Notice of Non-Compliance, Non-Assumpsit, and Counter-Claim
Notice to Agents is Notice to Principals; Notice to Principals is Notice to Agents: Completely refused Anna because you are not addressing a company, a corporation, you are addressing a country. A country you are trying to steal on behalf of a foreign Monarch, your boss, Pope Francis so your master can go forward with the New World Order. 

1. No American State Assembly is subject to any jurisdiction held by any international tribunal; our State Assemblies and these Several States they populate are sovereign physical entities and the only external performance contracts they hold are with the Pope, the Queen, and the Lord Mayor of London, not with the Reign of the Heavens Society nor any ill-informed adjunct organization dba “THE HUMAN RIGHTS TRIBUNAL INTERNATIONAL” pretending to have any authority or jurisdiction related to us;  Anna, you did not achieve the theft of a country on behalf of a foreign Monarch. You lied about everything and attempted to claim power of attorney. You do not define us nor do you have the right to steal anything. In 2015 you claimed to be a citizen of the United States and now you are claiming another fraudulent status. 
2. No Americans and no American States are subject to any foreign law or incorporated entity tribunal operating in global jurisdiction; This is correct and you are mixing lies with the truth to convince people that you are legitimate Anna. Your problem is that you are not American once you took the blood oath to the pope. Anna, when you took that blood oath, your ass belongs to Pope Francis and you abandoned your country and there is nothing you can do to change that fact. 
3. The populations of our States of the Union are composed of living people and Lawful Persons, not HUMANS, so we neither address nor act upon HUMANS, that is, hue-mans, color of man, or more popularly, persons; This is correct Anna and you did absolutely none of it and are not a part of the States of the Union. You Anna have achieved nothing with your ridiculous paperwork that does not claim anything in the wording. You Anna are illiterate and all of your claims are a fraud. 
4. Thus, neither our States, nor we, their Federation Government in International Jurisdiction, have imposed upon any entity, class of inhabitants, or foreign persons that could be described as “HUMANS” and we certainly owe no respect to any summons from any “TRIBUNAL” concerning itself with “HUMANS”; You don’t have any States Anna, you Anna have no Federation Government and you are correct, you are not Human Anna, however, you are trying to change the subject away from the fact that you Anna in fact did steal the metes and bounds of the country and there is nothing that is going to change that fact. 
5. However, we do Notice your Organization for pernicious efforts to confuse yourselves and your franchises with us and our Government, including infringing upon our names; we order you to cease and desist these criminal activities and note that inland piracy — successful or not — is a hanging offense; This is a lie Anna and you know it. You have a pattern of stealing in this manner and it has caught up to you. You Anna have no Government, no one has tried to separate the real Government from you and your followers more than we have. No one wants to be associated with you and your lies. Thousands of people know you are a liar and you have tried over and over to self project those lies on anyone but you. You are a very sick woman Anna and in need of a lot of help. You Anna have even tried to get support from Canada and we would suggest you go there and live.  
6. Your crimes of infringement and acts of constructive fraud have now been exacerbated by offers of fraudulent court proceedings; again, cease and desist. No crimes here Anna and no one is committing constructive fraud other than yourself. 
7. The United States of America is the name of our unincorporated Federation of States. Any foreign incorporated entity proposing to use our Proper Name(s) for doing its own business is demonstrably a fraud creating malicious mischief and seeking to build upon former acts of piracy carried out by foreign governments acting in Breach of Trust and Contract. Well Anna, you are using the name of our country. You Anna have created a boogeyman to hide your theft and you have been caught.
8. It is your choice whether or not you wish to act as HUMANS or as people, but as HUMANS are merely things and may be bought, sold, liquidated, or traded at will, we would highly recommend that people exercise their option to act as people, and forget about ever calling themselves HUMANS, claiming HUMAN RIGHTS, or subjecting themselves to anything called a HUMAN RIGHTS TRIBUNAL; we certainly won’t make that mistake.  This is semantics on your part Anna to get away from the fact that you stole a document and used it as your own. Either, way, you can be tried in the Human Rights Tribunal International or the General Post Master Council, either way the trial will commence on the date and time appointed. 
9. If you continue your activities in contravention of national and international law we will progressively prosecute your shell corporations and affiliated organizations and the individuals responsible for them.

Please do try to prosecute shell corporations that do not exist other than in your own head and in your lies. First you have to prove that you have prosecution authority wherein we can prove that fact. Your trust and contract Anna: The United States of America—Unincorporated  has committed a nefarious act of stealing and it is liable for the theft whether you like it or not. If you miss the court date, you will go into default and will be convicted of the crimes being charged against you and there is no lie that can stop that fact. Why don’t you show up Anna and prove to the whole world what a fraud we are and show the evidence of your claims against the Government of The United States of America. Why don’t you show up and prove to the world you in fact did not steal one of our documents and passed it off as your own? Why all of these excuses to not show up and all of the lies Anna? You Anna do not define our jurisdiction. 

To the rest of Anna Von Reitz followers: We have read the paperwork and the wording you have relied upon to make your claims. Anyone with a high school education can see that the wording does not read what you think it reads. We were once like you, following the long trail of gurus and realized that their efforts were all about the money. Anna is not doing anything different. Anna is a liar, and is committing fraud in many ways. All can see that she has lured you all into her personal trust and is charging you all for it. Anna has no intention of settling any country/States nor does she have a clue on how to settle a State. Anna does not read anything nor does she do any of her own research. Anna has admitted that she goes around the internet and copies other people’s work and passes it off as her own. You have been warned.  This time Anna is caught. LINK

TOLD YOU SO……We are not wizards or magical and do not have the ability to see the future. However, that prediction was dead on. Many of us have been around the patriot groups around the country and we have worked very hard to not be associated with them. Go and read that pack of lies again as written above and you will see why. We are trying to settle the States that remain in trust at the moment until the first elections. Anna is only trying to duplicate what we are doing to cause confusion for her master because her master works for the first liar and the first murderer. 

For all of the believers out there. Every lie that was written by Anna Von Reitz is hereby rebuked in the name of Jesus. As far the accusation of theft of the metes and bounds, can Anna Von Reitz rebuke those claims of theft in the name of Jesus knowing that liars do not and cannot enter into Heaven?
