INTERNATIONAL PUBLIC NOTICE

Many people are noticing a lot of executive orders coming out of the states within States and becoming full communist totalitarian dictatorships. The reason is that the executive orders are not coming from the Governors, they are coming through a fake office created by a foreign power and the traitors usurping power that were hand picked by the Security Council of the United Nations issuing orders through the corrupt World Health Organization operated by a well known war criminal. Yes, the man running the W.H.O. is a war criminal and human rights violator in Ethiopia. 

We looked at the constitution of the State of New Hampshire wherein it reads: There shall be a supreme executive magistrate, who shall be styled the Governor of the State of New Hampshire, and whose title shall be His Excellency. LINK

A style of an office cannot be changed at any time in any document written through out the life of the State otherwise the document has no standing within the State and is in fact a fake. 

Some how when the terms defacto and dejure came about in popularity back in the 90’s, the definition of the terms are in debacle today to cause confusion. Defacto and Dejure has nothing to do with public and private, anyone claiming that premise is a scam artist trying to cause confusion. 

The real definition is this: 

While acts of a de facto incumbent of an office lawfully created by law and existing are often held to be binding from reasons of public policy, the acts of a person assuming to fill and perform the duties of an office which does not exist de jure can have no validity whatever in law.

An unconstitutional act is not a law; it confers no rights; it imposes no duties; it affords no protection; it creates no office; it is in legal contemplation as inoperative as though it had never been passed. LINK

As everyone can see, nothing to do with public or private, it has to do with the style of offices in constitutions which was taught in the 90’s.  

When the person or persons are writing executive orders from states within States, they always change one or two little things within the writings to let you know it is a fake.

As everyone can see, this executive order was never signed by anyone and anyone that enforces it is a traitor and is committing treason against the State of New Hampshire thereby helping a foreign power with intent to overthrow the State of New Hampshire. 

Many of the traitors will claim that this is a typo, an oversight, will ask what does it matter? However, go and try to register a business with the State of New Hampshire and fill out the form with two similar names of a business in the same form and the Secretary of State will claim you are trying to start two separate businesses on the same form and ask you to fill out two separate forms for two separate businesses. It matters……

Go and check out all of the executive orders coming through the Governors Association and everyone will see that all of the executive orders are fakes in one way or another. We still have a hard time explaining to people that there is no such thing as a U.S. citizen because the term is not written anywhere in a constitution and therefore a constitution cannot recognize that term.

The people for The United States of America within the State of New Hampshire and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts hereby object to the following: 

1: The people object to any Executive order due to the fact that any orders as it pertains to this re-branded covid-19 is not coming from a source of authority and therefore are unlawful orders.  

2: The people of the State of New Hampshire and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts object to the CDC or any other medical personnel stealing the rights of the people to make their own health decisions and determine what is best for their own health and welfare. The health and welfare of the people of the State of New Hampshire and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts is hereby reserved to the people of the State of New Hampshire and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and not to any agency of the United Nations. 

The United Nations is not the Government of the people for the State of New Hampshire and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and therefore anyone that forces association with the Security Council or any other organ of the United Nations shall be known as a human rights violator.

Update on March 18th, 2020: The following States have been added to this International Public Notice by the trustees. The State of Alabama, State of California, State of Delaware, State of Georgia, State of Kansas, Commonwealth of Kentucky, State of New Mexico, State of Minnesota, State of South Carolina, State of Texas and the Commonwealth of Virginia.

ANY AND ALL UNITED NATIONS PERSONNEL THAT DO NOT RESPECT THIS INTERNATIONAL PUBLIC NOTICE SHALL BE CHARGED WITH HUMAN RIGHTS VIOLATIONS.

INTERNATIONAL PUBLIC NOTICE

We have warned many about the sovereign citizen and anti-government profile before about it being the platform for assassinating political enemies. It appears the assassins are getting sloppy or we just caught them.

The Daily Mail on the other hand calls the Liberty Activist an anti-government that was a part of a militia group with a bunch of pictures etc..LINK

By the Daily Mail writing all of this nonsense about Duncan Lemp, a talented Computer Programmer by the city of London in the UK, the publishing paves the way for the investigating prosecutor to declare the murder as a justified shooting. The S.W.A.T. team was under orders to murder the man. There was no reason, even out of the mouth of one of their own to murder the man as published by the free thought project.  

This is how the American Bar Association and the International Bar Association get away with political assassinations. We have been saying it for ten years, if you are profiled as a sovereign citizen or anti-government, no matter who profiled you as such, write an affidavit and accuse those profiling you with attempted murder. Make sure you publish the affidavit. 

Duncan Lemp was very ignorant of this type of assassination process against him, if he would have contacted us, we could have warned him a head of time as to what was going to happen. Duncan Lemp’s ignorance came from blind trust of the Lawyers and Police.

Who would ever believe that the people you are supposed to trust to protect you would actually murder you for political reasons? Don’t bother hiding the post Daily Mail, it has been recorded and is in evidence already.

Fear Mongering of the subject matter of Covid-19 is considered communist propaganda and indictable!

Further, here is a list of other subject matter that is considered communist propaganda: 

1: Signing executive orders that gives yourself god like powers over others: LINK

2: Statements concerning or referring to the corona virus as “may be” and not a fact is inciting the populace with communist propaganda. 

3: Praising China for it response to the corona virus as superior to all others is communist propaganda.  

4: Making statements that pertain to giving up freedoms like giving up guns to be protected from corona virus is communist propaganda.

5: Security Council of the United Nations not allowing original State offices to be funded and praising its own “autonomous fake offices within Departments” over their handling of the corona virus is communist propaganda.

6: Spreading communism by stopping all commerce and trade and causing panic buying, creating shortages, and ordering people not to assemble is communist propaganda.

All of the above but not limited to is all communist propaganda and anyone that spreads communist propaganda will be indicted and will pay enormous fines that will be given to the public for reparations over the mental torture and attacking civilians with Bio-weapons (war crimes).

CORPORATE POLICY OVERRIDING PRIVATE PROPERTY RIGHTS

In the U.S. states of Ohio, Oregon, and California, the inhabitants, Declared Residents and American Nationals within The United States of America are seeing the assault of private property rights like never before. The police are being told not to remove homeless people from trespassing on private property. Homeless people are being given the right to take over private property now for their use. LINK

In California it comes through proposition 47. A ballot initiative that passed in November 2014 to lower criminal penalties for various property and drug offenses and thereby ease the state’s prison overcrowding problem which has resulted in explosion in petty crime and private property vandalism.  LINK

Private property rights are being infringed upon by officers in the aforementioned states, vacant of any social compact, that would grant authority from the people to those offices to regulate public lands which violates the Land Ordinance of 1785.  LINK

The corporate government that has established themselves in America for over 230 years has had more than enough time, and the means to provide a solution for homelessness today. There are more humane ways of finding solutions for the homeless to be housed, fed, and helped. 

As of March 14^th, 2020 the committee for the American National Union of The United States of America hereby abolishes any local, state, or federal rulings, statutes or codes which allows trespassers of any kind including but not limited to “homeless people” to commandeer, set up camp, or by any other means take over another’s private property as it were their own.  Hired corporate enforcement officers will not be allowed to trespass on the private property unless a home owner or renter demand that an intruder be removed that does not have first in time, first in right interest over the property.
