INTERNATIONAL, NATIONAL, COUNTY & LOCAL PUBLIC NOTICE
The Great Jury agrees that Respondents Marie Talbot, Marvin D Bagley, Shawn T. Harris, William H Leigh, Heather L. Thuet, Sean D Reyes, members of the UTAH STATE BAR, have committed war crimes for attempting to take private property from an American National and ambassador for The United States of America in violation of a previous Judgment and Order LINK issued for said ambassador and in violation of international Law, the codified Law of Nations Book III CHAPTER XI Of the Sovereign Who Wages an Unjust War § 183. An unjust war gives no right whatever stated herein;
“HE who is engaged in war derives all his right from the justice of his cause. The unjust adversary who attacks or threatens him, — who withholds what belongs to him, — in a word, who does him an injury, — lays him under the necessity of defending himself, or of doing himself justice, by force of arms; he authorizes him in all the acts of hostility necessary for obtaining complete satisfaction. Whoever therefore takes up arms without a lawful cause, can absolutely have no right whatever: every act of hostility that he commits is an act of injustice”, and
Respondents have committed a Capital Crime for attempting to administer justice in violation of International Law, the codified Law of Nations absent a written and published social compact agreement, and in violation of Article 1 of the Montevideo Convention LINK wherein the United States Federal corporation with its corporate subdivisions thereof have been operating fraudulently as a nation called the United States of America.
