The current source of funding has turned its back on the way of capitalism and is now funding socialism and communism to their own detriment. 

The really good part of this type of funding is our voucher system wherein it is designed for self funding without debt nor interest. 

The States of the Union of The United States of America need police to enforce capitalism because everyone has lost their way. We all need to come together and start funding and enforcing the way of capitalism and not any other way of commerce.
