The covenant on the rights of the child was not accepted very well when it came out and during its existence.  LINK

The main reason was because of how it was presented to the world. The intent of it was not imparted very well however the one that wrote the document definitely knew what they were doing. 

The convention on the rights of the child was first thought of as the state taking the child from the parents and raising the child under a communist rule. However, if the intent of the convention was imparted properly, the document was created to create peace in the world.

Let’s explain; When someone has their child taken by Child Protective Services (CPS). The parents of the child come on television and start talking about how much they love their children and start the defense in the media over the accusations of child neglect demonizing CPS. This process by the parents actually helps CPS in their case and we will explain why.

The parents lose complete perspective over the whole issue by talking about their feelings rather than the rights of the child. For instance if the parents are being accused of having anti-government views or a protestant view of the world and  the town or local government has the socialist view of the world, it is not the rights of the parents that have been violated, it is the rights of the child that have been violated because of this one Article:

Article 2 section 2 of the rights of the child:

2. States Parties shall take all appropriate measures to ensure that the child is protected against all forms of discrimination or punishment on the basis of the status, activities, expressed opinions, or beliefs of the child’s parents, legal guardians, or family members.

This same scenario happens when the parents home school their children. Everyone knows that the school districts receive funding for every child that attends the pubic school. This is motivation for the local folks to find a reason to force the child in public schools. Since that is a reality, Article 29 becomes a reality when dealing with education. In particular in dealing with religion:

Article 29

(d) The preparation of the child for responsible life in a free society, in the spirit of understanding, peace, tolerance, equality of sexes, and friendship among all peoples, ethnic, national and religious groups and persons of indigenous origin;

The removal of prayer in schools is not a part of the convention on the rights of the child and therefore the parent has every right to remove the child from school even under compulsory edicts of public education if any part of the covenant is not being carried out.

Another example:

The private central banks are required to uphold the convention on the rights of the child. If the lawyers are back dating loan paperwork to an anchor date, making the buyer the seller at closing, than the lawyers are violating the rights of the child because they are depriving those children of basic housing under dignified conditions. This tactic by banks and lawyers are nefarious because of the result. Since the people are not aware of the convention of the right so the child, the parents are blamed for the undignified conditions and lose their children when the real blame belongs to the paper shufflers that created the violations.

The first thing the people in America have to do is STOP killing each other. The next thing that needs to happen is the police need different training because it is their training that is causing the violence wherein the Police Academies are the one at fault because their training is flawed. Flawed training in the Police Academies causes many violations of the covenant of the rights of the child. All violations start with ignorance on both sides of any issue.

Are we starting to see a connection now with the adults and the children? The children cannot stop the adults from fighting however the adults can start acting like adults to start upholding the rights of the child by not fighting and killing each other. The children shall lead the people to peace.

There are many people that will criticize this article as being a conspiracy theory or just plain crazy. However, as everyone that reads this newspaper they should remember that it was the first newspaper to reveal that the executive branch of the city state surrendered to Islam via the leader of Saudi Arabia. Since that time the Muslim Brotherhood  has been exposed and over 80% of the people in this country do not want Sharia Law implemented anywhere within our borders as reported by “Act for America” just a few days ago.

Here is the next bombshell that is going to be reported by this newspaper.

Many people are extremely upset over the decision dealing with the Clintons and the email issue. The decision was no surprise to this newspaper so there was no reason to get angry over the decision.

The real story has yet to be revealed so here it is; America has been infiltrated by a very small group of handlers yet a large network of puppets. They are known as Moloch worshipers. Washington D.C. is full of their puppets including but not limited to the Clinton family themselves. The worshipers of Moloch made a deal with Islam when surrendering to Islam, please keep in mind that as Moloch worshipers, they do not and cannot represent the United States because they are classified as imposters. Islam and the Moloch worshipers that have their main temple at Bohemian Grove sought protection from Islam after the 9/11 demolition and the stealing of the gold to further fund their cause.

The evidence for what is being imparted here is everywhere if people would pay attention to their surroundings and the multiple reports on Bohemian Grove.

The truth of the matter is that the United States does not have jurisdiction over the Clintons or any other individual who has sought refuge under Islam and the Roman Catholics. Francis has made it very clear to the world that the Roman Catholics rule Islam based on his comments and support of Islam with the invasion of Europe. Their real threat is the Christians that have a sense of morality and decency.

Many would associate the Moloch Worshipers with the Tarsus Club that has the symbol of the Bull as shown on Wall Street. It is believed that they are related but do not have all of the details and therefore will not be printed here.

The ultimate goal for the Moloch worshipers is to form American into devil worshipers. The ultimate goal of Islam is to form America into Islam. They are both working hand in hand to get rid of any form of morality and decency even though their claims in the public are different.

On the other hand, the constitution of the United States of America has not had any of its offices filled for over a hundred years. Example: The Senate use to be called the Senate of the United States, now it is called the U.S. Senate and the same goes for all offices in Washington D.C. The reason for this is because State oaths or affirmations were set aside by the powers that saw that practice as a threat to their agenda for America.

The end game for all of these factions is to agitate the people into a revolution wherein the people destroy the United States. After that the factions can say that the people voted to destroy their government (private company) and decided to replace it with a new and more advanced government with a lot of frills and greater benefits and a whole lot of political junk to usher in a new devil worshiping government or Islamic government. Either way, it would be the people that were incited and manipulated through agitation to their sense of justice and right and wrong that would make the change. The more they go after the guns the more you buy and hold onto them. It is a way to arm the people and get them to use the guns against the United States. Keep in mind that Islam nor the Moloch worshipers have anything to do with the United States nor The United States of America other than attempting to overthrow it.

The more you get upset over the decisions made by the various offices to not pursue any indictment or charges, the more power you give them and the more control they have over your lives. Withholding justice is incitement. Incitement is a war crime.

One rule of thumb to have peace while all of these factions play out their fantasies, is always expect the worse that can happen when it comes to these factions, never trust them and never listen to them and you will be free of their liability.

Yes folks you read it correctly, the head of the Department of Justice is formally accused of “attempted murder” on the international public record.

All exhibits have been filed with the General Post Master Council and is awaiting a copy with a notary. The General Post Master Council has already completed a full Judicial Review on the case that will be available soon.

This newspaper has been covering a series entitled: “Human Rights Defenders Reports on Commercial Discrimination!” The series has been receiving a lot of attention in certain circles around the country.

This issue as written in the affidavit; happens everyday in America. Many people have suffered due process issues and multiple human rights issues because of the process that has been adopted by the Department of Justice to silence whistle blowers.

Many people cannot leave their homes, they cannot work, they cannot go to events, they cannot see their families in fear of being shot and killed by the same people that have sworn to protect them. Believe it or not, most of them do not blame the police, they know where it is coming from and one man decided to do something about it.

Some really good organizations have been labeled “sovereign citizens” and domestic terrorists that do not realize that is an attempt to kill the people that are a part of those organizations. They simply do not take it serious. 

The weird part is that once an individual has been labeled, the same people that entered that profile into the system are the first to say that the people they just marked for death are not dangerous at all as written in the affidavit, yet they continue to act as if they are dangerous and trample all over their basic human rights and political rights. Everything is done to the profiled individual on a hush, hush basis.

The profiled individual’s families are harassed, they are told that the profiled individual is dangerous and a danger to society, they are told that the profiled individual wants to kill the officers families yet there is no hearing on it, no formal charges, no court date to prove the accusations, no nothing other than guilty, pay the fine, or spend time in jail. It is the most peculiar thing ever witnessed.  Nothing is ever proven, yet people hear these accusations and the rumors spread throughout their friends and families and the profiled individual is isolated and their lives are ruined. Not to mention that every time they talk to a police officer, their lives are literally at risk meaning they can be shot at anytime without recourse to the officer. If there is any mention on the news, the victim is trashed as a anti-government domestic terrorist. Then comes the gang stalking because most of the time the individuals cell phone is being tracked. The purpose of gang stalking is to ultimately push the profiled individual to violence and suicide which is attempted murder so they can either be killed or placed in jail for a long time. 

Examples of gang stalking:

1: Police or sheriff deputies drive down the street at a normal speed, then when in front of the profiled individuals home, they slow down real slow at a snails pace, and then speed up real quick and do the same thing on the way back.

2: When the profiled individual goes to the store, 4 or 5 police cars show up and drive real slow behind the individual when walking into the store, then they wait until the individual leaves the store and follow them back to their homes. Most of the time the individual is being tailgated by the officer behind them following them home.

3: Most are placed on probation and the maximum amount of time that a license can be suspended is suspended, a huge fine is placed on them yet they have no way to work and therefore cannot pay the fine or the probation officers fees. These fines and suspentions are done without any due process and with no hearing. Since their reputation is ruined, most business owners go out of business and thrown in jail over and over for not paying fines. At the same time the individual is accused to being anti-government for not paying fines, or accused of not appearing in court when the individual has no way of getting to the court because they cannot drive and do not have the money to pay for a ride. 

Warning: Be careful what you say in America, you could be saying something that could place you under this profile without even knowing it.

THE REIGN OF THE HEAVENS SOCIETY POST would like to thank all of its readers for their support for this Newspaper.

In Human Rights Defenders Report #2 on Commercial Discrimination, the discussion will be covering the human right to employment.

First we have to cover this debt issue that seems to be coming up over and over in the media. If people cancel all foreign instruments and evidences of debt against their birth certificates, an illusion is created of being in or out of a system. The reality is, if the people do not accept the foreign claim of Manhattan Island against all property of the people and accepting the condition of collateral for its debt claim against them, then the Bank of New York Mellon starve those people out of their homes and place death warrants against them through its federal union created by the STATES. Most people have not experienced this direct form of commercial discrimination. It is a reality and many are coming forward that will reveal an epidemic of commercial discrimination happening in America and how severe the discrimination has become. It does not matter their race, it happens to everyone equally that do not accept being used as collateral and being referred to as “collateral damage” rather than human beings or people.

Second, a social security number was not intended to be used as a brand nor can it be used as a form of identification. As a matter of fact, it is illegal to even ask for the number unless the request is made from the Social Security Administration. Today the number is being used by the courts, thousands of private companies, banks, and many other places as if it was normal. The removal of that privacy means in reality that the SSN has become a brand like what was being used in the death camps of Nazi Germany because it is being  required to receive any sort of services no matter where you go.

Ever since the article on “Monopolies through the systematic use of Commercial Discrimination in America!” LINK was published on the 9th of June 2016, the amount of hits on that subject were enormous. 

In this report, there have been a few investigations by the Human Rights Defenders still in the files, however, this one is of particular interest because it affects so many people that are in fear and therefore cannot see past the facade.

An American National has been harassed by the Minnesota Revenue Department for about five years before this particular American National claimed a Nationality. 

However, this is the first time that the Minnesota Revenue Department started making threats. Once an entity starts threatening, that means they are feeling vulnerable and using violence to hide the fear. 

The Human Rights Defenders did some checking and found some very disturbing evidence.

1: The Minnesota Revenue Department is not registered to do business in the State of Minnesota:

2: As noticed, the primary office is in Texas located here: Texas was checked for business registration and nothing. 

3: However, it does claim to have an office in the State of Minnesota  but it does not show up as being registered in the State of Minnesota:

4: Most people would say that since it is a government agency then it would not have to be registered as a private business and therefore this report is junk. However, when the Government of The United States of America requested a .gov domain, it was told specifically that this Government was not a government in the U.S. and therefore could not be issued a .gov domain name. Then we looked at the domain name of the Minnesota Revenue Department and found it has a .US top level domain which is fairly easy to obtain by anyone. If it does not have a .gov domain, then it has nothing to do with State government.

5: So we asked the American National to send a payment in the form of a postal money order so the defenders could track where the money order was going and who cashed it for the purpose of seeing if the revenue was going to the State of Minnesota Treasury and guess what it said:

So the people will have to ask themselves a couple of questions:

A: Who has the power to run a company that is not registered anywhere and openly claims to have the authority of government?

B: Who has the power to make a postal money order completely disappear?

C: Why hasn’t anyone questioned this thing to find out what this thing is and why it is allowed to do business with consistent arbitrary intimidation and terroristic threatening?

D: Where do the funds go and what are they being used to accomplish?

E: Who gave it authority and why does it have a monopoly which exercises Commercial Discrimination on a daily basis?

The Human Rights Tribunal will wait for a international human rights complaint from the particular American National before proceeding forward. It is believed that the trustee for the Minnesota Bar Association has some explaining to do. This notice will be updated when an update is available.

There are certain types of discrimination that people suffer on a daily basis. When most people think of discrimination they think of an individuals race. However, there is a more sinister type of discrimination that is happening in America that has catastrophic results.

The revolutionary war in 1776 started because of commercial discrimination. The Dutch and English east India trading companies were receiving preferential treatment against its competition in the tea industry.

Commercial discrimination policy in the States are a complete joke. Here is an example:

“Pursuant to State Finance & Procurement Article, §19-101, Annotated Code of Maryland, the commercial non-discrimination policy is a State policy which mandates that the State shall not to enter into a contract with any business entity that has discriminated in the solicitation, selection, hiring, or commercial treatment of vendors, suppliers, subcontractors, or commercial customers on the basis of race, color, religion, ancestry or national origin, gender/sex, age, physical or mental disability, sexual orientation, or marital status, or any otherwise unlawful use of characteristics regarding the vendor’s, supplier’s, or commercial customer’s employees or owners.”   Source: LINK

The reason why it is a joke is because the policy comes from a monopoly that has legalized monopolies by not mentioning the fact that commercial discrimination is all about stamping out monopolies and has nothing to do with the subject matter of the quote above. Therefore, the policy does the exact opposite by perpetuating monopolies.

America was founded on equal opportunity for trade and commerce. The innovators of their time prospered because they had an equal opportunity to create a product and then sell the product to would be buyers.

Today, many have to have a number and a mark to buy or sell. The mark is defined as: If you do not think a certain way or believe a certain way, all resources of the earth are hoarded from your industry.

Today, the war on terrorism is all about disguising commercial discrimination. Commercial Discrimination is all about protecting a certain group of people and their interests at the expense of others. 

Recent examples of Commercial Discrimination:

1: The deliberate withholding of non-profit entity numbers from the Tea Party. 

2: The deliberate taking of intangible property or renting the intangible property right to a home or commercial establishment and not selling the home or commercial property itself.

3: The deliberate act of requiring traffic ticket quotas.

4: The Affordable Care Act.

5: Any Executive Order  has been used as a form of Commercial Discrimination because the order itself is not for the purpose of breaking up a monopoly. Its nature is to take from one industry and give it to another industry through force and intimidation. The original intent of the Executive Order was to break up monopolies if the courts failed to act.

6: The Emergency Education Act created a monopoly for the colleges where if someone does not have a degree from one of those organizations, they cannot get a job, even though it has been proven over and over that people without college degrees are consistently more successful than those that have a degree.

Through the constant use of Commercial Discrimination, America has become a political and commercial cult wherein if a certain perception is revealed about a certain industry, the industry  is attacked and support is taken from that industry until it falls back in line with the cult leaders edicts and personal beliefs.

The basic laws of a country are ignored by monopolies because those monopolies use the basics that people need to survive against them to manipulate an even larger monopoly over smaller industries. 

On average, small businesses go into massive debt before the doors even open. This is done through commercial discrimination by larger companies that continually use their monopolies to remind the people on a daily basis that their monopoly exists and “What are you going to do about it?”. The few overzealous and power hungry individuals have setup their own private dictatorships on the local, state and federal levels and not one Executive Order has been written to stop it. Without the order, the Military is useless to stop it even if they wanted to stop it.

Regardless of who is involved in the commercial discrimination, LINK, the real problem is that the country has lost itself and its foundation when it was created because the people today have not even heard the words: “Commercial Discrimination” in their lifetimes and therefore Commercial Discrimination has been able to thrive more now than ever.

Like was written in the first paragraph of this article, people affiliate the word discrimination with race and not industry. To give people a perspective of the words Commercial Discrimination, those two words in commercial jurisdiction are worse than war crimes or human rights violations because the result is genocide and the legal world knows about it and helps perpetuate the practice of Commercial Discrimination.

The United Nations was created to stop Commercial Discrimination; however, the result has been the perpetuation of the discipline of Commercial Discrimination because of its Commercial Discrimination against the existence nation-states and National Governments.

The General Post Master Council issued a set of zero tolerance rules against all American Bar Association members within the metes and bounds of The United States of America, that violate human rights and the jurisdiction of the Government of The United States of America!

Generally the General Post Master Council (GPMC) is very easy going when it comes to tolerating Bar Association Members mouthing off. However, there was a threat issued against an American National and therefore, the GPMC knows for a fact that the Bar members have reached a level that is out of control, and therefore no longer has self governing authority. As a general rule, when an organization has failed to display self discipline, and adherence to the rule of law, it becomes a danger to society and commits perpetual human rights violations.

The American Bar Association declared all of the people in the U.S. states US citizens and residents of the states which made them stateless in the early 1950’s. The reason why that was done was to open the door to a massive money laundering scheme using un-recognized private currency. Making arbitrary declarations about the status of the people is a crime, especially for the purpose of silencing witnesses. As a result, the American Bar Association, backed by the Masonic Lodges has become the biggest drug dealers on the American Continent.

The District Attorney of Larimer County, Colorado decided to abandon the rule of law and make arbitrary threats towards a human rights defender and a documented American National. The only ones that hate American Nationals and human rights defenders are those people that are enemies of human beings, enemies of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, and low down dirty drug dealers looking to put someone in a private prison to launder drug money by collecting fees to hold those people that have been trafficked into the STATE that only exists on paper. This arbitrary behavior is out of control and the drug dealers have become the most tyrannical organization known to the people today. The trustees of the American Bar Associations are out of control and drunk with crime and the power that comes with it. 

Therefore the following rules are hereby implemented by the GPMC for the purpose of restoring peace and tranquility within the metes and bounds of The United States of America.

1: Any documented American National has full immunity from any charges from ANY American Bar Association member or any other type of association member.

2: Any claims of non-recognition of any credentials of the Government of The United States of America will result in a Human Trafficking arrest against the American Bar Association member making that claim.

3: Any attempt to regulate, enforce foreign law, assault, arbitrary arrest or detention, attempt to privately contract through plea bargaining, or anything else other than “Have nice day sir” directed towards a documented American National will result in an immediate arrest and prosecution for human rights violations against the American Bar Association member, the trustee and District manager that has implemented this action.

4: Any jurisdiction that attempts to place a documented American National on trial will result in an immediate International Complaint to be filed against the entity number of said jurisdiction within the States with the proper authority. If that proper authority fails to resolve the matter, that entity number falls under the jurisdiction of the Human Rights Tribunal and is subject to international sanctions of the Human Rights Tribunal enforceable by customary international law. Since the American Bar Association is not under the constitution of the United States and the Bill of Rights nor do any of their clients within its UNION, those rules for due process do not apply as claimed in the past. 

5: Any non-recognition of the Government of The United States of America credentials, National currency or any confiscation of said credentials is an International copyright violation and the subject will be prosecuted in the name of the Government of The United States of America and fined for the violations.

Public Notice:

A: All documented American Nationals are subject to the GPMC and the Judicial Branch of the Government of The United States of America by voluntary contract. The Government of The United States of America is a subject of the Law of Nations.

B: Any non recognition of this status is a contract violation and falls under the slavery clause of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the Convention on civil and political rights. If a documented American National is not recognized as having the right to contract, then the American Bar Association members are claiming that the documented American National is an American Bar Association slave and therefore subjects the American Bar Association member to immediate arrest for slavery.

C: Any form or attempt to isolate a documented American National from their Government, intimidate, threaten any other type of arbitrary action including but not limited to passive aggressiveness and gang stalking against a documented American National for whatever reason is an offense under multiple human rights violations.

D: Any attempt to retaliate by claiming terrorism against the Government of The United States of America by any American Bar Association member of any of its agencies will result in an immediate attempted murder charge against said perpetrators.

Further, if anyone witnesses any documented American National committing any human rights violations they are to contact the office of the Secretary of State for the Government of The United State of America immediately to issue a report of said violation(s).

It is highly recommended that the trustees of the American Bar Association implement a new policy of cleaning house and becoming human rights compliant. The association as a whole is considered the devils den at this point and displays blatant disregard and contempt of any form of human right.

Clarity Purposes

Let the GPMC make this next point extremely clear, the States decided to shield themselves from any international war crimes by claiming intra state commerce jurisdiction. The Government of The United States of America is in inter-state commerce and is not interested in intra state commerce or harming anyone within the States. Therefore, stay out of interstate commerce according to the agreements already made and the Government of The United States of America will stay out of intra state commerce. 

The GPMC reserves the right to alter or amend these rules at any time where the particular case may call for additional rules to be altered or amended.

Guidance delivered by the office of the Governor for the Government of The United States of America

The office of the Governor for the Government of The United States of America (Governor) is offering the following guidance to the schools on how to handle the transgender issue in reference to this article: LINK

1: The tax payer money spent on this issue and the subject matter itself will surely fix the 42% un-employment rate currently residing in the U.S.

2: The subject matter of the transgender issue is great leadership because it cures the homeless rate over night. The Department of Justice is doing a great job in offering its guidance in the transgender issue because it cures its debt problem and more debt should be spent on other issues that deal with the personal sexual issues of the people. The psychological counseling that the Department of Justice is engaging in should fix everything.

3: Blackmailing school districts into complying with the transgender issue is an excellent way to insure the psychological welfare of the people as a whole wherein some kind of award is in need to being awarded to the psychologist that rendered that advice.

4: Please provide the evidence that speaking about the gay and transgender issue for 8 years has in fact cured the multiple human rights violations that comes from unemployment, homelessness and starvation that currently resides in every district within that grand ole new union.

5: Please speak clearly so that everyone can listen to the guidance as to how publicizing sexual preferences for 8 years; and when are the pedophiles going to be released from prison when it is finally legal to commit violent acts against children by having sex with them under the guidelines of a “Sexual Emergency”?

6: The aforementioned subject matter does cure the problem of arbitrary  arrests of the homeless and is an excellent way  to spend and bring in revenue.

The real guidance from the Government of The United States of America is as follows: 

1: The boys use the boys restroom and the girls use the girls restroom. To perpetuate crime when a sexual deviant claims to be transgender for the purpose of raping teenage girls is not guidance, it is suicide of a society.

2: Boys and girls can be identified by the sex that they were identified as on their birth certificate.

3: Any psychological counseling on this issue can be paid for by the individual damaged after the age of eighteen.

4: The transgender and gay issue is not a public issue and therefore the Public Trust is not liable to fix the issue. The issues are private in nature and therefore not the expense of the people.

5: All school districts qualify to receive perpetual funding of a National currency that is debt free and interest free from this Government since it was this Government that started the school districts in the first place.

INTERNATIONAL PUBLIC NOTICE

The reign of the heavens Healing Center Cooperative was created for the patients of the reign of the heavens Healing Center Association to be able to afford medical care for themselves and their families. 

A cooperative is not a new idea, however it fit perfectly within the intent of the reign of the heavens Healing Center. The trustee of the reign of the heavens Healing Center believes the Cooperative annexed to it is a viable solution to the medical care crises currently plaguing the United States.  LINK to the National Great Registry
