Communism and socialism is an ideology that has murdered at least 80 to 100 million people in the last century. It implementation is nefarious and its rule is tyrannical and oppressive. 

Therefore, the Government of The United States of America has classified and declared the communist and socialist ideology as crimes against humanity. 

Any and all inhabitants that advocate for communism or socialism will be charged with crimes against humanity immediately. 

Notice to the Communist Party USA: It is highly advised that the members of the Communist Party USA publicly renounce the Communist Party USA and its ideology including but not limited to the Southern Poverty Law Center, the American Bar Association, Common Purpose and the Lawyers Guild.  

The Communist Party USA is illegal within the United States under its Communist Control Act of 1954 and it is outlawed within The United States of America.

The railroad baron families have protested against the existence of communism and so have the inhabitants. 

The Communist Party USA is hereby ordered to cease and desist any and all communist ideology. The organization is not a political party and everyone in the know is with that fact.  Face the fact that communism have failed, there are many being trained to pick anyone of you out of a crowd, dissolve and get out of the country immediately if not sooner, do so peacefully, and good luck somewhere else on this earth, its over.

INTERNATIONAL PUBLIC NOTICE

The Communist Party USA members that have obviously taken over the courts in California are forcing David Daleiden to pay $870,000 to the Communist Party USA organization known as Planned Parenthood for exposing its crimes of selling baby parts. LINK

Communism is not really that popular so the party has to bring in revenue somehow correct? 

So why not sell baby parts? that seems to be the logical thinking of the party members. Like all communists, morals have no room in their ideology. 

So in response to the Communist Party USA militants  attack against civilians, (war crimes) the committee of the National assembly for the Government of The United States of America has reversed the decision of this illegal court gathering because it is in violation of:

Article 10
Everyone is entitled in full equality to a fair and public hearing by an independent and impartial tribunal, in the determination of his rights and obligations and of any criminal charge against him.

and 

Article 11
1. Everyone charged with a penal offence has the right to be presumed innocent until proved guilty according to law in a public trial at which he has
had all the guarantees necessary for his defence.

2. No one shall be held guilty of any penal offence on account of any act or omission which did not constitute a penal offence, under national or international law, at the time when it was committed. Nor shall a heavier penalty be imposed than the one that was applicable at the time the penal offence was committed.

and 

Whereas disregard and contempt for human rights have resulted in barbarous acts which have outraged the conscience of mankind, and the advent of a world in which human beings shall enjoy freedom of speech and belief and freedom from fear and want has been proclaimed as the highest aspiration of the common people,

Whereas it is essential, if man is not to be compelled to have recourse, as a last resort, to rebellion against tyranny and oppression, that human rights should be protected by the rule of law. 

The crimes committed against the unborn by the communist jury and judge does nothing more than expose their political party platform to the public at large.  

If the verdict is accepted by Planned Parenthood meaning the money is accepted, Planned Parenthood will suffer a fine from the Government of The United States of America in the same amount accepted, and

If not paid within 90 days, will suffer a lien against the Communist Party USA and the Planned Parent Hood organization in the amount of all funds ever accepted by planned parenthood since its inception. 

Notice to Planned Parenthood: It is advised that Planned Parenthood close its doors, the organization has been caught committing nefarious acts against the innocent and therefore its privacy rights are forfeit.

Why was this done? The inhabitants are entitled to a Nationality. The States are failed States that cannot maintain their sovereignty so they are trust territories of The United States of America. 

The United States of America cannot be inherited and no one has or had hereditary title to The United States of America, that notion is utterly ridiculous. However it was claimed and it is up to the inhabitants to claim their lot within The United States of America starting with a resident declaration. If not, you have nothing. 

Anyone claiming they are a part of The United States of America without proof of residency or oath or affirmation is nothing more than claim jumper and a thief.

If not one scientist is willing to lay down their own lives for their own declaration, then these are just empty words and a ploy to scam millions out of their property which is nothing more than a real estate scam implemented by the worlds credit rich through their privately owned United Nations. 

Lets go scientists…what say all of you? Put your money where your mouth is and show everyone how genuine your religion is by placing your words into action. We look forward to your response. The last we heard is that fake emergencies are also known as inciting violence and panic without just cause. The Alliance of World Scientists have 30 days to show the world the seriousness of their claims with this challenge.
