket when people are using the wrong arguments against them. It is easy to win a traffic case when the true classification of the use of the Public Highways as a matter of right is hidden from the law books unless you read the Law of Nations. Someone has been cheating to win cases! Someone has not been using the freedom of speech or communication defense against suspended license claims and traffic cases. We wonder who….boggles the mind….

Virgo Triad, ANTIFA and and David Hogg case has been moved to the Human Rights Tribunal under Article 8 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights!
The Human Rights Tribunal was the first National Tribunal established under Article 8 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR) in America since the inception of the UDHR.
The Human Rights Tribunal was under the jurisdiction of the ministers since 2015 and has been transferred back to the Government of The United States of America. Official Assembly Record LINK!
The Arrest Warrant has been suspended against the operator/owner of Virgo Triad for the time being until the time comes when an alleged Article 3 violation is fully adjudicated through the Human Rights Tribunal. The National assembly felt that the Human Rights Tribunal was better suited to hear those aforementioned cases because human rights violations, even if done by a private organizations are considered nefarious acts wherein the Human Rights Tribunal under Article 8 of the UDHR has full jurisdiction where many other courts would not.
Even though an arrest warrant is issued, it does not mean that anyone has the right to send threatening emails nor start any vigilante justice. There are rumors that someone threatened a dog or to cut off a dogs head. Cruelty to animals is not tolerated by the Human Rights Tribunal and no one should ever hurt a defenseless animal. American Nationals are mostly animal lovers and would never be able to live with the event that an animal was killed over the nefarious acts of their owners.

There is a seven hundred and fifty thousand dollar fine on each violation which is why the Human Rights Tribunal was very effective in changing the country as a whole back when it was first established. When the Human Rights Tribunal was first established, no one was talking about human rights, today everyone talks about human rights and it spread like wildfire all over the country. It has made a difference in many lives in the past which is why it is a great privilege to serve on this Human Rights Tribunal. It is classified as a National Tribunal court of record that convenes and holds Public Trials.
Many if not all of the courts in America are private courts and do not offer Public Trials. It is better to not ignore this Human Rights Tribunal because if convicted of a human rights violation, it is never removed from the international record and follows you for the rest of your life. Three affirmed international notary publics with one alternate has been assigned to the Human Rights Tribunal wherein authentication of documents under international law is accomplished. Further, the Human Rights Tribunal has been given enforcement authority of the Law of Nations which has not been done in over 240 years. Alien Tort Claims within the United States has not heard a violation of the Law of Nations since its creation.
Not all events qualify as human rights violations so please familiarize yourself with the UDHR before filing.

Executive Order on the use of the style “THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA” on any documents of the Government of The United States of America!
Many people in America believe that anything in all caps has something to do with corporations and slavery. As a matter of fact, words in the english language in all caps is defined as a title to a book or paper OR EMPHASIS ON THE LETTERS OF A WORD; LINK!
A lot of people have never built a country before and there is a certain language that can be used for surveys, divisions, branches etc… of National Governments and does not necessarily mean that the wording is a fiction or a fake. In fact, the use of the all capital letter survey style does respect the lot and claim of another when it comes to dividing countries by lot. The technique can also be used as a security feature in documents when it comes to protecting persons.

Owner and Operator of “Virgo Triad” YouTube Channel accused of attempted murder! According to the affidavit filed with the General Post Master Council for the Government of The United States of America this Virgo Triad character thought it was a good idea to call John Harold Fulks a “sovereign citizen” against the established international record. Video Evidence:
The Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC) website was reporting about the International Arrest Warrant against Anna Von Reitz wherein Anna Von Reitz attempted to report the Government of The United States of America to SPLC, the same communist organization at war with the people that Anna Von Reitz professes to want to protect. LINK! This simple act by Anna Von Reitz proves everything written and published as a publication of record absolutely true about her status and true character.

However, the owner and operator of Virgo Triad had no right to attempt to murder John Harold Fulks with her declaration of status of and on behalf of John Harold Fulks.
As far as SPLC is concerned, their declaration within their publications are notwithstanding meaning recognition by SPLC of this Government is not required. The same goes for police, judges, attorney’s or anyone/anything else. SPLC has been caught working with the National Lawyers Guild, a well known communist organization here: LINK! and fakes allegiance to the United States and the company laws when in fact the SPLC has been in adversity against the United States since the creation of the organization. The ironic thing is that the Department of Justice joined with SPLC against the United States here: LINK! and no one says a word as if the joinder was normal.

When people issue their opinions as to whether it is fake or whatever they want to say, they have that right, but they do not have the right to trespass and attempt to murder any of the signatories nor attempt to falsify the international record. If they publish facts and back them up with evidence, that publication will be heard and addressed. Most of what has been published on various sites is nothing more than hearsay, opinions coming from ignorance and flat out slander all of which is notwithstanding anywhere.
The funny part of all of this slander is that the people committing these trespasses and torts are not even parties to the Bilateral Social Compact Agreement in violation of International law and the Law of Nations, however the law does not seem to matter to them which is why the rampant corruption within the country exists.
This publication of record serves as international service of process against the owner and operator of “Virgo Triad”, her real name purposely withheld and hidden by the perpetrator of this attempted murder. International Due Process is the utmost importance and the owner and operator of Virgo Triad will be afforded a Public Trial as is her human right in the General Post Master Council, a court of international public record.
If in fact the owner and operator of Virgo Triad does not answer this affidavit and the accusations written therein within 90 days of this publication of record, the owner and operator of Virgo Triad will be found guilty of attempted murder and another International Arrest Warrant will be issued against her person.
Another Issue in need of addressing:
On another issue, the Government of The United States of America may challenge the United States in the near future as to its true status and standing and as to whether it has the right to call itself a national government or a government at all and a host of other challenges.
This direction has already been reviewed by a foreign 30 year attorney back in 2013, and he said we would win that challenge hands down. However, it may take up to 30 years to collect on all damages so the signatories decided to move in a different direction and exist in parallel with the United States company so its people would have a choice.
The United States, a federal corporation is in dire need of controlling its people and exercise a doctrine of non-interference when it comes to the Government of The United States of America, the American National Union of The United States of America and the States of the Union otherwise its existence as it has been advertised may be at risk and peril in the near future.
The challenge would affect the whole world in a negative light, so therefore a little more cooperation would be prudent at this juncture. Ignoring the issue does not settle the issue, the United States federal corporation and its recognition is not required for the truth to exist and the Government of The United States of America has all of the evidence it needs for any form of challenge if said challenge is published and presented before a third neutral party.
The claim as the Government of The United States of America and any other claim is thoroughly researched with underwriter standards before being published and with that meticulous documentation is absent within the United States Federal Corporation. The United States federal Corporation exists purely on the ignorance of its believers in it and is surrounded by enemies foreign and domestic ready to pounce at the first instance of showing weakness because of all of its violations of international law and the law of nations. Reason and maturity is the doctrine of the day that is in great need of being exercised within the United States federal corporation, arrogance, ego and fake allegiance by its followers will be its downfall.

The Great Council of the American National Union of The United States of America (ANU) was trying to reverse what Steve Baiocchi was doing by trying to place his close friend David William Johnson in charge of the office of the registrar of the ANU without being a member of the ANU. The office holders were a little confused as to the requirements of joining the ANU on the video below, however they were correct in what they were doing and extremely professional in spite of the challenges they faced in the meeting with trying to communicate to a patriot guru that advocates violence against everyone.

Steve removed himself once he was caught and David William Johnson vowed revenge. Since that time David has been posting lies on facebook in order to falsify the international record because he did not want to do a simple document to correct the problem.
This video was the next day after he spent time on the call until 6 AM the morning of this call from the previous meeting spouting the same threats and worse, then three minutes after the video was shut off, he started beating his wife, 8 witnesses to this event, the camera was still on.
You tube flagged the video as bullying and gave the channel a strike, that is fine if they do not want truth on their site, however they have no control of this newspaper. It was ok for David and Steve to harass the channel, but when the truth was posted about who these two people were and their real character and further how professional ANU operates, the narrative was changed by youtube and accusations reversed against the channel. It is figured that the reversal is retaliation for the David Hogg International Arrest Warrant. There are a lot of ANTIFA and Lawyers Guild members that work for youtube.
Further, we receive more traffic on this website then we do on youtube so the newspaper may be creating a section for all of the videos on youtube in the newspaper so they can be classified as evidence under the American National Press Union- Code of Ethics.
