The National assembly for the Government of The United States of America convened the War Crimes Tribunal. There is overwhelming evidence of domestic warfare against civilians that is being implemented by various agencies formed under the United Nations Charter as Constitution of the International Community working tirelessly towards genocide. The agents within the agencies have been told countless times as to whom they are working and many other aspects of their mission(s) and have repeatedly ignored the warnings. Indifference is intent and just following orders is not a defense.

The War Crimes Tribunal will be hearing various cases filed within it and all respondents will receive international due process and are presumed innocent until proven guilty. There are no religious, political or any other classification that will be considered as a defense by the War Crimes Tribunal nor will it recognize any form of immunity claims from the International Community.

The War Crimes Tribunal parameters are written within its founding documents. The War Crimes are not necessarily focused on murdering of civilians. There are many types of war crimes defined and can be classified as monetary warfare which equals domestic warfare and further are not necessarily focused on agencies. There are a lot of private organizations and NGO’s that are being considered.

The National assembly for the Government of The United States of America regrets having to convene the War Crimes Tribunal, however, sadly it is necessary at this point in time.

The office of the Treasury for the Government of The United States of America and the General Post Office 
hereby condemns the private international money order scheme created by various You Tube personalities or 
other sources.

If any American National, General Post Master, or resident involves themselves in the writing of private 
international money orders to discharge debt off of the Social Security Number, or any form of obligation is 
hereby noticed that the office of the Treasury, the Government of The United States of America and the 
General Post Office does not condone such actions nor will it come to your aid when the fraud charges are 
lodged into the International Community by one of its agents or agencies against your person.

If any American National, General Post Master or resident that is advocating, calling, presenting, or any other 
form of communication to other American Nationals, General Post Masters or residents offering this private 
international money order scheme as some sort of remedy towards attempting to live beyond your means or 
other excuses, your person will be delivered out of the States of the Union for the fact of your private political decision to return to the British Empire. Your signature on the private international money order is your consent for the delivery of your person back to the British Empire to exist as its subject.

Although the private international money order may make sense to some people, it is still not a process that is 
within the laws of the Government of The United States of America and therefore the office of the Treasury,
the Government of The United States of America or the General Post Office is not a part of it, and has never 
been a part of this private international money order scheme.

This International Public Notice is the second warning towards those that believe they are helping people and 
have not used common sense when dealing with this issue. The Government of The United States of America has legal remedies in place to deal with foreign debt claims, however there are some that chose to ignore those processes and therefore all liability for your decisions are yours and yours alone. The Government of The United States of 
America, the office of the Treasury or the General Post Office cannot and will not be involved or used as some 
sort of safe haven when international torts are committed or foreign charges are filed against your person.

The National assembly lodges an Alien Tort Claim against the trustees within the United States territories of the various internal revenue trusts for funding and implementing a campaign to control property ownership of its 
international trafficked persons within its trusts. LINK

The Masonic Order Temples will soon be facing a host of international liabilities in the near future due to the fact that the Trading with the Enemy Act and a host of other nefarious acts have been directly connected to the aforementioned secret society. This means that a secret society religious cult is running the United States and always has since they created it in 1787.

In the Masonic Lodge recruiting tactics, it has been reported yesterday that they offer “free get out of jail benefits”, “Get out of traffic tickets benefits”, “Get out of taxes benefits” and a host of other benefits that are directly connected to nefarious acts and human rights violations too many to list in this International Public Notice.

The Masonic Order Temples have been able to convince the world that the United States operates in name only, a legal impossibility in international law and still maintain an appearance of legitimacy by the barrel of a gun.

The tactics being used against this country have been used before in history, there is nothing new under the sun and they will fail just like they failed before in previous generations that have convinced themselves that their path will lead them to victory. Victory over what no one can figure out nor make sense of the thinking or ideology.

The National assembly knows that John Harold Fulks is stable and steadfast in his convictions as far as his allegiance to this country and a republic form of Government is concerned so people can rest easy that the office of the Governor is in good hands.

                      INTERNATIONAL PUBLIC NOTICE

The majority of the members of the North American National Party met this evening to discuss Articles of Impeachment of Stuart Andrews Ronaldson who was holding the office of the Governor for the Government of The United States of America for high crimes and misdemeanors. The assembly was recorded and all members witnessed the overwhelming evidence presented to the members in good standing. The issue at hand has been going on since December 2nd, 2017, one day after the elections. The votes were:

1: 22 yes to impeach, and 

2: 5 abstained or were not able to attend even though notice was sent, and

3: “0”-No’s to impeach.

The National assembly has some work to do that would prevent this sort of activity in the future. Some of the evidence being presented included but not limited to trafficking in persons and human trafficking of American Nationals and residents of The United States of America that was never presented to the National assembly even though the aforementioned former office holder knew it existed.

Further, there was evidence of acts of war against this republic. All evidence will be made public soon. As of this moment, Mark Moffett is acting Governor until an oath can be administered.

This is the first time this Government was forced to use this type of process and hopes that it will never have to be done again.

The National assembly passed certain amendments to the Naturalization Act that start on page eight of the act published here: CLICK HERE!

The amendments mainly deal with processing fees since the Government of The United States of America offers processing services.

Parts of the act reads as follows:

The Government of The United States of America is under force of arms to trade in British American 
Union currency and therefore claims international immunity from any obligations legislated upon it nor
shall accept any responsibility to support said unauthorized Union script, and

All temporary compensation in British American Union currency shall be deducted from normal General 
Post Master pay in Continental Dollars to avoid unjust enrichment, and

When we have people in this world that are trying to rule it without authority meaning receiving said power from trafficking in persons, certain reservations have to be made to protect from tyranny or until the proper corrections can be made.

                             INTERNATIONAL PUBLIC NOTICE

Ten Alien Tort Claimants have come forward and filed claims in the Human Rights Tribunal International claiming that their persons have been arbitrarily trafficked offshore by the United States. Five claims are against the Governor of the U.S. state of Arizona, Doug Ducey.

Apparently there are thousands of children of trafficked persons being sold through the foster care system in the U.S. state of Arizona, a state within a State of the original States of the Union of The United States of America.

The trafficked persons are being targeted for neglect all over the country, however it is very unlikely that even a quarter of the thousands of children being taken were being neglected.

There are two claims against Florida Governor, Rick Scott, one against Pennsylvania Governor Tom Wolf, one against Ohio Governor John Kasich and one against New Jersey Governor-Philip Dunton Murphy.

They are all undergoing service of process for violating the Protocol to Prevent, Suppress and Punish Trafficking in Persons Especially Women and Children, supplementing the United Nations Convention against Transnational Organized Crime of which the United States of America is a party as of November 3rd, 2005, and further violated the Law of Nations due to the fact that the crimes were committed across international boundaries.

The Government of The United States of America is doing what it can to expose the tragedies of trafficking in persons however, it cannot do it alone, it takes people to make their claim. Sometime before the 4th day of September, 2017, the trustees, principals and agents of the Virgin Islands Bureau of internal revenue and trust registered to do business within the U.S. Virgin Islands, convened and wrote within its minutes authorizing the National Guard to seize arms, ammunition etc.. to carry out its emergency mission. After 90 days of said order, New York/Manhattan Island is attempting to use this private international precedent under private international law to implement the same aforementioned trust policies and or by-laws against subjects that are victims of trafficking in persons already in use and committed by the same trustees.

so done under the wording: ” An array of gun control groups have allied with New York lawmakers in a push to establish Extreme Risk Protection Orders, forcing subjects to surrender their firearms.” All evidence is printed and placed into evidence.

The receivers of the constitution of the United States have failed to realize a few international facts. Even though the constitution of the United States stated that it had the authority to define and punish offenses against the law of nations, the receivers have failed to understand that the Articles of Confederation of 1781 was and still is a subject of the law of nations. It was never the private constitution of the United States adopted by the Masonic Order Temple that protected this country. It was and always will be the Law of Nations as derived from the Scriptures that is causing their demise.

The Articles of Confederation as amended August 5th, 2015 and the Government thereof is a subject of the Law of Nations and therefore the trust minutes of the aforementioned trust is in violation of the Law of Nations. Private international law cannot violate Public International law and the Law of Nations.

Therefore, the aforementioned trustees, principals and agents are now subject to international arrest by Interpol officers and can spend the rest of their lives in an international prison without the possibility of parole for unwarranted and illegal aggression against the States of the Union within The United States of America.

It is redundant at this point and time to mention the 450 million counts of trafficking in persons in violation of Public International law of which the trustees, principals and agents are the subjects thereof. That condition is a foregone conclusion.

However, an attempt to seize the guns of the people is an attempt towards genocide and to conceal and illegally alter the Public international record for the purpose of hiding evidence of Public International Crimes thereby hiding the Trafficking in Persons. Any attempt of ordering the agents of the National Lawyers Guild and the American Bar Association to play the non-recognition game will only implicate said agents in the Public International Crimes.

This is the final notice to stop and correct towards the direction of becoming a benefit to the world rather than a cesspool that is in need of a thorough cleaning and sanitizing.

This international public notice is further directed towards any and all agents within the States of the Union that wish to implicate themselves in multiple violations of Public International law and the law of nations by enforcing private international law derived from these offshore trusts. Any cooperation with these offshore trustees shall cease and desist immediately otherwise forever be known as an International Criminal.
