WHEREAS, it is hereby declared that Howard Allan Stern must vacate from within the metes and bounds and seaward boundaries of The United States of America for publicly advocating for experimentation mandates against the freedom of unexperimented civilian inhabitants thereby advocating persecution and discrimination against civilians not consenting to deadly experimental injections of synthetic genes, a violation of Article 1 of the Nuremberg Code, within the metes and bounds of The United States of America.

WHEREAS, the National assembly for the Government of The United States of America has classified Howard Allan Stern an enemy of the country by way of advocating the New World Order Agenda subject to deportation in accordance with the Forced Deportation Act of 2021, LINK and

NOW, THEREFORE, the National assembly for the Government of The United States of America hereby proclaims a Forced Deportation Notice into existence whereby Howard Allan Stern has 90 days from this Notice, proclaimed this 255th Day in the year of Yahweh 6023, translated date November 29^th, 2021, to vacate the metes and bounds and seaward boundaries of The United States of America or have Howard Allan Stern’s property under demolition order until complete, and

BE IT DECLARED, that the personal property including but not limited to those listed hereafter owned and registered to Howard Allan Stern is to be Nationalized and under demolition order until complete 90 days from this Forced Deportation Notice:

INTERNATIONAL, NATIONAL, COUNTY & LOCAL PUBLIC NOTICE

NOTICE TO CEASE AND DESIST

To: Mackenzie Brown, Brett William Ligon, Paul Vincent Damico, Adam McLane and Patty Maginnis, (hereinafter collectively “Respondents”), 

Upon review of evidence presented to the office of the Special Prosecutor for the War Crimes Tribunal for The United States of America it has been determined that all executive, legislative and judicial officers operating within the 435^th District Court and the political subdivision of Texas are to cease and desist all interference with the Trustee for JEREMY CHRISTOPHER MACDONALD, PMA (hereinafter “Trustee”).

A declaration of war was declared against the Trustee wherein the Respondents have deprived the Trustee of basic human rights, committing multiple human rights abuses including but not limited to slavery, and as a result, the members of the various private BAR associations attempting to administer justice within the political subdivisions of the United States Federal corporation are displaying war flags within meetings conducted at local, County, state and Federal levels. Trustee is a member of a foreign military, the Continental Army, ordained and established by the General Post Office of the Government of The United States of America LINK and LINK evidenced in Exhibit 1 within this Notice.

Failure to cease and desist in the interference of the Trustee shall result in a public hearing within the War Crimes Tribunal for The United States of America LINK wherein the Respondents will be ordered to appear at trial to explain the war actions taken upon Trustee in accordance with International Law as codified within the Law of Nations Book III Chapter VIII Of the Rights of Nations in War,—and first, of what we have a right to do, and what we are allowed to do, to the Enemy’s Person in a just War §136 General principle of the rights against an enemy in a just war stated herein;

“What we have hitherto said concerns the right of making war:—let us now proceed to those rights which are to be respected during the war itself, and to the rules which nations should reciprocally observe, even when deciding their differences by arms. Let us begin by laying down the rights of a nation engaged in a just war: let us see what she is allowed to do to her enemy. The whole is to be deduced from one single principle,—from the object of a just war: for, when the end is lawful, he who has a right to pursue that end, has, of course, a right to employ all the means which are necessary for its attainment.”

The office of the Special Prosecutor for the War Crimes Tribunal for The United States of America hereby acknowledges that Respondents are classifying Trustee as an enemy per the said war declaration and Trustee is now considered a prisoner of war, held within the political subdivision of Texas. Those persons attempting to administer justice absent a written and published social compact LINK authorizing the legislative body politic of a state are violating International Law as codified within the Law of Nations Book I Chapter XIII Of Justice and Polity §158, A nation ought to make justice reign stated herein;

“Next to the care of religion, one of the principal duties of a nation relates to justice. They ought to employ their utmost attention in causing it to prevail in the state, and to take proper measures for having it dispensed to every one in the most certain, the most speedy, and the least burthensome manner. This obligation flows from the object proposed by uniting in civil society, and from the social compact itself.”

Respondents have declared war upon an affirmed foreign American National and shall be granted Ten (10) days to respond to the office of the Special Prosecutor for the War Crimes Tribunal for The United States of America at the electronic mailing address listed above regarding this Notice to Cease and Desist or it shall be confirmed that Respondents are committing premeditated war crimes upon Trustee subject to a public hearing within the War Crimes Tribunal for The United States of America.
