INTERNATIONAL PUBLIC NOTICE 

The American States Assembly and The States of The American States Assembly is attempting to form a state within a state within constituted States within The United States of America under human rights violations mainly freedom of speech. LINK  The use of a total psyop, training that is offered by the C.I.A. is being used to usurp the original States of the Union, and misrepresentation of the States of the Union is mainly to transfer the liability of trafficking the inhabitants of the United States of America under the tripartite and therefore the American Nationals and Declared Residents of The United States of America do the time for the crime. The plan is simple, the tripartite gains an unsuspecting population and the real country pays the price for the crime.
