INTERNATIONAL PUBLIC NOTICE
The United States, in Congress assembled is seeking exemption (changed to “reciprocity” for the reason that the Government of The United States of America is not subject to the charter of the patroons under Freedoms and exemptions of the patroons “Manhattan Island” which translates to operating under the U.S. constitution) reciprocity by and between the States of the Union and the Government of The United States of America. The reciprocity is requested on the registration of General Post Office vehicles that operate as a fleet for the purpose of mail delivery and other purposes by the General Post Office. The original General Post Office operates under the guide lines of the United States, in Congress assembled in accordance to Article V paragraph 5.1 LINK.
If the States prefer that this Government contact the U.S. Department of State for this reciprocity agreement, please notify the office of the Secretary of State for The United States of America. The United States, in Congress assembled is obligated to insure that American Nationals with allegiance to The United States of America receive their mail.
