This Notice of Default in the matter of the Testimonium of Events/Averment in the matter of Cause Number 21C0139-CCL, hereinafter “Testimonium”, hereby notifies all Respondents listed within the Testimonium that no Respondent has given rebuttal to the claims stated within the Testimonium as of (June 8^th, 2022), more than the allotted Fifteen (15) granted following the International and National Publication of the Testimonium on (May 16^th, 2022). Respondents are hereby notified that the claims presented within the Testimonium further stand as fact.
