International Public Notice

The government of the Netherlands made some very specific threats against President Trump on one of the Netherlands comedy television shows. The video bit seems harmless and funny, however there are some very sinister messages in the video that most people would miss unless they were familiar with the Dutch people and how they think.

First: Here is a quote that a parent would say about their child when they are getting ready to form a punishment on them:

“Because we realize it’s better for us to get along, we decided to introduce our tiny country to him. In a way that will probably appeal to him the most.”

Second: The only part of the President Trump speech that is quoted is: “America First”.

Third: The Netherlands “X’s out the Danish at minute 1:17 which is different from The Netherlands. 1:13 “All other languages failed”. 

Fourth: The Netherlands then X’s out the Germans on minute 1:21 kind of like a hit list so we can now trace the Muslim invasion into Germany back to The Netherlands.

Fifth: The Stars and Stripes painted on a trash barrel at minute 1:31 to 1:33 to let President Trump as a reminder who really claims and runs America. Notice that the message is on a trash barrel and wrapped in an amusement park where a sexual reference joke is made about beastiality. Further, it could be a reference to the crucifixion meaning we are going to crucify you if you keep going in this direction.

Sixth: Reference to the NATO symbol in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean in minute 3:31 and reference to the oceans and claim they were built by The Netherlands around minute 1:50 meaning we have control of the seas through NATO.

Seventh: Minute 2:29, a miniature building that is very similar to the Jefferson Building and when you look to the left, a brick wall that looks similar to the Vietnam wall that would reference back to the war with the Spanish and the 80 year reference meaning we will fight you and you will never beat us.

Eighth: Minute 2:31, the lack of people at the inauguration which was not true however being pushed on the television networks in America. Who really controls the networks?

Ninth: Minute 2:34, the name Gerry Eickhoff is mentioned, however the only connection to that name that may be relevant would be this company that supplies the world power grid: Link ( scroll down to company description)

Tenth: Minute 2:44, The Netherlands claims responsibility for spreading fake “racist message” about President Trump.  This is considered terrorism and a threat of terrorism in the form of inciting.

Eleventh: Minute 2:55 made reference to disabled politician that being connected to mocking a disabled reporter, however could also be a reference to Franklin D. Roosevelt. 

Twelfth: Minute 3:02, reference to secret societies as a reminder of whom has the power and makes the decisions. Also, a keep your mouth shut reference with their hands over their mouths. Also making reference to possible Tax evasion threat against President Trump and his company. In other words, people know he has tax evasion issues or could make them up to frame President Trump. 

Thirteenth: Minute 3:23 makes reference to Great, Great, Great which makes reference to the three city state empire and the three star flag of Washington D.C. This means that the United States, (Manhattan Island) is supporting the three city state empire and that the three city states have a great dependency on the United States and The Netherlands. Further, this is  where in the video you will begin to see the flag similarities.

Fourteenth: Minute 3:27, If you screw NATO your going to make our problems great again. This is a threat that if President Trump stops supporting NATO, minute 3:37 shows all of the countries that The Netherlands controls and how many will turn against Donald Trump personally.

Fifteenth: Minute 3:45, same colors on the flags. Colors on flags mean as much as the style of the flag. Notice that The Netherlands flag are the same colors as the United States flag and the video image has Wall Street in the background. That message is a reminder from the King of the Netherlands as to who owns what, who has control, and don’t even think about stealing our company away from The Netherlands otherwise you will be attacked and the world will come against President Trump personally.

The message has been told for years that The Netherlands owns the United States and that the United States is on Manhattan Island. The United States and its constitution is nothing more than a franchise of the same company that owns all of the franchises in the NATO circle.

The name of the country is “The United States of America”, any other name is nothing more than a franchise of the same privately owned company.

There could be other hidden meanings within the message and this is the first time that is known that The Netherlands has ever done anything like this before. Further, this movement with the theme being to take the so called “Federal Government back” has never been done before which has forced the real owners to act. International Public Notice

The Government of The United States of America hereby lodges this International Public Notice of objection within the International Community due to the nature of the International Public Notice issued on January 20th, 2017 by the President of the United States. 

Nature of the objection: Quotes in red and objections in blue. 

Quote:

“We will face challenges. We will confront hardships. But we will get the job done.”

Objection: These challenges were created by the Republican and Democratic Parties and therefore must suffer those challenges and hardships on their own.

Quote: “Today’s ceremony, however, has very special meaning. Because today we are not merely transferring power from one Administration to another, or from one party to another – but we are transferring power from Washington, D.C., and giving it back to you, the American People.”

Objection: The debt of Washington D.C. belongs to a dummy corporation and therefore any transfer of that debt is hereby denied and rejected.

Quote:

For too long, a small group in our nation’s capital has reaped the rewards of government while the people have borne the cost.

Washington flourished – but the people did not share in its wealth.

Politicians prospered – but the jobs left, and the factories closed.

The establishment protected itself, but not the citizens of our country.

Their victories have not been your victories; their triumphs have not been your triumphs; and while they celebrated in our nation’s capital, there was little to celebrate for struggling families all across our land.

That all changes – starting right here, and right now, because this moment is your moment: it belongs to you.

Objection: The debt belongs to those small groups and cannot be transferred to a people which had no decision  making in any of investment and prosperity as described within the last quote.

Quote: And this, the United States of America, is your country.

Objection: the  United States of America was never a country and is still not a country today.

What truly matters is not which party controls our government, but whether our government is controlled by the people.

January 20th 2017 will be remembered as the day the people became the rulers of this nation again.

Objection: All binding agreements within the aforementioned quote are hereby denied and rejected and further, the new order is hereby denied and rejected for entry into The United States of America. Although the Government of The United States of America does acknowledge the confessions of murder by the small group of people.

Quote: The oath of office I take today is an oath of allegiance to all Americans.

Objection: The oath of office within any constitution cannot be arbitrarily re-defined.

Quote:

For many decades, we’ve enriched foreign industry at the expense of American industry;

Subsidized the armies of other countries while allowing for the very sad depletion of our military;

We’ve defended other nation’s borders while refusing to defend our own;

And spent trillions of dollars overseas while America’s infrastructure has fallen into disrepair and decay.

We’ve made other countries rich while the wealth, strength and confidence of our country has disappeared over the horizon.

One by one, the factories shuttered and left our shores, with not even a thought about the millions upon millions of American workers left behind.

The wealth of our middle class has been ripped from their homes and then redistributed across the entire world.

But that is the past. And now we are looking only to the future.

Objection: Any crimes perpetrated and open confession made cannot be arbitrarily placed in the past and ignored while attempting to keep the same status and authority. Crimes committed mean a loss of authority and immunity by those who perpetrated those crimes.  True repentance is not about placing crimes in the past and burying justice.

Objection: That entire section of the International Public  Notice issued by the President of the United States is wholly un-constitutional and is derived from the illegal May 7th, 1933 decree made by Franklin D. Roosevelt.  The International Public Notice issued by the President of the United States is all about a secular new order and is hereby rejected and denied entry into The United States of America by the Government of The United States of America.

Quote: From this moment on, it’s going to be America First.

Objection: Any debt formed by this new company called “America First” is hereby rejected and denied within The United States of America.

The Government of The United States of America is in a position and required to object to this International Public Notice issued by the President of the United States. The Government of The United States of America does realize that the constituency of the Republican Party is attempting to halt more liabilities, however, the Government of The United States of America cannot allow law of nations violations, human rights violations or other violations to enter within The United States of America and its metes and bounds and seaward boundaries.

The office of the Governor for the Government of The United States of America reserves the right to future denials and rejections to any hidden meaning or notice within the International Public  Notice issued by the President of the United States on January 2oth, 2017.

International Public Notice

The committee for the Government of The United States of America has a series of challenging statements that is designed to start the thinking process for possible corrections.

Challenges:

1) Prove there is a President of the United States of America.

2) Prove that the President of the United States does not issue executive orders in the name of the President of the United States of America.

3) If the President of the United States does issue said orders in the name of the President of the United States of America, prove the President of the United States is not acting in the capacity of a Commander-in-chief over the United States of America.

4) Prove that challenges 1, 2 and 3 do not demonstrate that the States of the Union are not under Military occupation as the States of the Union do not have a civilian president under the constitution of the United States or the constitution of the United States of America or the constitution for the United States or the constitution for the United States of America. Further, that the constitution of the United States is not designed to impose military occupation by its framers.

5) Prove the Lieber Code does not apply to military occupations by the Commander-in-chief of the United States of America and also prove that supporting a Military occupation of the States of the Union does not support a foreign military force against the country(s) known as The United States of America.

6) Prove that military occupancy does not violate the charter or any part of the charter of the Organization of American States, or the charter of the United Nations that being parts of the Law of Nations.

7) Prove that the People of the United States had the full authority to establish and ordain a constitution for the United States of America.

Keep in mind that if anyone of these challenges are true, the United States has been operating illegally for over 240 years and was designed specifically as a Military occupation force against any international entity that decided to contract under those terms. The framers of the constitution of the United States designed it so that the States of the Union never had a civilian president and therefore remained under a Military commander and the oppression of an Executive Order. Any law or act passed by force is null and void in international law because it was the will of the Commander in Chief alone that made the law and signed it.

The main problem people are having is they are being stopped from being able to publish Public Notices either by the local Newspaper itself or their lawyers.

This hindrance by the corporate media and their lawyers is a major violation of free speech.

Therefore, THE REIGN OF THE HEAVENS SOCIETY POST has established a Public Notice Department open to the public for the purpose of publishing their own Public and legal Notices. Public and legal notices are highly important to organizations and people whether the general public realizes it or not.

International Public Notice

The Human Rights Tribunal International declared yesterday the existence of 1100 slaves living in the city of Center Hill. (LINK) The office holders in the city of Center Hill Florida boast of existing as a “Political Subdivision of the State of Florida”. No one knows why the claim that status as if it would do them any good. 

The slavery started back in 1986 when an amendment was made to its charter claiming that the members of its city office holders could elected their own officials thereby foregoing any form of open elections by its residents. LINK

Some of the residents of the city of Center Hill that have seen the article asked the question: “Isn’t that illegal?”.  Apparently no one knew the amendment had been made but still wondered why the same people were holding office year after year. Some of the residents of the city of Center Hill were also wondering why the name changed from Town to City and why there was not a popular vote on any changes made to anything that has been implemented since the 1980’s. 

The accusation of slavery was published (LINK) and those listed in the complaint were served according to the Tribunal records.

The next step is to send the declaration made by the Human Rights Tribunal International to the Treasury for assessment of damages owed to those enslaved.

International Public Notice

The  State of Oregon continues to have its troubles. The Human Rights Tribunal International heard a motion on the Carolyn Coyne Rousseau case. The tragedy has been going on for at least ten years with other victims as well by the same people. Delant Cory Palmerton is the victims husband and has been fighting to see his wife. The exiled that stole the power of attorney for the purpose of looting the victims estate has refused visitation from Carolyn’s own husband because he knows the facts. Further, Carolyn has been trying to write letters and get them out begging to be released from her prison but the exiled will not let her letters get past the guards. Yes, folks we are talking about a rest home for the elderly. 

The five exiled have been served and given ample time to answer to the accusations, however, Cory had every right to ask for their status to be taken for the purpose of protecting potential future victims from harm.  The exiled no longer have a country. The motion and declaration is here: LINK

The process for the Human Rights Tribunal International is fairly simple. The Human Rights Tribunal International declares as to whether or not human rights violations exist after all parties have been served. If declared, the case moves to the Treasury for damage assessment. Then the case moves to the office of the Governor for a Writ of Execution of the judgement and the damages in the form of a bill is sent to the ambassador for notice of a debt owed against the particular State where the crimes occurred. In this case it is the  State of Oregon that will have to pay for the damages. The victims receive almost all of the legal tender absent fees for the Tribunal to pay its bills. 

In the next publishing, the city of Center Hill is looking at some serious crimes against humanity because that case was heard also.

The City of Center Hill, Florida is in a lot of hot water. A publishing back in July exposed major illegal activity since 1986. LINK

Now, a complaint has been filed alleging 1100 counts of slavery and it appears those same officials are looking at some stiff penalties. LINK

Many normal people, when a major illegal amendment was added to their charter would correct it immediately when brought to their attention. Not the officials of the City of Center Hill. They just pile on the crimes over more crimes. It is like watching a baby play with an electrical outlet. The complaint has the capability of liberating those slaves from the clutches of the people listed in the Judicial Notice. Let the due process begin.

It appears we are down to a couple of  issues that needs to be addressed on these claims made by Anna Von Reitz.

The Government of The United States of America knows that Anna Von Reitz (Anna) does not have any standing to make these claims she has been making. However, it is a good thing to clear up lies and slander in an effort to quash fears and contention.

First: There are no international trespasses when using the Continental Dollar. There have been trespasses in the past by Liberty Dollar that was using symbols of the Manhattan Island United States private company logos and symbols. This brings us to this one point that everyone gets confused over. The United States of America and the United States are completely foreign to each other on the International level.

There is just so much about it.

A name is NOT the “same as” the man or the thing it labels.

Think about it. You “accept” the idea that your name is yours, like a bicycle or a chest of drawers— but is it?

What if your name is John Robert Brown. Is it possible and even likely that there are numerous John Robert Browns in the world?

What if your name is The United States of America? It is just a name, folks. Like John Robert Brown.

Anna Von Reitz does everything she can do to write as if people are too stupid to understand something. She speaks as if she is everyone’s grandmother as if we all need another Grandmother. The analogy has nothing to do with what she is getting ready to say which is nothing more than lies and slander. Anna needs a lot of education on her analogies and perceptions because she does not understand the differences in entities that make all of the difference in the world.  

So now you’ve got a bunch of whack jobs claiming to be “The United States of America”—- their version of “The United States of America” anyway.

“The United States of America” was the name of an association of states a long time ago. It was created by a charter called The Articles of Confederation. A charter is a contractual agreement.

So now people claiming a Nationality, return to honor and exercise their right of self determination are considered “whack jobs”. The bottom line is that Anna Von Reitz is completely wrong on her version of history. Believe it or not, there are people in this world that can see right through her style of writing and how similar it is to how speeches are made by the Democratic Party. She has been spewing all of these theories with no links to her claims un opposed for about two years, nothing backing what she is saying, no research of her own. Anna gets her research from others and then tries to dumb it down so others can try to digest something that does not make any sense. Then she takes all of the credit and those that do not know any better think she is brilliant when in fact Anna is not. It is very apparent that Anna does not believe in the right of self determination or basic human rights nor understands anything about the Law of Nations.

This particular contract was destroyed when the Southern states left the Union created by that agreement. Why?

The original Union was perpetual, however the southern States had every right to return to the Union and away from the Dutch New union Illegally formed in 1787. The States were confused about the fake union and the real Union under The United States of America and acted out of ignorance. The ignorance is proven in the next couple of sentences written by Anna. 

Because a contract has to be consensual and it cannot be maintained by force.

This is one of the most fundamental of all laws— The Law of Free Will.

The Union States attempted to force the Southern states to return by military victory, but the original Southern states never agreed, never succumbed.

There is no peace treaty in existence ending the American Civil War.

I have looked long and hard and so have many, many others. All of you are welcome to look for yourselves.

The North claimed victory. “Peace” was declared— by President Johnson, at least for the land jurisdiction. But there is no Peace Treaty. Not then. Not now. There is no return on record of the original states ever mending the breach that happened in 1860.

Instead, the bankruptcy trustees in charge of the Union states made up new “states” and pretended that all was well. They created “states of states” corporations named after the original states and drummed up a new corporate constitution and except for the insiders nobody was the wiser.

That same jury-rigged system of using corporations to “represent” our lawful government— but not be our lawful government– has carried on to this day.

It was to their financial advantage to do this in 1865 and the perps gain from continuing this practice, but the truth will out.

“The United States of America” fronted in 1868 wasn’t our lawful government then at the end of the hostilities and isn’t now.

Actually it was because they were talking about the original The United States of America and no one realized that the constitution of the United States did not replace the Articles of Confederation of 1781 nor did it replace the original Union. All of the original States and the new States being formed were still within the original Union and did not know it accept for the Dutch. All crimes being committed by the Dutch were being blamed on The United States of America which is what the Dutch do. The Dutch always commit a crime and blame someone else for it. South Carolina reacted out of ignorance and so did the southern States which the authority of The United States of America switched over to the criminals causing the confusion. 

And you don’t need to take my word for it. Look for any Peace Treaty ending the American Civil War. Send me a copy when you find such a unicorn, for I am prepared to declare that it does not exist.

This is because the people stopped taking oaths and affirmations to the States and left the original Union abandoned and also abandoned The United States of America. When people are in dishonor of their own country, there can never be peace. Peace is the greatest threat to the Dutch because peace closes the credit windows and exposes their fraudulent claims to assets that were stolen during the civil war.

Show me any part of Law that condones non-consensual contracts. Or for that matter, assures any contract in perpetuity?

Write to the Congressional Research Service and ask— “Have the Reconstruction Acts ever been repealed? Are they still in effect?”

Do your own due diligence and see what you shall see all by yourselves. No need to fight over who or what or where I am or anything at all about all the labels certain self-interested groups have tried to use on me. Just look these things up for yourselves and let your own research inform you.

Anna Von Reitz knows nothing about chain of title as seen from underwriters of title companies. Once again, no one claimed a made up “The United States of America” in 1868 if it even exists. The 1907 bankruptcy happened to the United States, not The United States of America that was abandoned at the time by the people. 

Once again, Anna complains about something that the Government of The United States of America has already fixed yet she refuses to take an oath or affirmation to her country. Why?, because she has already taken a blood oath to the Vatican and works everyday to help those efforts to establish a world communist government along with those in the United States. A Communist constantly rallies the people to violence, revolution, division, and murder like a bunch of whack jobs. They also speak to people like they are children and dumb down everything in their propaganda, lies and slander. They also try to become everyone’s mother and father as if to get the people to believe they need another mother and father.  Communists want the State to be your parents and therefore constantly invade everyone’s privacy. Their assertions are never proven. 

There has only been one “The United States of America” and there will always be one “The United States of America” established by the people that had the authority to establish a country in 1781. The United States of America is the name of this country, not the United States.

The Confederate States of America was completely illegal to form and this Government in no way condones the Confederate States of America. The Confederate States of America did not have the authority to leave the original Union of 1781 although they did have the authority to return to it. This makes us wonder why Anna continues to claim that anything done by the Southern States was valid or had any standing. The slavery of the United States created in 1789 succeeded from the charter of the patroons by the Dutch on Manhattan Island never had any standing and never will outside of Manhattan Island and the District of Columbia.

The Reconstruction Acts were established by the Dutch under a new pledge of allegiance to their company flag. It never had any authority so it is removed from chain of title of The United States of America. The Dutch also stole a bunch of deeds from every State of the Union during their civil war and the land owners had to take a pledge of allegiance to the company flag to have their land returned thereby abandoning their original Union and The United States of America.

The reason for “No Peace” is because of the World Communist Government that the Dutch are trying to put in place through the Tarsus Club run world commerce and control almost all of the ports in the world. The Civil War has been resolved through the Government of The United States of America because this Government is holding all of the metes and bounds of every State of the Union waiting for people to take their oath or affirmation to The United States of America and then move towards elections. The metes and bounds of all of the States are being held in trust from the time they were removed from the State constitutions by the illegal U.S. dutch states. All of this was being done when everyone else was trying to create a republic out of the 1789 company started in 1787 that belongs to the Dutch being held by the Bank of New York Mellon.

A lot more has been accomplished and too much to write here. People that stick around and hang out for a while get it after about 4 months of listening.

It appears that Anna Von Reitz is running out of things to say about this Government so we need to move forward with the Continental Dollar and change our lives for the better instead of what has been decided for us by this World Communist Government.

Once again, we would like to thank Anna Von Reitz for her rants because it has given the Government of The United States of America the opportunity to overcome mis-understanding and inform the people.
