INTERNATIONAL, NATIONAL AND LOCAL PUBLIC NOTICE

ICD 10 Code or any other code to identify the vaccinated or unvaccinated is hereby outlawed. Unvaccinated or Vaccinated is not an identity or any form of legal status identity. The issue is utterly ridiculous and an insult to the educated mind.
