The office of the Chairman of the Great Council of the American National Union of The United States of America, hereby establishes a division known as a Committee on Foreign Relations to serve the ANU as the communications
committee by and between the American National Union of The United States of America and other established Unions under the authority of Article 3 Section A of the constitution of the American National Union of The United States of America.
