IT IS HEREBY DECLARED, that any and all property not owned by the State is declared private property, and
IT IS HEREBY DECLARED, that any and all private property regulated by a State is a political transaction by and between a State legislature and a people, and
IT IS HEREBY DECLARED, that a political transaction by and betweena State and a people wherein private property is regulated by a State is a communist political transaction, and
IT IS HEREBY DECLARED, that all inhabitants are absent a social compact do not have a State Legislature and therefore are within the jurisdiction of the original Union of 1774, and
IT IS HEREBY DECLARED, that inhabitants have a human right to own private property including but not limited to guns regardless of type, and
IT IS HEREBY DECLARED, that communism is outlawed and therefore guns regardless of type cannot be regulated in anyway, and
