Second Notice: International objection to the existence of The American First Republic organization within The United States of America!

INTERNATIONAL AND NATIONAL PUBLIC NOTICE

The Government of The United States of America hereby objects to the existence of The American First Republic organization within The United States of America!

The American First Republic organization is a very weak attempt to establish some kind of organization that mimics the Government of The United States of America thereby attempting to claim first in time and first in right that is implied in the name “The American First Republic”. 

The American First Republic does not have the following: 

1: It does not have any metes and bounds and seaward boundaries because it cannot overlay what is in existence. 

2: Its Post office does not have any jurisdiction within The United States of America. 

3: Its members persons are offshore within the New World Order and therefore have no territory and never will have any territory wherein a legal impossibility is attempting to be created on behalf of the New World Order.  

4: Its creation is based on a false premise and the ego of hurt feelings and a issue that cannot be settled because its existence is based on a lie.  

5: The American First Republic organization is attempting to claim a new chain of title with no agreements with the 50 States of the Union within The United States of America and therefore trespassing which can cause a tax imposed against the trespassers. 

None of the inhabitants ever tried to start a county assembly within their States and could not because no one will work with any of them. 

If none of them could start their own county assembly, how do they believe they could start a country within a country? 

Either way, the official objection has been published within this publication and therefore The American First Republic cannot exist within The United States of America and therefore its Declaration of Independence is notwithstanding due to the fact that the persons that are signing it are not within The United States of America and never were a part of the Government of The United States of America or The United States of America. 

Further, the American National Union of The United State of America hereby objects to the existence of The American First Republic because it trespasses on all 50 States of the Union within The United States of America. 

They could have easily apologized for their attack and all would have been well, instead they all chose to fight, fight, fight, and attack relentlessly which caused their own demise; thereby their individual and independent attacks destroyed their only second witness that had at one time removed their persons from the New World Order. The attacks caused all of them to destroy all existence of that removal. 

Sean Will Gary Beller’s passport has been canceled when the delivery of his person was cancelled and is now on the stolen credentials list with the office of the Secretary of State for the Government of The United States of America.

It reads in their 2 page constitution the following: Article II
All People(s) and or Person(s) by and through authority of this assembly are in agreement to
preserve and defend all commandment(s), blessing(s) and wrath pertaining to natural law according to the word of our Creator. 

1: What is Natural Law? 

2: Who gave these four inhabitants the authority to speak for everyone simply because they all came together on a zoom call? 

3: How does one preserve and defend wrath? 

4: Where did the General Post Office of the Government of The United States of America agree to extend its jurisdiction and venue to another Post Office? 

5: When did the current American Nationals and residents agree to extend their social compact to U.S. citizens otherwise known as inhabitants to be used against those same American Nationals and residents?

6: When was anything extended to this organization to validate it? 

7: How can someone affirm an Oath of Office that does not exist or was never written or taken? 

Notice: If none of these objections or questions are answered by the time of Notice of Default, The American First Republic organization does not exist within or in The United States of America.

Affidavit of Fact

COMES NOW, KIRK EDWIN JENSEN, PMA, hereinafter “Affiant”, being of lawful age, qualified and competent to testify and having firsthand knowledge of the following facts, do hereby declare that the facts stated herein are true, correct and not misleading:

  • Affiant is an affirmed American National and holds the office of General Postmaster for The United States of America.
  • Affiant carries credentials to reflect that fact in the form of a passport, national drivers license and international driving permit issued through the office of The Department of Motor Vehicles for Government of The United States of America.
  • On the 309th day in the year of Yahweh, six thousand and twenty two, translated as the 21st day of January in the two thousand and twenty first year of the new covenant in Yahushua’s name, Executive Order-337A59C was signed by the office of the President for the Government of The United States of America stating that all mask mandates are canceled.
  • Affiant has a medical condition that prevents the wearing of a mask in any space, public or private.
  • Affiant had paid a bus fare to travel on Greyhound Bus, dba FirstGroup, Inc. hereinafter “Greyhound” on or about the 324th day in the year of Yahweh, six thousand and twenty two, translated as the 5th day of February, 2021 and had arrived at a refuel point in Kansas City, Missouri on or about 1:00 pm the next day for a period of about 20 minutes.
  • Affiant had not worn mask at all up to this point and upon exiting the bus at the refueling point, a masked Greyhound employee standing within a few feet of affiant came within 6 feet of affiant and loudly ordered affiant to put on a mask. Affiant informed employee of medical condition of affiant to which employee disregarded and further did threaten with pain compliance that if affiant went inside building without a mask that affiant would never get back on bus to complete journey and would remain outside.
  • The outside temperature was about 25 degrees farenheit.
  • Affiant went over to smoking section outside building to wait to reboard bus wearing only a light jacket.
  • Upon reboarding call affiant went back over to get in line to board bus and again the same Greyhound employee threatened a second time the affiant with pain compliance and handed affiant a mask which affiant wore just to board bus and promptly removed after boarding bus.
  • It is further noted that at each point along the journey, the bus driver and all Greyhound employees would repetitively state that masks were to be worn over the nose and mouth at all times on the bus and would state each time that it was a federal law though none would state when or where that law had come into effect.
  • It is further noted that affiant witnessed many other passengers along the journey with masks off or down contrary to what Greyhound employees had dictated.
  • On or about the same day of the 325th day in the year of Yahweh, six thousand and twenty two, translated as the 6th day of February, 2021 affiant had arrived to transfer to another bus in St. Louis, Missouri. Again, as affiant was exiting bus a masked Greyhound employee was standing outside of bus and loudly ordering all passengers that a mask had to be worn inside of bus station indirectly compelling affiant to put on a mask.  Upon entering station, affiant witnessed people eating and drinking with masks off or down in bus station.  Affiant promptly went to the deli in the station and ordered food and drink and sat down having taken mask off to consume food.
  • As affiant sat consuming food, armed Greyhound security personnel circled around affiant and affiant noted that this continued every 15 minutes until affiant entered the line to reboard bus. At no time did affiant stop eating and drinking so as to not have a mask over face to be able to breathe and even while boarding and still eating did affiant hear Greyhound employees ordering the use of masks at all times.
  • This same process continued at each stop of eating and drinking until reaching final destination late into the evening on or about the 326th day in the year of Yahweh, six thousand and twenty two, translated as the 7th of February, 2021.
  • Upon arrival at destination, because affiant was not wearing mask, as affiant stepped off bus an armed, masked Greyhound employee standing within a few feet of affiant came within 6 feet of affiant and loudly ordered affiant to put on a mask. Affiant informed employee of medical condition of affiant and also how affiant was outside to which employee disregarded and stated that while on Greyhound property that masks had to be worn.  Affiant replied to Greyhound employee to hand over affiant’s luggage and affiant would leave the property and not be wearing a mask.
  • Affiant left property with luggage in tow.
  • Greyhound is practicing medicine without a license.
  • Greyhound is also in violation of U.S. HIPPA regulations which is a privacy issue.
  • Greyhound by telling affiant where and when to wear a mask is classifying the affiant’s person as sick and carries the classification of illness in public.
  • Greyhound has committed a privacy violation because the diagnosis stigmatizes the affiant’s person.
  • Greyhound has committed a nefarious act in the form of slavery against affiant’s person.
  • The affiant objects to any and all private companies which cause forced association in the form of any executive orders by other private companies.
  • Affiant hereby makes a claim against the insurance carrier of Greyhound Bus, dba FirstGroup, Inc. in the amount of 5000 USD or federal reserve notes or equivalent for the violation of all 30 articles of the UDHR or Public Law(s) 101 and Executive Order-337A59C signed by the office of the President for the Government of The United States of America.

Further, affiant sayeth naught.

Autographed at NAC: 850H2 MR7C8 within the metes and bounds and seaward boundaries of The United States of America on this 336th day in the year of Yahweh, 6022 (translated date of 17th of Februrary, 2021).

International Notice of Tax lien against the World Health Organization!

The World Health Organization has recently trespassed upon the Declaration of Sovereignty of the Government of The United States of America. The trespass by the World Health Organization gives the Government of The United States of America the authority to tax the trespasser and therefore this International Public Notice has been published. The World Health Organization has no authority to advise the Government of The United States of America nor possess any medical advisory position within the Government of The United States of America. 

Any medical advise coming out of the World Health Organization is completely flawed and unenforceable in any venue unless a country is stupid enough to listen to anyone out of the World Health Organization. 

The lawyers will advise to ignore the lien because it is not notarized and that is exactly what we want them to advise because they do not understand the lien itself. We can even publish that information in this publication and they will still do what we want them to do, easy peasy.

Introducing the International and National Uniform Citation for the American National Union of The United States of America!

INTERNATIONAL AND NATIONAL PUBLIC NOTICE

The International and National Uniform Citation (hereinafter: (Citation”) was used by the Human Rights Defenders International back in 2017.

The National assembly for the Government of The United States of America has hereby granted the Human Rights Defenders International organization to the American National Union of The United States of America (hereinafter: “ANU”) thereby allowing residents and Nationals to issue the aforesaid Citation on 02-19-2021. The National assembly for the Government of The United States of America have the Postal Police Department that replaced the Human Right Defenders International organization. 

The serving of the Citation against those that are consistently violating human rights now Public Laws LINK is a right of self defense. Those that WERE supposed to protect and uphold rights have become the human rights violators, war criminals thereby declaring war against civilians and Union members have a right of self defense.   

The Human Rights Tribunal International shall hear all of the cases. Fines will be imposed upon the human rights violators and if the fine is not paid within 90 days, a lien will be placed against the person and property. 

The Citation is for those that have declared residency within The United States of America and have joined the ANU.

The ANU is a public Union and was re-established from 1774 for the purpose of creating a public market place within The United States of America. That task is quite difficult with the constant interference by the DEMS at war with civilians. 

Regulations and procedure for issuing a Citation have been written. The Great Council has a copy of the Citation to be handed out to ANU members.   

The ANU can be found on telegram @Free Trade Zone.
