Dear Megan Brennan:

Based on this article and many articles before it, LINK, since 2010 the United States Postal Service (USPS) has had issues with even attempting to form a Board of Governors. The General Post Office of 1775 was reclaimed in 2010 which might be of issue for USPS.

Over the past six years, the General Post Office has been observing the plight of USPS and has grown very concerned over mail service in America. Leaving such an important job to private carriers is not the honorable thing to do.

There are many postal workers today that have made it their career to deliver that most important message to loved ones and are expecting to be able to retire after leaving the most honorable trust bestowed upon an individual. 

Therefore, the General Post Office is opening its doors to the USPS, to collaborate by and between the two entities and form a plan that will be beneficial to all involved.

USPS Postal workers have already been affirmed with the General Post Office in hopes that they will have a future and career advancement opportunities.

We can all work together and make this happen. There are many people being affected and therefore we must put our differences aside to make a better future for the next generation of mail carriers. The General Post Office does not suffer from the same restrictions as the USPS and therefore can make things happen that would otherwise be stalled or blocked.  LINK

It has come to the attention of the Government of The United States of America that a subject of Vatican City has been attempting to object to the claims of the Government of The United States of America on behalf of Vatican City. The Government of The United States of America does not wish to combat a subject of another sovereignty, however the subject is making false statements and claiming to represent American Nationals when in fact the subject has no allegiance to America at all. The Government of The United States of America is not going to spend anymore resources to attempt to regulate a foreign country’s subject doing business as an agent in a foreign territory:

Although the Government of The United States of America does appreciate the allegiance and loyalty shown in the aforementioned statement by the Vatican City subject towards Vatican City. There is no reason why allegiance and loyalty cannot be shown absent the detriment of another sovereignty meaning The United States of America and the Government thereof. 

Further, it is apparent that the subject has embedded itself and represented itself as having allegiance to America and somehow represents America and American Nationals. The Government of The United States of America assures Vatican City that American Nationals have the ability to handle their own affairs and does not need assistance of one of Vatican City’s subjects at this time. Further, no one voted for the subject to represent American Nationals, the States of the Union, the Government of The United States of America nor America herself. The subject is not a representative of anyone other than Vatican City which creates a conflict of interest if the subject claims to represent a foreign country thereby using said pretend office against the subjects true sovereign.  It is as simple as meddling in International affairs without a letter of appointment or official title. The subject is violating International law and the Law of Nations in the name of Vatican City. 

The Government of The United States of America would appreciate no interference from Vatican City in exercising its rights in International law and the Law of Nations. The Government of The United States of America is not an adversary of the three city state empire and has not been aggressive towards it. It would be appreciated if Vatican City would reciprocate this standing condition based on the fact that the Heavens demand it of the powers that be.

There is a pledging system in America that does not belong. This newspaper posted a international public notice on 11-26-2016 entitled: “Franklin D. Roosevelt was a self proclaimed prophet”. LINK

The rest of the story becomes more interesting because when that notice was published, some went and found more evidence of the pledging system to overcome the pledging system of being called a conspiracy theory.

First: “New Deal Speech”

“I pledge you, I pledge myself, to a new deal for the American people. Let us all here assembled constitute ourselves prophets of a new order of competence and of courage. This is more than a political campaign; it is a call to arms. Give me your help, not to win votes alone, but to win in this crusade to restore America to its own people.”

Second: Woodrow Wilson

“Very soon, every American will be required to register their biological property (that’s you and your children) in a national system designed to keep track of the people and that will operate under the ancient system of pledging. By such methodology, we can compel people to submit to our agenda, which will affect our security as a charge back for our fiat paper currency.

Every American will be forced to register or suffer being able to work and earn a living. They will be our chattels (property) and we will hold the security interest over them forever, by operation of the law merchant under the scheme of secured transactions. Americans, by unknowingly or unwittingly delivering the bills of lading (Birth Certificate) to us will be rendered bankrupt and insolvent, secured by their pledges.

Not one American National within the Government of The United States of America has ever met Anna Von Reitz so therefore Anna Von Reitz is not an expert on anyone within the Government of The United States of America though she writes like she is the foremost expert on basically everything. The bottom line is Anna Von Reitz has no authority to speak for anyone within the Government of The United States of America. That is why this Government has elected officials to speak for them.

 Anna Von Reitz states: Various alternative news sites are filled to overflowing with news about a new “US currency” being released. The gullibility of some parties and especially some of those who are eagerly spreading information (along with disinformation and every rumor imaginable) never ceases to amaze me.

Response: We agree, there are a lot of people that are gullible. We also agree there are a lot of people that eagerly spread disinformation to attract readers or spread inaccurate information to try and establish and maintain credibility. As for the “news about a ‘US currency’ being released, we state that it is not a US currency. Nor did we claim it was US currency, you did. . .it clearly states on it The United States of America, not United States. It is no more a United States currency than is the Federal Reserve Note or the Canadian Dollar. The Continental Dollar has a (+) symbol while the Federal Reserve Note carries a ($) on it.

Anna state: Please understand and grasp the fact that the words “United States of America” are not protected property. They are not copyrighted and not patented. As a result there are now over 350 different entities calling themselves some version of “United States” or “United States of America”. They are a mish-mash of patriotic organizations and fraud schemes.

Response: There are indeed some spin-offs of United States of America, United States and so on. We did not create any of these entities. Not one.

As you know, the Articles of Confederation was the founding document of the country and was left abandoned when the corporate constitutional convention occurred. It was abandoned, that is, left unused. It did not cease to exist. All we did was publish a claim to it (abandoned property) and waited for objections. No objections were recorded after 90 days. We took our name, as we had to, directly from the Articles of Confederation (Article 1: The Stile of this Confederacy shall be “The United States of America” (http://avalon.law.yale.edu/18th_century/artconf.asp#art1).

You know, and we agree, that the fraudsters played the “name game”. Point your wrath at them. They are the ones committing the deceit. We, in fact, are adhering to the name decided upon many generations ago by the founders of the confederacy of 1781.

Anna states: The one responsible for this latest bit of nonsense is calling itself “The United States of America” (as opposed to “the United States of America”) and is run out of Costa Rica by Frank O’Collins and Keith Livingway. If you look at the tag line on this announcement you will see that it is issued by “Reign of Heaven”— a cultish organization based on the historical and religious researchings of Frank O’Collins.

Response: If you are referring to the currency hype with your phrase “bit of nonsense” then again, we must correct you. Common law dictates that we publish and serve notice. It is true, we have published (announced) our currency, as required. But we did not say it was United States currency. Bloggers have stated that. Nowhere has the Government of The United States of America claimed the Continental to be United States currency. No where have we claimed it is your currency. No where have we said you or others had to use it. It is currency authorized by the Government of The United States of America. We are not responsible for erroneous perceptions or judgments of others. As to your point that “Keith Livingway” is part of the Government of The United States of America. Yes, he is. So?

There are many others that are part of the Government of The United States of America as well. Frank O’Collins has not been heard from since 2011 and is not a part of this Government nor a part of the reign of the heavens and never was a part of any of it. The Government of The United States of America is not run out of Costa Rica. The reign of the heavens is an actual country and a Temple was formed in its name to honor its prophet. That is not a cult.

It really is very simple: a group of people have come together and, under The Law of Nations, these people have formed a National Government that is based upon The Law of Nations by Emerich de Vattel, published in 1758, and the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. The same book that sparked the Declaration of Independence of 1776.

“A Nation or a state is a body politic, or a society of men united together for the purpose of promoting their mutual safety and advantage by their combined strength.”

Basically, we didn’t like the lawlessness and corruption within United States of America and the United States. So we established something different. Why is this worthy of such venom? Why attack it with disinformation or try to single out individuals and slander them? What has this Government done to Anna Von Reitz? It’s established, it has a permanent population, it has a defined territory, it has a General Post Office, and established chain of title and a subject of the Law of Nations and no one is forced to be a subject of it, get over it!

The Continental Dollar has been in use for about a year and a half. This has been hidden from the people on purpose because of the Global Elite and their agenda. The American Nationals have been using the Continental Dollar to pay the IMF for postage bills, various fines if needed and other types of Government bills. This version is the legal tender version that for some reason has got the establishment worried.

Claims such as “The appearance of the alleged money lacks sophistication, including straight lines and Arial font, and appears little more than a Photoshop effort that took one individual a few days to complete” are unfounded and have no merit.

Further, the survey of the Legal Tender by these unqualified individuals are not accepted or acknowledged by the office of the Treasury for the Government of The United States of America.

The people of this great country are further being dis-informed by the claims that these are issued by the “US Treasury” or that they are backed by gold. Research folks, find one article where the Government of The United States of America has made any of these ridiculous claims and you will quickly find that no such claims have been made. What does that tell you folks? You are being spoon fed dis-information and many of you are gobbling it all up!

Therefore, to stop the confusion about whether or not the Legal Tender is a fake, a new image is provided. And, although the posted representation of the currency is of lower quality, the words “The United States of America” along the top of the currency can be clearly discerned. Also note the currency symbol is a (+) for the Continental, whereas the private religious script (FRN) that is unrecognized by any constitution (therefore creating a black market society) uses the ($) symbol.

Additionally, on that page a banner above the currency image clearly states “The legal tender of the Government of The United States of America”. Again, for clarification, it doesn’t read legal tender of “United States”.

As to your comment that the site. . .”is an example of taking an additional word and adding it on to the front of another credible URL, in this case for the USPS.”

Please review the url — the url is actually nationalgreatregistry.generalpostoffice.international. It is not usps (United States Postal Service).

I point these quick details out to you so that you may begin to understand that the Government of The United States of America exists and the currency authorized by the Government of The United States of America is the Continental Dollar.

Hello everyone, I am Juan Antonio Ceniceros, and hold the office of the Treasury for the Government of The United States of America. This office is not connected in any way to the Treasurer of the United States – Rosa Gumataotao Rios, the United States, Washington D.C., or Manhattan Island.

There are some rumors starting to circulate that is obviously scaring some people. We don’t know how these rumors have started, specifically that this currency is backed by gold. The important thing to remember and notice is that the Continental Dollar has “National Currency” noted on the currency itself.

That is what is scaring the global communist regime. The “National Currency” wording has them scared and people are finally waking up. That is why these rumors and attacks have started. Also, someone has claimed that these are “fakes”. This judgment is based solely on viewing the images in the newspaper and no other investigation by these people have been made. Are you even a qualified forensics currency investigator to make these claims or are you part of that global communist regime that is trying to take what is rightfully for the people and you want to keep everyone enslaved.

The attacks keep coming, such as the “rainbow currency” as if to imply that it is associated with some rainbow organization.

Since when does the IMF declare what is real and what is not real? They are the same people enslaving everyone under their communist regime.  The term “National Currency” is a direct threat to their plans of a world government. It is going to take the people to make sure that a world government does not happen.

Further, the National currency is here now and no one knows whether or not Donald  Trump is going to go back to a national currency.

The Continental Dollar is the peoples National Currency. We have to start with National currency and legal tender, then we move towards gold and silver when the country is secure. There is too much crime in this country to trust that gold and silver will not cause attacks and murders on the streets at this point in time. At this point, the communist regime is already murdering police on a daily basis, why would anyone in their right mind put gold and silver on the streets when the communist party would steal all of it for their own self serving causes?
