The Government of The United States of America was reformed and re-populated to protect American Markets.

The Government of The United States of America was invited to The Independent Summit Meeting which convened in the International District in Albuquerque, New Mexico, The United States of America on the 15th, 16th and 17th of April, 2016.

The subjects covered with the Ten Nations that attended were:

1: Trade and Commerce.

2: Non-aggression agreements.

3: Independent Nation structure.

4: Peace and Reconciliation,

among other topics.

Overall the meeting went well with a positive outcome. The Deputy Governor, Moses Brian Moss, the Secretary of State for the Government of The United States of America, Thomas Frank Goudey, and the head of the office of International Protocol, Steven Michael Meyer attended the Summit.

The Government of The United States of America is meeting with nations that are ready for peace and reconciliation that will re-direct the future of the next generation of each nation. The Government of The United States of America has an open door to any nation willing to embrace peace and reconciliation.

The meeting wasn’t all positive when a representative from the United Nations did their best to cause division and contention towards peace and reconciliation. 

However, the Government of The United States of America is moving forward towards its mission to establish a new way of thinking that benefits all parties involved in any trade and commerce agreement. 

In accordance with the Law of Nations, any agreement made with the Government of The United States of America read with the following wording depending on the subject matter:

“The obligations mentioned in the preceding Articles of the present agreement may in no case affect or modify the international rights or obligations of the High Contracting parties under agreements concluded or undertakings assumed before the coming into force of the present agreement, in so far as such agreements contain no elements of aggression or Human Rights Violations within the meaning of the present agreement.”

So, therefore any publishing to the contrary is nothing more than propaganda to cause division and controversy.

The Government of The United States of America published a International Public Notice on 03-30-2016 about supporting the people in a certain action taken: LINK

Upon further investigation into and county grand juries, it is an obligation to inform the people on some findings by the Government of The United States of America when it comes to the subject matter of the grand jury. 

First: There is an organization doing business as National Liberty Alliance “NLA”. Their interpretation of a certain case known as:

UNITED STATES, Petitioner v. John H. WILLIAMS, Jr.
No. 90-1972.
Argued: Jan. 22, 1992. Decided: May 4, 1992. LINK

is being addressed in this presentation.

There are some liberties taken by NLA that does not exist within the case cited and used as a foundation of the organizations activities. 

The first paragraph of a document published by NLA reveals quite a bit about the mind set of the organization. LINK

Quote: “We the people have been providentially provided legal recourse to address the criminal conduct of persons themselves entrusted to dispense justice. In the Supreme Court case of United States v. Williams, 112 S.Ct. 1735, 504 U.S. 36, 118 L.Ed. 2d 352 (1992), Justice Antonin Scalia, writing for the majority, confirmed that the American grand jury is neither part of the judicial, executive nor legislative branches of government, but instead belongs to the people. It is in effect a fourth branch of government “governed” and administered to directly by and on behalf of the American people, and its authority emanates from the Bill of Rights.” end quote
 

NLA claims: “Justice Antonin Scalia, writing for the majority, confirmed that the American grand jury is neither part of the judicial, executive nor legislative branches of government, but instead belongs to the people.”

This next quote is what the case really says:

“Rooted in long centuries of Anglo-American history,” Hannah v. Larche, 363 U.S. 420, 490, 80 S.Ct. 1502, 1544, 4 L.Ed.2d 1307 (1960) (Frankfurter, J., concurring in result), the grand jury is mentioned in the Bill of Rights, but not in the body of the Constitution. It has not been textually assigned, therefore, to any of the branches described in the first three Articles. It ” ‘is a constitutional fixture in its own right.’ ” United States v. Chanen, 549 F.2d 1306, 1312 (CA9 1977) (quoting Nixon v. Sirica, 159 U.S.App.D.C. 58, 70, n. 54, 487 F.2d 700, 712, n. 54 (1973)), cert. denied, 434 U.S. 825, 98 S.Ct. 72, 54 L.Ed.2d 83 (1977). In fact the whole theory of its function is that it belongs to no branch of the institutional government, serving as a kind of buffer or referee between the Government and the people. See Stirone v. United States, 361 U.S. 212, 218, 80 S.Ct. 270, 273, 4 L.Ed.2d 252 (1960);”

The case makes no reference that the grand jury belonged to the people, it said that the grand jury serves as kind of a buffer, but “kind” could mean anything.

Next quote by NLA:

“It is in effect a fourth branch of government “governed” and administered to directly by and on behalf of the American people, and its authority emanates from the Bill of Rights.”
 

1: If an entity is not textually assigned, it cannot be a fourth branch of anything.

2: If the grand jury is not textually assigned and claims sovereignty and independence, it cannot claim power of attorney on and behalf of the American people. This claim by NLA violates the political rights of everyone and multiple power of attorney contracts that many people have all over the country. Further, the Bill of Rights was created to protect the States from the federal, not to protect the people. A federal construct is a union of states, wherein a National Government is a Government of people.

The whole theory of people coming together as a group and calling itself a grand jury on a county level does not hold water without the authority of the people. Further, for a group of people to come together and claim power of attorney for the whole country is what is known as communism.

On the other hand, a grand jury under the 5th amendment of a Bill of Rights being controlled by a private membership association “PMA” (Bar Association members) has created a situation where the PMA can manipulate many courses of action on behalf of one organization over another whether the targeted party is guilty or not. Further, that power of the 5th amendment grand jury can also be used by secret societies because of the nature of its creation requires secrecy and independence. Once independent and secret, it has nothing to do with the people it investigates and jurisdiction can be challenged as to whether the particular grand jury has any rights whatsoever due to the nature of its proceedings. The grand jury has to be assigned to a particular people before it has authority.

A grand jury is not any different then a private court operated by a private membership association. If the grand jury is not textually assigned to anything other then itself, then the interpretation of its existence is flawed.

On page 48, Scalia writes, “The grand jury requires no authorization from its constituting court to initiate an investigation” and later, discussing compelling witness behavior he writes the grand jury must “appeal to the court when such compulsion is required.”

Scalia says the grand jury needs no authority from its constituting court to investigate but clearly, the grand jury needs the authority of the constituting court to exist. That is what constituting means…to create, authorize, establish, etc.

NLA can’t claim it is the U.S. courts, as they have grand juries of their own.

So, to come together as a group with no court recognition is not a grand jury…it’s a political organization mis-representing itself as a judicial body. The same can be said about a Bar Association, a private membership association running courts not recognized by the Bill of Rights nor any constitution. By  both organizations claiming power of attorney for the American people renders both political parties communists and fascists. There are too many human rights violations to mention in this article, however, anyone familiar with human rights can determine within a few minutes how many human rights are being violated when it comes to how the grand jury process is being used by the Bar Association and the  NLA. 

SOLUTION

The only way to solve the problems that have been created by both  aforementioned organizations is to write the grand jury into a county charter that the people have voted on and agree that no private membership associations are going to run or hijack their county government. Then pass an ordinance that the county cannot give money to any district judge if in fact the people want district judges in existence in their county. Isn’t it funny that the idea of writing a grand jury into existence that serves an assembly of the people on the county level never crossed the minds of either organization nor attempted to define “textually assigned”.

Just as human rights are used as political weapons internationally, so is the grand jury used as a political weapon within the U.S.

The subject matter of the Public Notice within the video within the first minute or two is absolutely correct. The Government of The United States of America established a Human Rights Tribunal International which is a part of its Judicial branch of the Government of The United States of America that is with the proper jurisdiction to hear the case noticed within the video. 

The Government of The United States of America cannot support as it pertains to threats against police, federal employees, or any other kind of threat on facebook or the internet as a whole, etc… Any threats of loss of life and limb must cease and desist because of the human rights violations. The police and federal employees are caught in the middle. The people holding those offices are trying to correct the problem, but are being used and pawns and cannon fodder by the Bar Association(s). 

However, when the people are right, the people are right, and the Government of The United States of America must act to support the actions and course of action being taken within the Public Notice of the video.

The Trustee(s) of each Bar Association are exclusively responsible for any and all human rights violations committed by their Bar Association members.  Each Trustee knows that the revised statutes apply to members of the private Membership Association(s) and do not apply to anyone else that is not a member. The Trustee(s) of each Bar Association have been publishing lies and deceit by publicly claiming that revised statutes published and acted upon by the Bar Association(s), apply to the people of which are just the first of many nefarious acts perpetrated against the people. The Bar Members themselves are not responsible, it is the Trustee of the Bar Association that is responsible for all nefarious acts perpetrated by its members. The Bar Association is an international private membership association wherein the Human Rights Tribunal International is with the proper jurisdiction to hear any case brought against the Trustee(s) of any Bar Association.  Human Rights Violations are nefarious acts along with War Crimes where the Trustee of any Bar Association cannot claim privacy laws, civil torts, or any type of immunity from Human Rights Violations and the Human Rights Tribunal International. 

The Human Rights Tribunal also has jurisdiction over other associations as the subject matter pertains to nefarious acts in the form of Human Rights Violations including but not limited to the Clerks private membership association, Judges private membership association or any other private membership association. All rules, statutes, laws etc.. exclusively apply to its members. All members must be notified that they are members before any enforcement of any rule, law, statute, policy etc.. can be enforced against the member(s). Secret enrollments or deceitful enrollments are strictly forbidden by the Law of Nations and is a human rights violation which are nefarious acts in nature wherein the private membership association committing said acts are notwithstanding as a private membership association. Any private membership association openly claiming the immunity of a nation-state or government is notwithstanding in accordance with the Law of Nations.

Any claims of nefarious acts against any Trustee of any private membership association can be sent to: [email protected]. The defender sends the case to the office of the clerk of the Human Rights Tribunal where the case is filed and an initial hearing is scheduled.

Part 7 of this series discussed global accounts. Now we will turn to a sequence of events that have happened in the past one hundred years. 

Sequence of Events:

1: 1913: A National currency was placed into the hands of a private central bank.

2: 1928: A National currency was no longer issued and the Treasury of the United States was emptied and all property fully transferred into the hands of the private central bank on Manhattan Island known as the Bank of New York Mellon. The U.S. Treasury becomes trading agent for private central bank in 1933. 

3: 1945: Military coup by the commander in chief Truman by pledging the Military and all resources to the United Nations. LINK  Page 6 last paragraph.

4: 1947: All courts taken over by the Administrative Procedure Act of 1947 thereby dissolving courts of law and equity.  

5: The Bar Treaty of 1947 making all lawyers representatives of the United Nations.

6: 1958: National Defense Education Act of 1958 which exploded the National debt through student loans.

7: 1962: Prayer removed from the Schools.

The “Regents’ Prayer” and Engel v. Vitale

8: 1971: Post Office Department dissolved and replaced with the USPS private company. LINK

9: 1973: United States removes itself from the Gold Standard. LINK

10: 1999: United States goes into receivership over and over. LINK

11: 2001: Country is attacked from within and the people are declared a National Security threat through the Patriot Act.

12: 2008: The real estate market bubble bursts causing millions to be homeless.

13: On the evening of the 26th of September, 2015 Pope Francis has taken the throne of Father of all Families.

Here are some main questions that all Americans need to ask themselves.

1: How can anyone be accused of attempting to overthrow something that has been systematically dissolved over a hundred year period?

2: How can anyone claim that the constitution of the United States of America is the law of the land when it has been taken apart piece by piece?

3: How can anyone claim that an oath of office is required to something that has been dissolved over a hundred year period?

4: How can anyone be a threat to something that has been systematically dismantled by its own line of succession of commander in chiefs? How is anyone responsible for the signature of a commander in chief? 

5: Are all decisions made arbitrarily today?

6: How can a sovereign of one nation call for immigration into other nations and where does that authority come from?

7: How can people have an election and vote under something that has been systematically dismantled and dissolved or hold offices that do not technically exist?

8: How can someone be accused of being anti-anything when there isn’t anything to be anti-against?

We can ask many questions on this same topic without being redundant. Further, we can also quote many other events that were key to reaching the condition that everyone sees themselves in today.The first reaction to this line of thinking is going to be denial because it is depressing to think about and ponder the reality of our situation.

Most of the people responsible for the sequence of events are dead. Why does this generation carry on with their treachery when this generation does not have to follow this plan of destruction? This generation can say “NO” and repair the sickness and damage already done. The American Nationals are in the middle of the recovery process.

It is time to reflect and act in a positive direction, otherwise the next generation will have to do it for you which is simply not fair to the next generation.

This is part 7 of a series involving Creatures of the state. In part 6 the Global Accounts were discussed. In Part 7, the presentation goes a little deeper into who is controlling the Global Accounts and why. 

On the 5th of March 2016, Pope Francis calls the mass migration of Arabs into Europe an Invasion. However, in the same breath he remarks that “If it’s handled correctly, the cultural exchange can help it grow, according to the pope.”

To the average individual this remark sounds backwards. How can someone turn an invasion into a cultural exchange and try to spin it into something positive unless they are behind the whole invasion and attempting to hide that fact. Further, something positive would relieve the guilty party of war crimes. 

It is a little different for Vatican City today then it has been in the past. The reason for this is because Vatican City is recognized as a sovereign state when in the past it had to rely on the Monarchs of Europe to support it and recognize it. 

An invasion implies war. Vatican City came clean as to who is responsible for the invasion and attempted to whitewash the facts to keep from being labeled a criminal state.

There were many other comments like this through the over 500 comments made on the article.
This line of thinking prompted a look into the history of the symbols of the Christians and the Catholics and the differences. What was found was the fish predated Christianity. At one time or another the Catholics adopted the fish as its symbol and started calling themselves Christians. During the inquisition, the same Roman Catholics slaughtered Christians. 
Then we looked into secret organizations in America and found that the Shriner’s have a hidden past and claim to have severed themselves from their original founding.
Here is the text of the current blood oath:
 “By the existence of Allah and the creed of Mohammed; by the legendary sanctity of our Tabernacle at Mecca, we greet you.”
The inductees then swear on the Bible and the Koran, in the name of Mohammed, and invoke Masonry’s usual gruesome penalties upon themselves:
 “I do hereby, upon this Bible, and on the mysterious legend of the Koran, and its dedication to the Mohammedan faith, promise and swear and vow … that I will never reveal any secret part or portion whatsoever of the ceremonies … and now upon this sacred book, by the sincerity of a Moslem’s oath I here register this irrevocable vow … in willful violation whereof may I incur the fearful penalty of having my eyeballs pierced to the center with a three-edged blade, my feet flayed and I be forced to walk the hot sands upon the sterile shores of the Red Sea until the flaming sun shall strike me with livid plague, and may Allah, the god of Arab, Moslem and Mohammedan, the god of our fathers, support me to the entire fulfillment of the same. Amen. Amen. Amen.”
The Shriner’s run around in the little cars in parades and are deeply connected to the Masonic Lodge which is connected to the American Bar Association which is connected to a religious STATE created within a State and claim to be a privileged class of people that also claim to be Christian. Yet, slaughter Christians, highly favor Islam at every turn and boast daily of killing a man 2000 years ago on a cross. The cross with the depiction of a dead man on it appears to be a constant threat to the Christians whose original symbol was a fish. 
The current Arab invasion looks a lot like an inquisition perpetrated by the Roman Catholics against the Christians of Europe. The inquisition  started in America when the ten commandments were taken down from public buildings. This inquisition needs to be funded, so hijacking the Global Accounts would make sense to fund the inquisition with Christian accounts and the reason for claiming to be Christian when it appears that the Roman Catholics are not much different then the Muslims. It is legal in Vatican City to have sex with children just like it is in Islam under Sharia Law, however, unlike Sharia Law, they are forbidden from abusing and raping children: LINK
This is where Vatican City tried to claim sovereign immunity to keep from having to pay for the crimes. LINK
It sounds real Christian to attempt to run away from crimes doesn’t it? People that claim to be responsible to God and speak for God are running from God and liability?
Here is a current legal maneuver made by Vatican City to gain jurisdiction over Christians: LINK   “Pope Francis claimed that Christians do not exist outside the Roman Catholic Church.”
Since Vatican City is a sovereign state, the Vatican claimed that all Christians were subject to the foreign state. That’s called Human Trafficking and a violation of the Law of Nations.
Vatican City is now liable for war crimes and crimes against humanity with intent to commit genocide. It is also liable for violations of religious rights and the right to follow ones own conscience. There will no doubt be many other crimes committed before this is all over, however, the aforementioned crimes are a good start. It is not believed that this particular inquisition will end as planned by Vatican City. 
It is hoped that this article will begin the process of Christians connecting the dots as to why they are under constant attack at every level and some ideas as to who is behind it and what the Christians can do to protect themselves. Since Vatican City recognition, Vatican City can now be sued for its crimes. If this article offends anyone, then stop doing offensive things and no one has to be offended.

The 1789 constitution for the United States of America has been put into effect!

INTERNATIONAL PUBLIC NOTICE

As keepers of the constitution for the United States of America it is the duty of the Keepers to inform the people.

The Government of The United States of America did in fact, as a common courtesy, record the same document as a result of a request. The 90 day period is required for any International Recording to become effective. Any recording from the ISO needs to come through The United States of America and the Government thereof.  

A question on that recording by the ISO:

1: It reads “Officially Assigned”, however does not state with whom it was assigned.

The Territory will always be “The United States of America”. That claim will never nor can ever be removed.

The people are being informed of a few things that will need to happen in the next couple of months.

1: The U.S. citizen and resident alien status will be dissolved in order to identify the particular people with the particular constitution that wish to be associated with the 1789 constitution for the United States of America. That particular identification is imperative in order to proceed in an honorable manner. 

2: Oath and affirmations will need to be provided in the States where the people can be known as American nationals and State Citizens.

3: Office holders will need to take an oath of fidelity to the State and sign an acceptance and acknowledgement of office in order to be valid, example: from Sheriffs on up the chain.

4: The National Currency will need to be circulated in the form of Continental Dollars, or Continental Dollars in the form of United States Notes, debt free and interest free.

5: The attorney’s STATES are dissolved and the private prisons need to be cleaned up. 

and a couple of other issues that will need to be resolved.

Otherwise, it appears that things are finally coming together and the Government of The United States of America does appreciate all of the efforts of everyone involved in making this happen for the States and the people.

Notice:

The Government of The United States of America and the General Post Office will always stand at the ready to serve as back up for the States when the States have failed as has been the case for sometime now.

The people can now claim the various statuses available to them without recourse. The people can also start demanding constitutional rights, privileges and immunity’s within the courts of law and equity and demand human rights complaint laws.

The States are starting to remove amendments that are not authorized to be there and replace them with the correct amendments. The people need to support that effort. 

There are other International issues that the Government of The United States of America is dealing with at this time and will be addressed in the near future and the people will be notified of those issues and how it affects their future.

This is good news folks, the mission is half way to being accomplished.  Give the good guys some credit and a pat on the back. Job well done!
