“What’s in a name? For the state of Rhode Island, years of acrimony over an official designation with connotations of slavery.

But change is brewing in the union’s smallest state, as Rhode Island Gov. Gina Raimondo signed an executive order on Monday taking the “first steps” to change the state’s full name: “The State of Rhode Island and Providence Plantations.”

The “plantations” part of the name has come under increased scrutiny following widespread protests after the killings of George Floyd and Breonna Taylor.”

The Government of The United States of America hereby objects to any name change to the State of Rhode Island and Providence Plantations due to the fact that the Government of The United States of America is holding the metes and bounds of State of Rhode Island and Providence Plantations in trust until the State achieves a permenant population which has not been accomplished yet. A vote of the inhabitants of the State of Rhode Island and Providence Plantations cannot take effect by any form of executive order nor any form of a vote of the inhabitants because neither is a party to the State of Rhode Island and Providence Plantations. Verified parties to the State of Rhode Island and Providence Plantations  are the only ones that can change the name of the State. Any other way is a break in the chain of title and trafficking in persons. 

A name change to a State has to be based on facts and not on race relations and virtue signaling in an effort to please the Democratic Communist Marxist Party. A name change has to be done through a constitutional convention and therefore a vote of the inhabitans nor an executive order can not be under the classification of a constitutional convention of the party(s) attached thereto the State of Rhode Island and Providence Plantations.

Try as they might, the local prosecutors will see this as a simple assault case, possibly a hate crime, or at least a misdemeanor assualt, or like what happened in this video, both the police nor anyone else decided that a case like this was not worth their time. 

However, what appears to be going on in this video is not what is going on. What we see by the time we connect all of the dots is a communist/Marxist attacking a capitalist. The customer throwing the punches is the communist/Marxists and the store clerk is the capitalist. 

A communist/Marxist physically attacking a capitalist is a political crime perpertrated by  the Democratic Commiunist Marxist party, C.A.I.R. MUSLIM BROTHERHOOD, BLACK LIVES MATTER and A.N.T.I.F.A.

While the aforementioned parties are attempting to erase history, in that endeavor they are creating a whole new record consisting of a gambit of criminal acts and re-defining their organizations as criminal organizations instead of local heroes coming to save the people from the evil capitalists.

The Democratic Commiunist Marxist party, C.A.I.R. MUSLIM BROTHERHOOD, BLACK LIVES MATTER and A.N.T.I.F.A. can fool the local Municipal corporations into thinking that international law does not apply to them and seriously readers, even the local judges think they are immune from international law and the Law of Nations. It is sad and ridiculous at the same time how a simple thing like denial can make someone insane.

Nancy Pelosi helps Derek Michael Chauvin in his murder trial of George Floyd by committing a no due process violation!

In a quote by Nancy Pelosi which seems like a harmless and emotional filled quote, Nancy Pelosi is signaling to let Derek Michael Chauvin go free. 

Quote: 

“Philonise Floyd’s heart-wrenching testimony to the House Judiciary Committee left its mark on us all,” the high ranking Democrat captioned the photo, along with two others. “May this flag, which flew over the Capitol on the day of his brother’s murder, serve as a symbol of our shared commitment to securing justice for George and all victims of police violence.”

In the U.S.; Nancy Pelosi holds the corporate office of House Speaker and was speakiong in that capacity when she said and published the statement: “May this flag, which flew over the Capitol on the day of his brother’s murder” . There is one problem, Derek Michael Chauvin has not been convicted yet and therefore Nancy Pelosi convicted Derek Michael Chauvin without any trial. 

In the U.S. due process violations are felonies.  So Nancy Pelosi has convicted Derek Michael Chauvin of murder without any trial, therefore has committed a felony of no due process when everyone in the country knows that the word “alledged” is always used in the media or in any public statement before a trial otherwise the defense can claim no due process and to have a second trial is double jearpardy. 

If Derek Michael Chauvin is freed, Nancy Pelosi can claim the capitalists courts don’t work when in fact they are communist courts since the Bar Treaty was pushed into effect in 1947. Second, Nancy Pelosi can promise to fix the problem where there is no intent to fix the problem but does bring back the black votes that the 527 organization (DEMS) have relied upon for so many years.
