Article 28
If anyone within the State of New Mexico shall accept, claim, receive or retain any title of nobility or honour, or shall, accept and retain any present, pension, office or emolument of any kind whatever, from any emperor, king, prince or foreign power, such person shall be an alien to the State of New Mexico and shall be
incapable of holding any office of trust or profit under them, or either of them; and
Article 29
If anyone shall accept credit from a foreign private bank or in their official capacity offer, issue or file any form of security or bond to be traded in a commercial bond trading market, such person shall be an alien to the State of New Mexico and subject to a alien tort claim in violation of the Law of Nations; and
Article 30
If anyone shall own, operate or have interest in any privately owned jail, detention center or other building for the purpose of holding human beings from Liberty such person shall be an alien to the State of New Mexico and shall be subject to an alien tort claim in violation of the Law of Nations regardless of status; and
Article 31
The following Commandments shall be the Law of the Land within the State of New Mexico:
Article 32
The Nation of Islam and its Muslims are foreign to the State of New Mexico and is strictly forbidden from settling within the State of New Mexico now and forever; and it is hereby ordered that the border between Mexico and the State of New Mexico is hereby closed. Further, the people agree that a wall by and between the
State of New Mexico and Mexico would benefit the people of the State of New Mexico and further bring the people of Mexico back in honor with the Law of Nations: and
Article 33
The tripartite, city of Washington D.C., city of London, and Vatican City is strictly forbidden from subjecting the State of New Mexico to its policies; and
Article 34
It is strictly forbidden for the State of New Mexico to tax private property; and
Article 35
The people agree that it is strictly forbidden to kill a fetus. Further, the people agree that it is strictly forbidden for any agency to receive funds for the unlawful act of splitting up families, and
Article 36
The people agree that protecting the southern border, whether acting in the capacity as agency or not is with the absolute right of international arrest of any trespass committed by any foreign citizen or subject of a foreign power no matter the intentions of the one committing the trespass, and
Article 37
Any office holder in the State of New Mexico is strictly forbidden from interpreting the restrictions set forth in this Social Compact; and
The aforementioned amendments are now in effect along with the previous articles previously published in a publication of record.

If anyone has been following the progress of the Continental Dollar, various American Nationals have been offering the Continental Dollar as tender of payment around the country. The courts have been claiming that they want US currency only. LINK
This demand for a certain “currency” only would be a legitimate demand if the organization issuing the currency was not privately owned. Countries do have the right to demand their own money within their territories, however privately owned companies like the federal reserve do not have that legal right.
A particular money represents a country, just like its seal, flag and stamps. When a privately owned company violates its own policy by a demand for its currency only, is also a demand for the exclusive representation of a country perpetrated by private parties. Some people refer this sort of activity as International crimes, fraudulent mis-representation and a host of other terms, when in fact it is nothing more than slavery in all of its forms. Forced representation and forced equity extraction meaning ignoring private property rights through its private taxation scheme is slavery in all of its forms.
This type of activity is also a war crime when using the power of a Military whether directly or indirectly to force a fine or other bill in a particular currency against civilians. People have a right to represent their labor in whatever form they choose. In the absurd, people could trade in toothpicks if they wanted or so desired.
We have heard these statements coming from the courts and finance companies:
1: The currency does not create a legal obligation.
2: I am not sure, however the US Treasury is investigating this matter. (nothing ever happened)
3: Two American Nationals were threatened to be placed in contempt of court.
Of course, unbeknownst to the perpetrators, all the American Nationals did was collect evidence of massive human rights violations in the form of slavery perpetrated by fiance companies, lawyers and judges. Let the world know that the United States is nothing more than a bunch of lawyers and judges playing banker attempting to perpetrate slavery on Americans and the rest of the world proven by their own actions over a three year time period.
If this New World Order continues to force representation through its 527 organizations, it will be short lived, it will be a matter of time wherein the people will rebel to break free of their slavery and all of the efforts of the CFR and others will lose everything they have and exile their persons forever. There may be some people that would not mind seeing that happen. A New World Order was never meant to enforce slavery or even hint towards one human being owning another. It is obvious some nefarious people have hijacked the concept and with its stolen equity, used that stolen equity to steer a New World Order in a nefarious direction.
What this all means is when the Continental Dollar was brought forward to the present time, its existence allowed the truth to be told and became evidence that slavery in all of its forms in fact exists and all of the conspiracy theories have been proven to be true. Forced representation is forced association, forced association when theft occurs is in fact slavery.

The committee of the National assembly for the Government of The United States of America brings back the Treasury Voucher Certificate System!
A few years ago the committee of the National assembly were creating a voucher system wherein people with absolutely nothing could become very well off in just a few years. The committee of the National assembly is bringing that system back wherein there is a classification of the Continental Dollar known as the Continental Dollar labor backed or Continental Dollar-LB.
Countries like Haiti can bounce back from its horrific earth quake in just a few years. Puerto Rico can do the same. No need for foreign aid. Of course, the international bankers will label those countries with every form of persecution that can be imagined and will attempt to cut those countries off from the rest of the world as far as trade is concerned. However, the benefits out weigh the persecutions and international human rights violations.
If this system is rebuked at first, all the Government of The United States of America has to do is wait, because with all of the publishing’s in the last couple of days, the people reading those publishing’s may begin to realize how far they have been lead to their own destruction. There will be a time where the people will be so hungry and living in poverty will no longer care how they are viewed by the rest of the world and begin to use this process towards their own prosperity.
The socialists used this system once and took credit for it, however this system was derived by a republic form of Government wherein the people decided their own fate.
