This acceptance and acknowledgement of Law Form establishes the international venue and jurisdiction for capital offenses, war crimes, crimes against humanity, genocide, and torture violations upon the inhabitants, Declared Residents and American Nationals within the territory of the States of the Union of The United States of America.

The American National Union of The United States of America Passes Motion to Create A Union Citation!

INTERNATIONAL AND NATIONAL PUBLIC NOTICE

A motion to create a Union Citation was presented to the Assembly and was passed today to stop the inhabitants from trespassing upon the American Nationals and Declared Residents within The United States of America. Forcing anyone to wear a mask is forced association and is a human rights violation.

It was further declared that any mandate to force vaccinate or force mask wearing is a violation of the following Public Laws within the States of the Union of The United States of America: Public Law 101-5, Public Law 101-7, Public Law 101-9, Public Law 101-12, Public Law 101-18, Public Law 101-19. Upon proper claim within the citation it can be issued to anyone that tries to enforce mask wearing or vaccination mandates and the case can be heard in the Human Rights Tribunal International with hefty fines attached.

Everyone in the U.S. Military is being paid and funded by a foreign monarch!

The Government of The United States of America has based its claims that the name of the country is The United States of America and has prevailed on that claim over and over. 

The inhabitants that serve in the U.S. Military love to attempt to challenge the on different social media platforms. 

Here is one that is going to be a hard pill to swallow: 

1: The constitution of the United States of America has a lower case “t” in the title of the recipient of the constitution. 

2: The U.S. Military claims that the Articles of Confederation were replaced by the constitution of the United States wherein it reads: LINK

“We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defence, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America.”

In the treaty of Paris of 1784 it reads: LINK

“It having pleased the Divine Providence to dispose the Hearts of the most Serene and most Potent Prince George the Third, by the Grace of God, King of Great Britain, France, and Ireland, Defender of the Faith, Duke of Brunswick and Lunebourg, Arch- Treasurer and Prince Elector of the Holy Roman Empire etc.. and of the United States of America,”

Question: 

1: How did England know what the entity was going to be 6 years before the miraculous constitution was pulled out and placed on the table during a convention to amend the Articles of Confederation that was styled: “The United States of America” and the name of the country at the time? 

The Treaty of Paris of 1784 is still in force and effect, this means that every one of the U.S. Military’s personnel is being paid by a foreign monarch today due to the fact that a foreign monarch is still the arch treasurer of the United States of America under the constitution of the United States.

 

The inhabitants might want to look in a different direction when it comes to the voter fraud of 2020. 

Questions:

1: Who has control of the law in the United States?

2: Who has control of the courts in the United States?

3: Who are loyal subjects of the crown in the United States?

4: Who decides which person gets prosecuted in the United States?

5: Who represents the United Nations?

LETTER OF RESIGNATION

This is a formal notice of my resignation from the office of Deputy Chairman for the Great Council of the American National Union of The United States of America effective immediately from today, making my last day as office holder, the 259th day in the year of Yahweh 6022.

After careful consideration, I have made the decision to resign to better serve my country. Working for the Union has been a wonderful experience that has afforded me the opportunity to learn and to grow as a public office holder, and I am grateful to have been part of the Original Union of 1774 to present.

AFFIDAVIT

November 28, 2020

Comes now, Derrick William Hoffman Brickert, Trustee (hereinafter “affiant”) being competent to testify and being over the age of twenty-one years, after first being duly sworn according to the law to tell the truth to the facts related herein states that affiant has first- hand knowledge and belief that these facts are true to the best of affiant’s knowledge and belief, and;

On, November 28, 2020 Saturday afternoon, 3:45pm, an hour and a half before the parts department closes, affiant went to Stevinson Toyota West, 780 Indiana Street, Lakewood State of Colorado 80401 to purchase some bolts for his truck.  Upon arriving affiant noticed the front doors of said Toyota dealership had a sign that stated that masks were mandatory. Being a medically exempt affirmed American National in bi-lateral social compact agreement affiant figured it was appropriate to explain affiant’s situation if confronted. As affiant walked into Stevenson Toyota West, affiant proceeded to the parts counter and waited approximately 10-15 minutes in line waiting his turn to be helped.  Not one time while entered the building or waiting in line was affiant asked to wear a mask.

Affiant told the parts lady and showed her what part he needed, she went in the back and on the second try was able to locate the right part.  At this point another 5 minutes had passed.  As affiant was being rung up for his order the other parts person, Maurice Jones, came around the counter and approached affiant with a box of masks by 3M, which on the side of the box clearly state they do not do anything for Covid-19, and told affiant he needs to wear a mask.  Affiant explained to Maurice Jones that affiant could not wear a mask due to medical reasons.  Maurice Jones then said that if affiant did not wear a mask he would need to leave.  So affiant said he was leaving and left without being able to buy his much needed parts for his truck and being discriminated against his medical condition.

When affiant got out to his truck he called Stevenson Toyota West dealership and asked who the owner of the store was and was told the General Manger is Deck Hughes.  Affiant states that the dealership is enforcing the arbitrary guidelines of an unelected organization known as the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (hereinafter “CDC”) to which any orders from the CDC have been outlawed in Article 31 of the bi lateral social compact agreement by and between the people for The United States of America. Maurice Jones took upon himself to deem the CDC guidelines superseded affiant’s right to determine what is best for affiant’s own health and well-being.  Maurice Jones treated affiant as less than human and hereby accuses Stevinson Toyota West with the political crime of communism for enforcing CDC guidelines.  Maurice Jones demanded that affiant either wear a mask or leave thus discriminating against affiant’s medical condition.  LINK

This will all keep going for years wherein no one will enjoy the fruits of our labor for the last ten years and no one will ever get their full inheritance until Anna is gone or in jail. We can maintain this mission and still grow with people that are honest and have a disdain for criminal activity. 

We will continue to prosecute the American States assembly, any and all county assemblies under Anna and anyone who is involved and lien their property, homes, cars and anything else we can lien wherein it is our right.

By the way, it is a crime to try to remove the liens.  The gloves are off. There is no such thing as a “I did not know” excuse. We will destroy every patriot group we see that follows Anna, lien their properties and destroy their reputations and credibility. We will expose all of their lies and their attempts to deceive for their monetary gains. Anna nor her followers will not steal our labor for the last ten years with lies and more lies. We will not reward that behavior with silence nor will we ever walk away. 

Any attempts to trespass on the country name The United States of America by speaking for it in anyway without authority is trespassing on real flesh and blood people for The United States of America. We will destroy any royal claim to The United States of America just like was done in 1776. All royal claims to The United States of America is hereby treason and punishable by hanging.   

Anna confesses to be a Vatican Agent for Pope Francis: 

 

Anna’s followers are too stupid to see Anna’s confession and still blindly follow her every word without question. Anna continues to harass other countries for money and debt claims in the name of The United States of America and using the seal of the United States in her letterhead to do it.  

Anna continues to ruin the reputation of The United States of America by making false claims of debt against anyone she can to show her followers that she is earning her donations while Anna feigns fighting for them to fleece their pockets. No country owes anything to The United States of America. It is a self sustaining country fully developing its International character wherein Anna is staining the reputation with her lies and crimes. Go and get a real job Anna..

Anna has nothing to do with The United States of America, claims to have a royal claim to this country, sends paperwork over to Pope Francis for thousands of dollars with her fake claims, with the seal of the United States on the paperwork and the U.S. does nothing, and her followers support all of this criminal activity.

Everyone is entitled to all the rights and freedoms set forth in this Declaration, without distinction of any kind, such as race, colour, sex, language, religion, political or other opinion, national or social origin, property, birth or other status. Furthermore, no distinction shall be made on the basis of the political, jurisdictional or international status of the country or territory to which a person belongs, whether it be independent, trust, non-self-governing or under any other limitation of sovereignty.

Everyone has the right to life, liberty and security of person.

No one shall be held in slavery or servitude; slavery and the slave trade shall be prohibited in all their forms.

Everyone is entitled in full equality to a fair and public hearing by an independent and impartial tribunal, in the determination of his rights and obligations and of any criminal charge against him.

(1) Everyone charged with a penal offence has the right to be presumed innocent until proved guilty according to law in a public trial at which he has had all the guarantees necessary for his defence.

(2) No one shall be held guilty of any penal offence on account of any act or omission which did not constitute a penal offence, under national or international law, at the time when it was committed. Nor shall a heavier penalty be imposed than the one that was applicable at the time the penal offence was committed.

No one shall be subjected to arbitrary interference with his privacy, family, home or correspondence, nor to attacks upon his honour and reputation. Everyone has the right to the protection of the law against such interference or attacks.

(1) Everyone has the right to freedom of movement and residence within the borders of each state.
(2) Everyone has the right to leave any country, including his own, and to return to his country.

(1) Everyone has the right to seek and to enjoy in other countries asylum from persecution.
(2) This right may not be invoked in the case of prosecutions genuinely arising from non-political crimes.

(1) Everyone has the right to a nationality.
(2) No one shall be arbitrarily deprived of his nationality nor denied the right to change his nationality.

Article 16 Is now known as  Public Law 101-16-1 and/or 2 and or 3

(1) Men and women of full age, without any limitation due to race, nationality or religion, have the right to marry and to found a family. They are entitled to equal rights as to marriage, during marriage and at its dissolution.
(2) Marriage shall be entered into only with the free and full consent of the intending spouses.
(3) The family is the natural and fundamental group unit of society and is entitled to protection by society and the State.

(1) Everyone has the right to own property alone as well as in association with others.
(2) No one shall be arbitrarily deprived of his property.

Everyone has the right to freedom of thought, conscience and religion; this right includes freedom to change his religion or belief, and freedom, either alone or in community with others and in public or private, to manifest his religion or belief in teaching, practice, worship and observance.

Article 19 Is now known as  Public Law 101-19

Everyone has the right to freedom of opinion and expression; this right includes freedom to hold opinions without interference and to seek, receive and impart information and ideas through any media and regardless of frontiers.

Article 20 Is now known as  Public Law 101-20-1 and/or 2 

(1) Everyone has the right to freedom of peaceful assembly and association.
(2) No one may be compelled to belong to an association.

Article 21 Is now known as  Public Law 101-21-1 and/or 2 and or 3

(1) Everyone has the right to take part in the government of his country, directly or through freely chosen representatives.
(2) Everyone has the right of equal access to public service in his country.
(3) The will of the people shall be the basis of the authority of government; this will shall be expressed in periodic and genuine elections which shall be by universal and equal suffrage and shall be held by secret vote or by equivalent free voting procedures.

Article 22 Is now known as  Public Law 101-22

Everyone, as a member of society, has the right to social security and is entitled to realization, through national effort and international co-operation and in accordance with the organization and resources of each State, of the economic, social and cultural rights indispensable for his dignity and the free development of his personality.

Article 23 Is now known as  Public Law 101-23-1 and/or 2 and or 3 and or 4

(1) Everyone has the right to work, to free choice of employment, to just and favourable conditions of work and to protection against unemployment.
(2) Everyone, without any discrimination, has the right to equal pay for equal work.
(3) Everyone who works has the right to just and favourable remuneration ensuring for himself and his family an existence worthy of human dignity, and supplemented, if necessary, by other means of social protection.
(4) Everyone has the right to form and to join trade unions for the protection of his interests.

Article 24 Is now known as  Public Law 101-24

Everyone has the right to rest and leisure, including reasonable limitation of working hours and periodic holidays with pay.

Article 25 Is now known as  Public Law 101-25-1 and/or 2 

(1) Everyone has the right to a standard of living adequate for the health and well-being of himself and of his family, including food, clothing, housing and medical care and necessary social services, and the right to security in the event of unemployment, sickness, disability, widowhood, old age or other lack of livelihood in circumstances beyond his control.
(2) Motherhood and childhood are entitled to special care and assistance. All children, whether born in or out of wedlock, shall enjoy the same social protection.

Article 26 Is now known as  Public Law 101-26-1 and/or 2 and or 3

as amended: 09-20-2020  Paragraph 2 striking out specific wording 

(1) Everyone has the right to education. Education shall be free, at least in the elementary and fundamental stages. Elementary education shall be compulsory. Technical and professional education shall be made generally available and higher education shall be equally accessible to all on the basis of merit.
(2) Education shall be directed to the full development of the human personality and to the strengthening of respect for human rights and fundamental freedoms. It shall promote understanding, tolerance and friendship among all nations, racial or religious groups. 
(3) Parents have a prior right to choose the kind of education that shall be given to their children.

Article 27 Is now known as  Public Law 101-27-1 and/or 2

(1) Everyone has the right freely to participate in the cultural life of the community, to enjoy the arts and to share in scientific advancement and its benefits.
(2) Everyone has the right to the protection of the moral and material interests resulting from any scientific, literary or artistic production of which he is the author.

Article 28 Is now known as  Public Law 101-28

Everyone is entitled to a social and international order in which the rights and freedoms set forth in this Declaration can be fully realized.

Article 29 Is now known as  Public Law 101-29-1 and/or 2 

as amended: 09-20-2020  Paragraph 3 omitted

(1) Everyone has duties to the community in which alone the free and full development of his personality is possible.
(2) In the exercise of his rights and freedoms, everyone shall be subject only to such limitations as are determined by law solely for the purpose of securing due recognition and respect for the rights and freedoms of others and of meeting the just requirements of morality, public order and the general welfare in a democratic society.

Article 30 Is now known as  Public Law 101-30

Nothing in this Declaration may be interpreted as implying for any State, group or person any right to engage in any activity or to perform any act aimed at the destruction of any of the rights and freedoms set forth herein.

If all previous Articles are violated the whole of all Public Laws herein are known as Public Laws-101 under this section.
