Timothy Bottoms, Jennifer Robb, George Ballard, Jerry Bonnet, Eric Holcomb, Robert D. Kreig, Connie Lawson, Michael E. Tolbert, and Brian Sullivan (hereinafter “Respondents”) have been found guilty of violating all Thirty (30) Articles of Public Laws-101 formerly the Universal Declaration of Human Rights by the Human Rights Tribunal International of The United States of America.
