Grounds for the International Complaint

The grounds for this international complaint include but are not limited to acts of international 
terrorism perpetrated by Barry Soetoro, known and unknown, as well as violations of numerous 
Articles within the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR), to wit;

Incidents with known Barry Soetoro involvement:

On January 21st, 2008 to January 21st, 2016, impersonated a Public Official during at which time War 
Crimes were committed on multiple occasions, and

On January 21st, 2008 to January 21st, 2016, falsified multiple international records of the 
International Community, and domestic political records, and
